We stayed there for 3 nights and we really liked this hotel. Rooms are big enough and clean. Staff is nice and helpful. Location is pretty good. Overall, price/value ratio for this hotel is one of the best in Moscow. The only negative moment I can think of is slow Wi-Fi. It wasn't an issue for us though..

I stayed there 6 nights in February. Hotel is so clean, close to the subway station. There are so many restaurants nearby. Receptionists were perfect and really helpful. Breakfast was really good. I really recommend Mercure Arbat! Hope to stay there again.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable, although the rooms are little bit on a smaller side compared to USA or other hotels in Russia but like I said it was very clean and comfortable plus location of the hotel is perfect right in the heart of Arbat so its very nice if you wanna walk on Arbat street and enjoy beautiful Moscow streets and great restaurants near the hotel. I would stay there again.

Rooms are clean restaurants are clean. At the Centre of the city. Location is very good. Smolenskaya Metro Station is very near. Sometimes you can hear passing metro from the ground. This is only negative point. Breakfast is fair average. Price of breakfast expensive according to meal. Do I come again? Yes

Very nice hotel, excellent location next to Garden Ring and pedestrian (Old) Arbat street, in few steps from Smolenskaya metro station. Elegantly decorated public areas and rooms, very comfortable beds, good shower and all facilities. The room for the breakfast is not very big, however, with everything you want to eat - including hot food and healthy products. Tea and coffee- from the bar (and not from the machine). Very good hotel!!!

First time in this hotel . Very good location close to the Arbat street where you can find all kinds of shopping opportunities. As usually reception give the tempo of the quality level of the hotel : all great with smiles and it went pretty fast, rating is 5\5. Then the room at the 4th stage was very functional, clean and with space rating is 4\5 I remove 1 point because there is carpet on the ground. I had the opportunity to try the room-service. Pretty fast, enough choice in the menu and the most important good ! Rating is 5\5. This is not a luxury hotel, but it deserve a real 4 stars. Great service, functional, good location, good experience .

We stayed 6 nights there. Hotel staffs are all nice and friendly, willing to offer help if we need it. Room is clean with okay street view. Breakfast has variety choice, even offer bubbly! (see the picture) . Bar has good cocktails. Restaurant food is good, but a little bit higher than street food, if you don't want to go out, eat in is a good choice. Near subway station (metro).

The staff were very helpful. The rooms quiet and comfortable. A very nice hotel to stay at.

1) The wifi is not so good this time. 2) And slipper not changed everyday. 3) What makes me most unhappy is the low effiency of getting my registration, for example, on Thursday night, you tell me I can get it on Friday Morning, and Friday monring you tell me Friday noon to get it. Okay, then Friday 12:00 p.m., you ask me to wait 5 minutes, but I didnt get it even after 20 mintues.

Great experience at Mercure Hotel. Very Clean, Great team to assist you, close to everything. I just wished I had a room not on the main road street as a bit noisy at times but ok. And to add, one of the rare hotels that accept reservations without Visa or MasterCard due to sanctions.
