I went to Jared’s looking for a replacement wedding band. I’ve been searching for over 2 years to find the right one. I decided to stop by Jared’s on Valentine’s Day to see if they had anything that caught my eye. Susan worked with me for probably over an hour. I was very indecisive. I told her some rough ideas on what I was looking for as well as the budget my husband and I set for this. She was so patient and offered me many suggestions (in and outside of my budget) which was a combination of what they had on hand to show as well as what they also offered online. I don’t want people to take Susan’s suggestions of items out of my budget in a negative way. She did this to generate ideas with the intention to modify to fit my budget or take as is. Overall, I had a fabulous experience despite my 3 month old waking from his nap early and getting fussy towards the end when we were wrapping up. The staff there were so friendly to me and my crying baby. That alone I was thankful for. Definitely would shop at this location again.

Went in with a specific choice in jewelry and unfortunately the piece I wanted was not available. However with the tremendous help of two sale associates, they were able to track the item I wanted. From Colorado to Massachusetts I got the ring and diamond I needed to make the one I love so happy!!!

Found something I like online at this store location liked the price. Price was different in the store buy a lot. They wouldn’t honor the online price for it. Also wouldn’t let me use the 25 dollars off which I signed up my email for. Bought the item but felt ripped off better off shopping at a locally owned jeweler won’t be back.

Tried to call 6 times during business hours, the phone just rings forever. They only answered on the last attempt, where they picked up and immediately hung up on me. If you can’t take calls, get an answering machine.

There was one employee who was helpful. Everyone else pretty much ignored her knowing that she needed help with my situation. To make a long story short, there was no flexibility for a return/exchange on a gift. If you get a gift from someone and it doesn't fit, you are screwed.

We've always come to this location and bought multiple items. My girlfriend bought me a chain for my birthday. I went in today to exchange it for a longer on as I am a bigger guy and need a few more links. I seen a piece I liked that would cost 5k total. So, I always get these discounts e-mailed to me for 20% off... etc... As a returning customer, I expected that I'd be offered some sort of a discount. Even, DSW sends you a promo for your birthday. It isn't really about the money... just didn't feel like I was treated right as a returning customer. Happy Birthday to me though. Thanks Jared for knowing how to treat me when I always come to you when buying gifts.

Came to buy an engagement ring and the woman was rude and snobby. She showed me one ring I wasn’t impressed so I asked about a few others. Then she asked about my price range and instantly made it all about money and trying to get me to open a credit card. All set I went to the Diamond Guild around the corner got a custom ring. They were so nice and helpful
