Listen, I like Taco bell in general, but this one in particular is awful! From the weird kiosk ordering to the impossible to see menu, a 20 minute wait for 4 (incorrectly made) items, loud annoying music and a swarm of flies in the dining room (how? Why?!) every part of our visit was terrible. I will never return to this location. I've never confused TB for fine dining, but still like it and will eat at other locations. As for this one, please believe the reviews and go literally anywhere else.

We put in a mobile pickup order at 7 pm & headed to the store soon after. The app said our order would be ready at 7:25. When we got there the front of the store was closed. We would have canceled our order right then if we had been able to, but the app would not let us and our card had already been charged. So we had to wait in line at the drive through for over 40 minutes just to get to the window just for the guy taking our order to spend over 5 minutes trying to find our mobile order. Then we had to wait about 20 minutes to get from the order station to the window for 2 cars ahead of us to be served. Once at the window we had to wait another 15 minutes to get our order. While we were there we watched the employees take another employees meal order and make it after we had been assured twice since getting to the window that they were making our food as fast as possible. Then we had a different employee come up and ask us what was in our order because they hadn't started making it still. We asked the employee specifically to make sure we got our one extra item not in a box before leaving and he assured us it was in the box. Then once we finally get our food at 8:40 we look at it when we get home and are missing half of our items. I wanted my nacho fries! The whole reason we ordered from taco bell. The whole experience was so unbelievably frustrating. I will never be going to this location again and I urge you not to.

Poor Management. Loss of sense of customer service. To eat inside you don’t even order to a person, just a kiosks. Drive through gets the priority, so plan to wait forever to get your food. Goof off young employees that don’t know how to provide service. 0 stars would be a more appropriate rating.

The food I ended up with was just fine. But it seems everytime I go here there is a 10 minute wait on my food. And this last time I had to get a substitute for something I ordered after I ordered it. There lobby was a bit of a mess as well but that's probably because they were busy. I would love to see them sometime when there not busy but for now 3 stars. Oh and I think there hiring.

We ordered on the app and our food was ready when we walked in the door. Pretty good for the most part but not too impressed with the cheesy fiesta potatoes cause they weren’t fresh. Just one more reason they should offer Nacho Fries all the time.

Was basically asked not to come back because I politely asked for my chips and cheese cup to be filled full instead of just the bottom. Was told I would get the allotted portion and if I didn't like it then I didn't have to come back. Getting much less for more and you get a drive thru with attitude. The way they treat their customers!! Labor needs a house cleaning

I’ve never tried Taco Bell before, and it was a nice surprise to see how good it was. Staff was clearly tired but nice. The floor wasn’t super clean but it was late, so it’s understandable. Overall nice experience. Not gourmet, but a fine late night dinner

TLDR: Avoid this location and drive the extra six minutes to the one on Hitt Road. You'll make up the time anyway. I love Taco Bell; it's probably my most-visited fast food chain. However, this location has some serious persistent logistical issues which need to be addressed (the food itself is just fine though). I've given this one over a dozen chances over the past few months and have been let down every single time. It's always one or both of these two issues: 1) The wait is horrendous 2) They get your order wrong. Most recently (a few days ago), I waited 25 MINUTES in a packed drive-through line. Their dispatch time per car was about 3-4 minutes. And of course, after all that waiting, they completely forgot an entire item. Going inside wouldn't have fixed the issue either- there were quite a few people obviously waiting around to be helped as well so it'd just be another line. To top it all off, they didn't even mention the wait once I got to the window, as if it were expected. This isn't an isolated incident either. They either consistently forget something or take eons to get you through. Is this the poor workers' faults? No. I can't blame someone likely making near-minimum wage at a customer-facing job. It's been like this for so long that all signs must point to management. I'm sure turnover is through the roof due to frustrated workers- then new ones get brought in, re-trained (hence delays), burned out, and a new batch re-hired. Treat your workers well, upgrade your facility, do something. But until then, if you have any intention of wanting your Taco Bell fast food FAST, go to Hitt Road.

Best location in town. Made a large order at the drive thru. The lady taking our order was friendly, informative and understanding of a large order. We were greeted at the front window where a very nice gentleman helped us with payment. Our order was prepared promptly and without issue. Very Fast service. Was amazing how quickly the order was processed and prepared. Everything was correct in the order and the service was excellent. Recommend.

This visit I noticed they turned that very loud music down to a comfortable level. That made a much more pleasant environment. The employees there are so courteous and pleasant, and they work so hard! I actually told a couple of them on our way out that I appreciate them for coming to work to make my life better! The food was good as usual (for processed fast food. :) ). A very welcome break from pizza and burgers. I love my occasional visits here

Absolutely awful "service." Not coming to this one again. They have been slow the last few times coming here, because the employees are too busy talking to each other or to other customers leaning against the counter. This time, we finally got our order, and two burritos were missing. My husband has been standing at the counter waiting for someone to acknowledge him. 3 different employees have looked right at him and just carried on with whatever they were doing. It's asinine.

Did a fairly large online order for pickup. Was missing 4 items. Not really a huge deal called in that I was coming back for them. Waited nearly 10 mins for someone to come to the counter. One employee thought their conversation with a friend was more important than serving their customers. Not really enthused with the service. The food was as good as fast food can be no complaints there. But service and attentiveness to customers could use some work.

Food is fine. In previous visits through the window it seemed chaotic. Go inside and watch the disorganization. It's apparent. Check the bag every time. Update. They are not intelligent enough to look up and print a receipt either. Blank face and turn around. Thanks for the assistance. The guy that was oblivious has been in the window before and why I came inside this visit. Stick that guy in the back with a mop. Zero customer service skills

For whatever reason I have a terrible experience every time I come to Taco Bell. Specifically this one. But this is geographicly closer to my house so every few weeks I go. Tonight had a decent wait in line. The cashier had trouble ringing in my order, but I didn't mind the extra time making sure the order was correct. And in fact it was. The person that assisted was a female shift lead. At some point in the process she had taken over handing me a bag of food. I looked inside the bad and noticed there was no fire sauce. Of which I confirmed with the original cashier multiple times. As I made a joke that I wanted to feel it in the morning lol. I asked for a big handful of fire sauce and she then hands me like 3. Not really a big deal. I have other hot sauce at home. I get home and start digging into the bad. All the wrong food. Unfortunately I don't eat their beef as I don't find it tastes good. I call to just request a refund. The same lady identifies herself as a shift lead on duty. I inquire about a refund. She states it has to be in person. I then say okay can I stop by tomorrow as it's late. She states it must be tonight so the tills balance out. Which I find interesting as I paid on card. All of this sounding very annoyed. I then go back in person and the one positive thing is they did refund the money. One giant waste of time and energy though.

This place has MANAGEMENT ISSUES!!! We came here for a late dinner on the go. There was no one in the drive-thru. They were quick to ask what I wanted. NONE OF THE PRICES MATCHED WHAT WAS ON THE MENU BOARD... NONE OF THEM!!! The burrito taco pack was priced $17.99 on the board, it rang up at $18.99. The burrito Supreme was $4.99 on the board but it rang up at $5.79. So I feel like I got cheated out of $2.80 on my order. While I ordered I asked for a chili Verde fries which was on the menu board and was told we don't have that. When I asked why it was on the menu board then he said it didn't start until tomorrow. It's interesting that the menu board was updated for the new promotion but not for the pricing... As a former manager of a fast food place, I would always update the pricing on the menu board first and allow the customer to feel like they were getting a deal, then change the in store pricing. I NEVER put up a promotion until I, and my staff were prepared to serve it. When I got my order, I was unable to identify which was the steak burrito from the 5 layer burritos even when I was eating them. The wrapper was nearly exactly the same as the others. It wasn't even close to worth $5.79... it wasn't even worth any more than the 5 layer burritos because other than sour cream, which I asked not to be put on my food, it was identical. The complete lack of attention to detail at this place points to poor management. Taco Bell is one of my favorite fast food restaurants, but I was totally dissatisfied and disappointed with this particular restaurant. Therefore, I cannot in good conscience recommend this place.

Bathrooms were disgusting. All the tables were dirty as well as the floors. When we asked someone to wipe down a table or give us something to wipe it down with the manager acted like it was an inconvenience. The manager was also yelling at the employees while we were there. Food took a whileas well which normally isn’t a problem but thought I would add that in here too.

Just to start off, I have never had a good experience on getting food here. I'm gonna take a whack and say it's got to be a franchise location. Portions are like 1/3 of what I'm sure is supposed to be. When you buy a taco Supreme and the whole of the components look like it's under 2oz total. It can't be blamed on portion size restriction or food shortage, I went to quite a few other locations outside of the area and was blown away. If this location is corporate, they need to fire both the Manager and Assistant Manager! I'm a Professional Chef with over 2 decades in all aspects of the field. That's my professional opinion. But seriously, I keep trying to give them a chance, and everytime I regret it.

Taco bell is always great when you're craving it, and it always tastes awesome. I will say this location always seems to mess up our order when we come however. Either something is missing or is made incorrectly. That being said the staff is always friendly and work quick to reach out to you if something is wrong!

Kambrea is such an excellent employee! Every time I’ve come in and she’s working she is multitasking and making sure every customer is taken care of things are being made accurately! She deserves a raise because more often than not she is the only one working not only her area but every where she can. Seeing her Handle a 20/1 ratio of customers so gracefully and well mannered was impressive but she shouldn’t have had to do it by herself. With out her multiple door dasher wouldn’t be able to do their jobs. She makes sure the right items got put into the bags, and that substitutions are figured out right away. If it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t want to be there when it’s slammed.

The food was hot, but that was after it was made 45 minutes after it was ordered. 30 minutes into waiting, they informed us that there was no nacho cheese (despite us having ordered nachos a while ago). Unfortunately, this wasn’t a case of it being crowded as there were no dine-in orders before us and the drive through was going super quickly.

I was in line behind the person below me. I’ve been here several times and understand they have to close lobby as every single time I’m in there, there’s barely anyone working. The gentleman that commented below me was acting like a complete bafoon because you obviously cannot get your drink refilled in a drive-thru. He was asked several times to leave and kept on fighting with the crew. I give props to them for not totally going off on him. My food however, took a while but staff was very friendly and the food tasted delicious.

Lobby closed at 1:00 on a Thursday? Been waiting for my food for 30 mins inside the lobby after entering the side door. Couldn’t cancel my mobile order and they already charged me. Employees have horrible attitudes. Not a care in the world. Finally got my food after almost 40 minutes and they handed me my drink that had been sitting there for 40 mins. Couldn’t pour it out and get a fresh drink because the soda machine drain was clogged and had nasty water sitting to the brim. This place is a disaster.

We normally like Taco Bell but today's visit was not good. Let's talk cleanliness. The bathroom toilet had streaks in it...looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a couple weeks at best. The whole restaurant was filthy. Not just daily dirt, but when was the last time the floor was swept and mopped? There was not 1 clean table when we got there and only 2 families besides us there. Then when we got out food, it tasted rancid and they had to remake it. I normally don't leave reviews but the restaurant was beyond dirty...it was filthy. I have worked fast food, I know it can be hard to keep clean at a lunch rush, but this was way worse than that. This was seriously just plain disgusting everywhere. Yuck.

Its a taco bell... So, if youve been to a taco bell, you pretty much know what to expect. The staff was good about keeping the dining room clean and tidy. Had a good lunch.

Paid for supreme, didn't get it. Didn't have even .1 oz of meat in the food. They were just focused on getting the drive thru line in and out. Seemed to have too many people working at one time, they looked like they were tripping over each other, and playing. Won't go back to this location for awhile.

Ordered Taco Party pack. Asked for Fire Sauce. Got Mild Sauce. Shared with 3 people. We all got late night food poisoning. Used to live here and this location's service always sucked. Came back to IF to help a friend move and gave it one more chance. Big mistake.

Taco Bell, the food was exactly what I expect from the brand. The Employees were quite busy and ignored me until I used the kiosk. The kiosk wasn't bad, but it certainly took longer than ordering face to face. The dining area was rather messy. The sauce packets needed restocking and the employees were friendly and attentive when I asked for more.

Awful Food Awful customer service. When i got my order i had multiple things missing. Had to go back in and get the missing items. Management was very rude about it. When i got the items they were not made correctly. The Burrito supreme ONLY had lettuce in it nothing else. The nacho i asked for NO sour cream. It was smothered in sour cream. Wrong slush. Missing burritos even after going back in they still didnt give me both i was missing ... only 1 of them. the burrito i did get had onions after specifically saying multiple times please no onion.

I did an order over the app and was in a rush after a long day to just get home. My order was just sitting on the counter where anyone could have grabbed it and was not being kept warm. The quesaritto I ordered was flat and cold and had basically no meat. I’m not impressed with this place.

  • 1/5 Lynda F. 2 years ago on Google
This is the worst taco bell I have ever been to. We walked in watching them make food it looked disgusting. They put food straight on the counter with no paper underneath. Not sanitary at all. I will be surprised if I don't get sick.

  • 1/5 Sara D. 2 years ago on Google
Did an online order, wasn't ready when my husband went there, a good 30 min after we placed it, when we did get the food half the order was wrong and they didnt give us the freezes that I upgraded to nor the cheesy gordida crunch which we got boxes so they were the main thing in them🤦🏼‍♀️ called they wouldn't do anything to fix it besides having my husband go back there to get the meal fixed. This was horrible customer service. Clearly they're not worried about loosing customers, but this is a good way to slowly do so.

  • 1/5 Owen Anderson J. 2 years ago on Google
What I ordered I didn't get. I ordered two meat supreme burritos, and what I got was what was vegetables and very little meat. There was no sauce, cheese or napkins either. You lost a customer for life.

  • 3/5 D. G. 2 years ago on Google
Restaurant was dirty, especially the men's bathroom. Sink was very dirty and door handle very loose. Front end not well stocked. Out of most of the hot sauce packets. Ice machine empty. Just basically unkempt.

  • 2/5 Kate H. 2 years ago on Google
Lots of employees, barely any customer interaction, and really dirty dining room. Food was inconsistent: some items were fine,, one of our Chalupas was mostly lettuce with barely any chicken, our tray was not clean which meant my chips (that were touching the dirty tray with old food on it) were questionable to eat, and a few other items that were supposed to be warm were cold. Lots of room for improvement. Hopefully the other location in town is better once they finish their remodel. If not, we'll be foregoing Taco Bell for a while. I'm giving two stars because, while most of the experience shocked us, we did eat all of our food. Hoping all goes well in our stomachs tomorrow.
