Visited the superstore during Memorial Day weekend to pick up a few things for my partner. The store was soo busy it was a bit overwhelming at first and thought I may need to try and find things on my own. Within a few minutes, an employee happily approached me to welcome me and ask if I needed any assistance. I described what I was looking for as best I could, and despite my own lack of golfing knowledge, the employee quickly brought me to the right section and helped me find the equipment I needed. Was so impressed by how attentive, friendly and knowledgeable the employees are and my partner was amazed I came home with the right equipment! Thanks PGA Superstore!

This store has a lot to offer - huge space, multiple swing bays, custom fittings, etc. The real reason to go here though is to get help from Xavier - he is hands down the best. Most of the staff at this store is just okay but Xavier knows golf on another level. He will answer any question you have in great detail and can guide you through the differences between the one million options you have today for clubs, balls, etc. Go here, ask for Xavier, and you'll be happy

I had an appointment scheduled with Ben Guilmette for a club fitting recently. My experience at the Peabody store was 100% positive. I was met at the door by Greg Cosgrove who greeted me and asked me how he could help. H set me up in fitting area with Ben. The time spent with Ben was both informative and realistic for myself, a 10 handicap. He explained the data to me in a way that allowed me to make an informed decision. No pushy sales tactics ANYWHERE. In the end I purchased a new set of Titleist clubs. The entire staff experience at the Peabody store was second-to-none. If you are in the market for anything golf related you have to stop in and let the staff help you out. Greg has assembled a team at the store that takes customer service to the next level. I will definitely be making the drive again from out of state to when I am needing another club fitting.

This store is the equivalent to walking into Willy Wonka’s Factory for golfers. Not only is the store appearance great and the inside neat + clean, but Greg the GM has his store running on all cylinders. I was immediately greeted at the door and asked how they could help. Once I told them I needed a new driver, they had me start hitting in a virtual driving bay to get started. Patrick was helping me and after hitting 150 balls he concocted the perfect driver for me. Not only was I hitting it straighter, but we added on average of about 10-15 yards to my drive. If I wasn’t so exhausted after hitting all those balls I would have stayed longer to explore more of the store. Service, Cleanliness, Friendliness, and Choice of Product is 10/10. I will definitely be going again to see if I can do anything about my irons and putter. This store is the next best thing after Augusta

PGA Superstore has been a go to for my golfing needs for a while. What really sticks out to me though is their dedication to the local community. The store has always donated to local charities any time I have asked. We are grateful for their generous hearts and commitment to the game!

They offer laughable trade in value even compared to PGA value guide. Won't get my business which is a shame because I love the store itself.

The staff at this store are amazing!! I needed a new Driver and 3 wood this year and worked with Ben and Craig to find the perfect clubs for my swing. They are extremely knowledgeable of the many selections of brands available. They explained everything in detail during the process and worked with me on the simulator to find the right clubs FOR ME. Their friendly approach made for a great experience and I can't thank them enough for their efforts and time. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. This store, and the people who work there, are the best thing that has happened to our area in a very long time.

The staff was awesome today, although it was very busy, They did an amazing job working together and got all my questions answered! I highly recommend this store for all of your golf needs! It’s my go to store now!

Very good collection. Staff didn’t help or greet. We were on our own. The shop is all things golf at reasonable prices.

I’d give this store a zero if I could. My husband came in looking for clubs, bag, and shoes 20 min before closing. The sales associates told him they couldn’t help and my husband asked if the manger could help who then told him to take his business elsewhere that they were busy (closing up the store). What kind of service is that. We won’t be returning. Too bad people have this type of work ethic here in Mass and A MANAGER … sad.

I wrote this review several days ago, "When I approach the Golf Pro in this store to ask a question he told me to "Wait a minute Honey and I will be with you soon". Needless to say I walked out and took my money with me after I suggested to the manager that he might want to educate his employees about how to better treat female customers." The general manager replied with an apology as you can see and he also noted that ..."after you checked out". Just to clarify, the "checkout" was use of a gift card that I was given and that I needed to use. I will not spend my own funds at this store due to the treatment I received by their employee.

Just had a fitting with Mike and ended up buying new irons. This was my first fitting and was well worth the money. Mike was awesome to work with and provided me great feedback, helping me pick the best set for me. Can’t wait wait to play my with my new clubs!

Mike, the Master Club Fitter, is awesome. I brought my son and friend who is learning to play in to buy clubs, and he gave us some great advice and tips. Time well spent and very educational.

Getting info on being fitted and researching the purchase of a set of irons was an excellent experience. Sal gave my son and I great advisement.
