Fun, but a little bit pricey. A fair amount of the arcade games were either out of order or not working properly. Staff was friendly. . . . It would also be a good idea to create some kind of storage/locker area for coats, shoes, hats etc. Piles of clothes and shoes all around the trampoline areas were a bit of a nuisance. All in all, a great place to take your kids.

They were patient and stayed later just to give us a great experience!

This place isn’t worth it at all. This is really for kids 10 and older in my opinion due to the fact that you need to purchase a package that you cant technically use for a child younger. We used to go to simply jump but that’s no longer an option. This place is also really nasty just an FYI. Go to Dave and Busters if you are looking for Arcade games. If you are looking to jump go to Fun city Trampoline park where it’s fun and much cheaper.

I wasn't happy with my visit at the park on the 11th due to the fact that I had a party of 14 kids and not 14 kids came but every parent that went to the counter to get socks was denied and I had to keep going up there to get socks for them also one parent said She asked for Na’im party and he goes is there really a party for Na’im if that's how you guys conduct your business and treat people i won't ever have my son's parties there ever again and I paid for my Partying and there was no reason for my guests to be treated like that at, Your staff needs to be trained on customer service and how to talk to people and finding out information before talking to people being rude and the way that they talk to people with attitudes they have bad customer service and don't know how to deal with people at all or talk to people And I was being rushed I didn't get half of the services I was supposed to get on the package and I paid my $700, You guys won't get my money no more what my guest encountered was racism as if you never seen black people pay so much money for a party if I pay for something I want my services done the right way not questioned. I WOULD LIKE SOME KIND OF REFUND BACK WITH THIS BAD EXPERANCE NOT JUST ME BUT MY GUEST ALSO.

My son has his birthday at Launch Norwood and all the kids had so much fun! His classmates even told me the next week how much fun they had. Launch took care of set up, plates, and clean up. it was so convenient to have the pizza at Launch, the pizza was really good. The staff was very nice to my son and guests. It was a hassle free day and I could talk to all the guests. I highly recommend parties at Launch Norwood.

Games were fun and all working! Good especially pizza was fast and tasty- the boys liked it! Places for parents to sit are limited and uncomfortable. We tripped on a lot of shoes and jackets - maybe staff can do reminders and walk throughs…

I was here for my Nephews party, it was pretty cool 😎 for him and nice. The young staff where extremely helpful, nice and outstanding. My family enjoyed it. The place is very nice, I wish it was a tab bit bigger. If adults where to jump they would have too be extremely cautious ⚠️ due too the large amount of young children. But that's okay. A section for adults with children that are willing to jump would be nice. They had a nice variety of games, 3D games and things too do. Too keep your loving little ones busy. Thank You Again!

I had my daughters party here. It was not what I had expected at all. The entire ladies room had no working bathrooms. The family rest room had no toilet paper. I told staff..no one seemed to care. About 30%-40% of the games were out of order. I was overcharged for 2 pizzas, but reimbursed for only 1. No one seemed to care, not even management. My recommendation is not to waste your money...I paid $552.00 and it was awful.

Went for a birthday party on a weekend afternoon. Place was insane. My 6yo had lots of fun jumping and falling into the foam block pit. Arcade was major disappointment. Some Grab machines were mostly empty. Other games were broken or didn't have a ball to throw or out of water. The self serve card kiosk was broken. I had to wait in line for 10 minutes for a card. The staff are all young but busting butts to get things done. The cashier gave me extra credits for the wait.

Had a special birthday with my 18 year old twins and with friends and family. They enjoyed thier time but just wished they could have had more jumping time, had a blast at the semi small arcade but made the best of it. They got their birthday bags at the end with a t-shirt and jumping passes. Not quite sure what the passes are for but definitely planning on going back for my youngest son's birthday. The pizza was good and the server that was dedicated to our particular party was extremely nice. Definitely recommended

Fun. Probably booked over capacity. Used to be cleaner. But kids had a good time.

This place was super busy. It felt like it was filled to capacity on a Saturday. I feel like some areas could have been better supervised. But they tried.

We go from 9-11 on the weekends for toddler jump. The price is right at $13 for one child 5 and under with accompanying adult. Great cold weather activity,

Had a good experience at a bday party. Only issue was that majority of Lazer tag vests didn't work, so only 4 kids could play at a time. We had 16 kids in the party. A lot of chaos and frustration. But besides that, great experience

This place is a concussion waiting to happen. Very little supervision. Big kids going like crazy not separated from the little kids. Nowhere but hard aluminum benches for the parents to sit. The sound is excruciatingly loud. The kids behind the food counter were very nice. But nobody was cleaning the dining area. The trash was overflowing the tables were disgusting. Pretty gross.

My grandchildren enjoyed this place especially the lazer tag. Wish there was more activities for younger children. A lot if games were out of order. After winning no prizes to redeem except candy.

Trampoline fun is amazing. Arcades are amazing too. So is alcohol. But putting all 3 together is a little bit not superior. This place is a birthday party location for many kids. It is absolutely packed and off the wall. While it definitely is fun and kids will get their energy out, it is not always the most well run or organized. There were a number of spilled drinks on the floor, kids who had no idea what was going on, and loads of people waiting to figure out how to get onto the trampoline area.

With its wide range of activities, including trampolines, laser tag, and an arcade, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Let's start with the trampolines. Great experience for my 4 year old. Even though there were a bunch of older kids, he enjoyed himself. Good food options for kids and arcade was age appropriate for his age.

I was there on 2/25 for a birthday party, there was no place to store your things so I had to carry around shoes jackets and a diaper bag while trying to help kids jump. I think that for what people pay for birthday parties when you have a room you should have it for the whole allotted time so that people can put their things down if they need to, when you finally do get called upstairs to have your pizza and cake it’s so rushed you can’t even enjoy what you’re there for then on the way out I went to use the restroom. The woman’s room which was completely disgusting. They were feminine products all over the floor half the stalls were chained shut . It was just absolutely disgusting. I was also checking it out because I needed to change a one year old diaper and there wasn’t even a safe clean space to even change a toddler‘s diaper. The diaper changing station was taped to the wall and I’m not sure what the capacity is there, but it just felt like there was entirely too many people you could barely walk from the entrance to the back part of the trampoline park experience was just horrible and very rushed. I was there once before about six or seven years ago and I have to say the staff the cleanliness and the birthday party experience was much better. Definitely don’t recommend.

I honestly wish it was more easier to find different spaces here without asking a staff member every single time. But I give it a four because it's really nice to see my kids have a great time while jumping around everywhere. If you've never been here, you've been living under a rock. Go check it out!

Took my 2 sons and a friend to Launch this past weekend. Some teenagers were being rough with my 6-year-old and the staff was immediately on it. They were protective of my little one, de-escalated the situation, brought it to my attention and had the manager on staff speak with me and the boys. I was impressed by the proactive nature and handling of a difficult situation. Made me feel good that they were so watchful. I'll be back for sure!

My daughter had fun, but I’m a little confused about how the wristbands work and how long the “toddler” time actually is. By 10am older kids were coming in, but the website says toddler time on Sunday was from 9-11. There wasn’t enough staff for check-in, just one cashier who looked pretty overwhelmed by the line, although she was very nice.

Fun place! Most of the games that I wanted to play were not working and don’t know if it was worth the money. If you just wanna jump I would go there but if you wanted to play games as well I would most definitely not recommend. Way too many people as well, think they should have a limit. The games cost lots of tokens and the prizes were ok. Over all I would not really recommend.

The girls who helped me with the party were great, but they only gave half an hour for kids to gobble down pizza and cake, not enough time, they were rushed through the experience, extreme overcrowding of trampoline area, half of our belongings in the cart went missing a or were misplaced around the park. I usually don't write negative reviews, but the but this is not worth the money they charge.

A fun place that could get pretty crowded. They have a few different jump options and a few ninja warrior type courses. Employees were nice but not too attentive when it came to kids doing unsafe things. I gave it 3 stars because the there were only 2 dodgeballs in tact in the dodgeball section and a handful of the video games were not working.

Place is great and fairly priced for what it is. Weekends get insane. They also lure you in for higher price tiers with unlimited laser tag but the place has so many birthday parties we couldn't even get in once.

So much fun! My 3.5 year old had a blast! I and the rest of my group had a wonderful time. If you have littles I recommend going during the toddler time Saturday and Sunday 9-11am. They open at 10am to the regular public and it gets packed.

Called for reservation, the lady on the phone said that manager will call you back. It’s been two days already and nobody called me back. I knew there were openings because I stopped by 30 minutes before the call to check availability.

The trampoline area is quite big and lots of fun, a great place to get out your energy. Laser tag arena was smaller but overall decent and plenty of fun to be had. The arcade area is sadly mostly ticket-giving games. Not the classic arcade games, but the modern bastardized versions that often tow the line between video/skill games and casino gambling. The staff consists of uncaring high schoolers, so it took us a long time to get a laser tag game going. Despite having “unlimited” laser tag we weren’t allowed to participate in a second game because a private party was going to use it. The price tag is steep, so you really have to plan your time here, as you have a limited window for trampolining. Oh and of course they’ll make you buy their patented grippy socks.

My daughter absolutely loved it there! They have toddler time in the morning so she got to jump around with kids her own age. Highly recommend!

Awesome place for a birthday party. Group of 7 year old boys and girls had a blast with trampolines and ninja course, arcade, laser tag, and dodge ball. Pizza and soda for food. Personal host did everything for us, making it care-free for birthday parents. Thank you!

Lots of Broken attractions, for the price, more things should be working. 15 games are broken which doesn't give a decent value to the packages that include game tokens..
