We came to ask about an accessory because we saw that it was available on the Empik website, so maybe it would be available in stores. After searching for a while, we asked the saleswoman, who in a very dry way asked us if we knew where we were, that it was a bookstore and not... And what Empik has on the website is something else and they have nothing to do with it 🤯 It was enough to say that no, unfortunately there is not, and not to respond rudely. I do not recommend this empik because of the service.

A wall with thermal mugs in the price range of PLN 65-70. At the checkout, I found out that the one I chose costs PLN 120... To my surprise, I didn't see such a price anywhere, the lady wasn't interested at all, she just repeated - well, but this one is for PLN 120. It's a pity, because I really liked it . Make sure your prices are correct, as this will cause unnecessary confusion at the checkout. PS. To my delight, I found it cheaper in another online store.

I like this Empik 🥰 close to home, very nice service. Nice smiling people. You can talk and laugh. The atmosphere is very nice, it makes you want to go there more often, but you may not have enough money in your wallet 😁
