Very slow service - we’re informed there was an electrical problem in the kitchen after waiting almost an hour. Ordered drinks did not arrive at the table. Staff did not communicate with each other. Food was nice but pricey. One bowl of four olives was charged at £3.95 (almost £1 per olive!) I had a gift voucher to spend and would not return to spend my hard earned cash. The venue itself was very nice and colourful and pleasant to sit in. A little over rated unfortunately 😞

We had a wonderful lunch with our daughter and her new husband here. All of the food was excellent. The wait staff were pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable. I had the Shepherds Pie and it certainly was a winner. My wife and I also split a Rum Baba which was to die for! Everyone enjoyed their food and had a grand time. We were welcome to eat slowly, socialize, and take our time in between courses. What a wonderful and pleasant atmosphere as well. We will be going back. If you haven’t been, go. If you have been, go back!

The service was great. The atmosphere at a cozy table overlooking the ice rink was really enjoyable. And the food was actually subalstantial in comparison to some of the Ivy's contemporaries. Overall a nice time for a Christmas eve dinner. Recommended.

Loved the food and the ambience! The chicken skewers under starters was amazing. Chicken parm wasnt very crispy as I expected it to be, but was still good. I had made a reservation for my friends birthday and they provided a complementary desert as well. Great service :)

This place is absolutely a Gen in the middle of the city. The food is excellent, the service s great and the design of the place is significant. It seems that most of the people arrive here are from the financial district, arriving for small talk meetings over coffee. We were looking for a nice place for a British breakfast and were lucky enough to find it.

Having visited the Ivy in Glasgow thought try here whilst on visit. Food and service was excellent. lost 1 star on atmosphere as this time of year the works party dominated, just a wee bit raucous for me. .but on the whole a great meal was had. The staff worked incredibly hard in this very busy venue. hope they get a bonus! lovely to watch the skating from the window too! Just lovely.

This is the second time I've been to this chain and it was the first time to this location so when getting here it wasn't a problem, we got a drink at the bar and it was cool. Unfortunately, certain aspects of our three-course meal were not so great my friend's issue was he ordered a steak which was cooked to perfection however when ordering the stake, he did request English mustard which took quite a considerable amount of time to get a response after some service shenanigans regarding who was going to be the messenger of bad ridings. I mean really could you imagine! we are in London England in the financial centre of the city and yet there is no English mustard available he was offered at least twice Dijon mustard... My mate was amply annoyed when dessert was brought over, my friend had an apple tart and I had the sticky toffee pudding my friend who is a trained chef tried his tart after the waiting staff trying to flambe the desert also my sticky toffee pudding should be in uniform in texture, unfortunately, this was not the case so desserts were free on the house, but of course, only comes about because my mates complain of the service that was received and even made a statement to say that he has been a regular to this particular ivy for such a long time and this was the worst service that he had received in all his time coming out he also added that the best thing about the three-course meal that we had had was the starters.

Lovely atmosphere and delicate decorations in this restaurant, it’d be a good choice for special dates or celebrations. Overall, food is nice and delicious, also, they came really quick; however, the rib eye steak is not what we ordered ‘rare’, a bit overcooked outside so it taste chewy…and it doesn’t come with fries or any sides for more than £30.

I'm no stranger to The Ivy as I go to the different locations in the UK especially in Ivy Asia Brighton so when I saw The Ivy in the Park was nearby our hotel, I booked it immediately to take my friend visiting me from Paris for my birthday lunch. The food and service was always fantastic in any of the Ivy I've dined at. The location is near the Canary wharf Jubilee line and Elizabeth line is a bit farther. The interiors are always beautiful. The food were delicious. I recommend the Spicy chicken skewers, Blackened sea bass, and steak tartare. They also gave me a birthday dessert. Always loved dining here!

My family and I recently dined at The Ivy Canary Wharf, and we had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service, especially from our server, Ridge. It's been a long time since we've encountered such high standards of service, and Ridge made our dining experience truly memorable. The food at The Ivy Canary Wharf was simply amazing. Each dish we ordered was bursting with flavour and presented beautifully. The chefs clearly put a lot of effort into preparing the meals, and it showed in every bite. The restaurant itself has a lovely ambiance - elegant and inviting, making it the perfect setting for a delightful family time.

Cosy, lively restaurant with great decor. The food - from the warm bread with butter, to the pasta starter to the Dover sole main was delightful. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the meal was very reasonably priced. Highly recommend it

Lovely place to go as a family, our 9 month old had a great time! We booked in advance and had a secluded table with a high chair, food arrived promptly and was delicious, staff paid attention to our little one too. Highly recommend!

If I could give 6 stars for service I absolutely would. The location of this place is amazing. Beautiful surroundings and the food was delicious. The prices were reasonable. The décor inside the restaurant was second to none I highly recommend this place from food service, location and service. The staff were very attentive and ensured we had everything we need. Excellent menu has a great selection of food and the steak tatare was incredible. I also highly recommend trying the creme brulè or the apple tart which is served with a flaming experience. The fish-and-chips were amazing. Good size portion and extremely crispy batter with succulent Cod inside. Absolutely perfect.

Lovely setting in Canary Wharf and outside terrace is great in the summer. The food is reliable and is as one would expect for this type of restaurant. Varied menu, so should please most people’s tastes.

Excellent breakfast bolt hole in CW with a lovely, simple breakfast menu. The options are limited but are well made and very tasty. The tea and other beverages also well presented. The service is excellent and attentive. If pushed to highlight one very significant downside other than the price, it's that the space is very very cramped on every table, with everyone squished in.

Went there for Valentine's Day dinner. It was absolutely amazing. The food is incredible, the location is very nice and the staff are outstanding and super friendly. My partner and I had three course each, I had a non-alcoholic cocktail and my partner had some kind of gin. We ended up paying £99 with the service charge included. It is an amazing place and well worth a visit.

Amazing spot for breakfast/ brunch. Great atmosphere and beautiful plant-themed decoration. My go-to dishes are their pancakes, egg Benedict and English breakfast. Lunch / dinner are good but not my top choice.

Experienced this restaurant during the Queen’s Jubilee which was celebrated with a special drink menu. The location and setting are gorgeous and colorful. The menu rather inclusive of all kinds of diets from plant based to meat and fish eaters. Drinks menu could be it’s own venue and service was excellent. We had the zucchini fries and bread and butter to start, steak tartare and miso salmon as mains. Everything was fresh and delicious. Dessert was the only disappointment. I ordered a gelato that came a bit melted. Prices are reflective of the cuisine but well worth it for a special occasion, catch up with a friend of a date!

Four of us went to try the Ivy in Canary Wharf. It's a lovely location and front desk were welcoming and friendly. We were seated quickly and we ordered our first set of cocktails which were lovely Long Island Ice Tea, Salted Caramel express martinis and Strawberry Margaritas. We then only recieved festive menus and I had to get the main menus ourselves by walking to a server. We were left on our own for about 30mins with no server getting our food orders. I again had to get up to grab the servers attention. We began ordering another round of drinks and was going to order food but the supervisor a lady in a black jacket blond just walked off not finishing our order, I managed to flag another server Matu I believe her name was and she then started given us the service we expected and the evening got back on track (Thanks to Matu). We had prawn lobster cocktails which were lovely, followed by Chicken Milanese, the turbot, The Ivy Truffle Burger and Roasted Chicken. All were lovely and cooked to perfection. It feels harsh to give 4 stars because the kitchen was spot on, but service needs to be worked on.

The staff were very friendly, polite and kind, but I do think the restaurant was a bit understaffed to manage a houseful evening. Please add more staff to reduce the stress. Food was good as usual in Ivy. But, service did take longer than usual. Perhaps giving priority to tables with kids maybe a good idea and they land up getting hungry very soon. We celebrated our anniversary and they were very kind in offering us a dessert ❤️ Toilets may also require a little more attention on busy evenings.

We ordered fish and chips, shepherds pie, chicken, fish cake, kids burger. It was all good but quite expensive. The fish in the fish and chips had huge chunks of fried batter which I had to pick out but otherwise it was good. We ordered olives, there were like 5. The sourdough bread was delicious though , I recommend. The arancini was not very tasty The berry smoothie was very sour It was nice but I won’t come again partly as we live far away

My partner and I had a fantastic dinner at this restaurant. The rib eye and sirloin were outstanding, cooked to perfection. The wait staff were pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable. The cozy atmosphere created the perfect setting for a great time. Highly recommend this place for its exceptional food, top-notch service, prime location, and inviting ambiance. A memorable evening in every aspect.

Probably the best restaurant in Canary Wharf, the Ivy is incredibly popular and a reservation is pretty much essential. Service is fast and friendly, there's a good choice on the menu. Dinner is recommended here as is the weekend brunch - especially if the weather is good there are tables outside.

An amazing place to eat out.The food was top class and the service was A star. The staff were so professional and attentative, from the moment we were escorted to our table, to When we were choosing our food and right to When we left. Beautiful evening, nice place to eat out and well recommended 💯

Very smooth, efficient and delicious experience. The staff were amazing and the food was incredible! Perhaps I would have hoped to see more vegetarian options available, but neverthless, I was fully happy with my choice! 👍

This was an interesting interaction. There were times which was frustrating and some of the servers seemed a bit rude/short. There was an issue with the menu, however a compromise was met. Then there was an issue with dessert. It is the christmas season so can appreciate its more of a pressuried environment. It was nice and toasty with the heating overhead and under tables. And the food which we order for the most part was good. I believe someones duck was inedible. They did remove service charge and desserts for the inconveniece so. Alls well that ends well i guess.

Had another amazing experience at The Ivy canary wharf, it's always great, I come often and the service never falters. This time we were looked after by Brigitta and she made it even more special, she's great. Had fish and chips, amazing as always

Went for afternoon tea. Lovely setting and friendly staff..bit disappointed with only one small finger sandwich 2 very small buns and cakes. Could have done with more savoury items. And only half a pot of tea..had 2 teens with us didn't want tea but Lemonade unable to change the option. Price ok but we could takeaway the cakes we didn't finish..was there for tern birthdays and so they got a large profiterole with a birthday message

Went here for lunch. The cod dish was really nice. My mum had the salmon which she loved as well. We also had the rice balls with truffle as the starter which were alright. The mock tail was nice and the environment was good, not too loud. The dessert was amazing, I honestly recommend!

Great service, my meal of the blackened cod, was just ok in my opinion, but probably just not to my taste. The duck salad was different...tasty, but I'm not sure I'll have it again. The service was greata though. The kids all enjoyed their linguine and had extras. Also the the fish and chips and steak received great reviews. Atmosphere is great, a lovely experience all round, previous menu was better in my opinion e.g the scallops starter is gone, but hoping for more interesting dishes in the future.

The Ivy atmosphere is elegant and chic. The menu is diverse, featuring classic British dishes to international cuisine. We ordered the chicken Milanese and a seafood dish for the mains and the chocolate bomb for dessert The food was beautifully presented and was delicious. Dessert was disappointing. The chocolate bomb that had great online reviews but had a shell was that was so thick that did not melt the inside at all. The texture was grainy and it was like eating a hard Easter egg. I expected a decadent and indulgent treat, but was instead met with a subpar dessert. The staff didn't seem knowledgeable about the menu and wine list and were slow and inattentive. Overall an okay experience.

Nice location, great atmosphere. Really great crowd on a mid-week night. Lots of great cocktails options and the decor was nice. The food was okay, the service was good but could have been more attentive.

The Ivy is aesthetically beautiful, and overall a lovely atmosphere to dine in the heart of Canary wharf. The buttermilk pancakes were fresh and delicate. The berry compote was a lovely compliment to the dish. Service was really good, and I had a very pleasant experience overall.

Came here for brunch and was hoping to have the full English breakfast, which was only available for breakfast. This was highly disappointing. So we ended up ordering the Belgian waffles and the Eggs Benedict with hand pulled Ham. Both dishes were OK: Belgian waffles were made well but overall the dish was quite bland. The muffin in the Eggs Benedict was slightly stale and dry. I'd suggest they add some breakfast options in their brunch menu. Nevertheless, the thick cut chips were cooked well and coffee was well made. Good service.

Visited the Ivy In The Garden (Canary Wharf) for a birthday celebration and I cannot recommend it enough. Our server (Liam K) was wonderfully attentive, friendly and made us feel so welcomed. The food was beautifully presented and delicious. And the best part…they gave us a free desert for our birthday, with a candle in it. What a thoughtful gesture. The food, drinks, decor, service, scenery from the table and all the staff were excellent. I can’t wait to revisit.
