I read reviews online, good and bad. I decided to try this place. I was communicating with the management for 2 hours . They invited me to come there and promised to accommodate me. When i eventually arrived, i was told there was no chance of seating or eating there. This is unacceptable. I am a chef in London and this would not happen there. We manage our restaurants properly. I have no idea what the food is like in Moments, but i warn people..... if you want to go here, prepare to be disappointed and treated with disrespect . Just because this place is popular, it has given the management and staff no reason to care for potential customers. I would not try this place again after this bad experience. There are hundreds more, better managed places to eat in Moscow. I recommend you try these before wasting your valuable time on Moments

Great little place. Excellent service. Close to the Ibis hotel. Reasonably priced. Can confirm the duck was great. Also tried the Forshmak and it was superb. Will go back again.

A place for the locals. Even though they made a decent cocktail expect to walk inside a place located on the ground floor of a building that looks from the 1900 but lacks renovation. Inside the place it’s like the living room of a distant cousin: no AC, no TV, no fun. I entered there after a long day of walk and I can say I give them 1 star because the only beer they had was good and cold. Other then that complete blank.

Overpriced and not so good food

One of the few restaurants in Moscow I've visited that actually focuses on nice food rather than fancy decor. The dishes are clean and fairly straightforward with each ingredient shining through. Would definitely recommend to anyone who cares more about what's on the plate rather than how fancy the furniture is.

Best restaurant we visited in Moscow, really good wine, friendly and welcoming staff. We had beef tartare and squid for entree, duck and lamb for main and special for dessert - everything was flawless. Highly recommend.

Amazing place! The chef and the barmaid are so welcoming! You can enjoy tasty local, European or Oriental dishes along with nice cocktails for an affordable price. 100% recommendable!

Gastropub at it's finest. Very friendly and welcoming staff, great food. Very nice cider indeed, just a couple of cocktails, but they are interesting enough to try.

Tasty and well cooked food. Cheap, but it does not affect the quality of the dish. Desserts are a special delight! Friendly atmosphere.
