There was a ~2h wait time when I visited this place. You cannot make a reservation online, unless you choose a whole day ticket or the more expensive Sauna ticket. The machine that dispenses the queue ticket (you need it to even purchase an entry ticket) didn't work at all. It kept showing a "Server error" message.

Lovely place a bit expensive, but nice to spend time with family and friends. Lots of attractions. Recommended to visit.

I felt not comfortable when they request us to be naked for some sauna rooms :p Well, but it's quite special experience. I enjoyed the most part which is their special sauna show for each hour. Hot sauna with dancer was dancing and wapping towels, I felt so HOT and so GOOD (I was super sweating!) :) with aroma oil (they changed often, like ginger, lemon etc.) I would visit there just for the show! Highly recommended! ＊a kindly reminder: the show is started from evening (better call them and ask the time) cause the show is not always offering.

Best saunarium in Poland! The sessions done by the saunamaster are really awesome!

Very disappointed. There was no water for patrons. When I asked for water all that was available was fruit juice or tonic, which came in small bottles. Not being able to drink between saunas really diminished the whole experience which was otherwise very good as there is a wonderful selection to choose from. When I complained the receptionist suggested I drink from the WC tap! A public faucet with fresh water is a basic standard that is sadly lacking.

Fun place, mostly for family n kids

The aqua park was a big disappointment. The feeling was that the webbpage bragged about all the attractions and then most of them wasnt nearly as good. Mabey we were to old. The group consisted of students from a university. The park hade a lot of workers and guards but non wanted to help or talk with us. It really felt like the hated their jobs. So the aquapark gets 2star. The spa and sunarium on the other hand was great. They had several saunas, ice bath, relaxin area, ice sauna and steam sauna. They have a schedule over different "session" of thing you can join. A pro tip is to bring an extra towel och rent it there. And you have to be comfortable being naked, due most things require it. And it mixed boys and girls. The spa and sauna gets 4stars. One plus with the whole park is that you pay everything inside with a bracelet you get at the entrance. So you don't need to bring money inside to the bath and spa.

Great saunas. We visited Friday August 4 around 6pm and attended a couple sauna shows with Anita the sauna master who was AWESOME. We first got a tour. Only small minus was the snow cave was broken but they told us when we arrived. Highly recommended! At 6pm there was only like 10 inches people during a rainy day in the summer so also not as crowded as the aqua park. Significantly more people around 7/8pm but still good.
