The food was good and as expected. The service was quick and efficient. HOWEVER: we hd a booking and we arrived 10 minutes late - the grace period is 15. When we got there, we were told that we had missed our slot - when we explained that we should have, indeed, still gotten our table die to the policy, the host made quite the fuss and got visibly flustered. He then asked us to wait outside for the next available table. When a table became available, we asked to be sat there - which the host did, rather angrily, and complained to is that if the people on the next reservation will come, we would have stolen their table - which I found shocking, provided they only honored our table. After that, everything was fine. Despite the fact that I am a fan of Rosa’s, I will never return to this particular location.

I have been to different Rosa around London for quick meals, and this branch definitely standouts in service and taste. The food was very nice. I ordered glass noodles salad, grilled pork salad, and sweetcorn salad from the special menu and they were all fantastic. The service was great. The staff, Billy, was very friendly and attentive.

Excellent food and excellent service. But it is small and it is busy, but that it is so busy is a testament to how good it is. I think given the current inflation pressure the food is reasonably priced and is incredibly tasty. It is well decorated and I really enjoy the colourful aesthetic. I was happy for the amount of King prawns I received with my pad thai and the crispy onions in the pad thai absolutely took it to another level.

I’ve been to Rosa’s twice, first time was lovely. Great food, okay service. I then went again last weekend with friends. We’ve not booked a table but there was some space in the back and outside, we were willing to sit outside as we just wanted some food. Went in to ask and was told to wait by the door, I then went back to the door where I stood for maybe half an hour maybe a bit longer. The staff not once came over to check anything. Yes, they were busy but I felt they could’ve taken the time to at least come and sat there isn’t space or the wait will be this long. It was just them clearly looking at me, seeing me and not even acknowledging I was there. I even had the door closed on me whilst updating my friends in the situation (they were waiting outside) - it was chilly so I’m not too offended but she clearly saw me standing there waiting. The food really is great- I’ve not had a better Thai in the UK but I’m just so disappointed in the service that I’m not sure I want to go back or recommend to people.

Visited Rosa Thai for dinner with my Mother today, all I can say is tasty authentic Thai food 😍 the flavors were vibrant and reminded me of Thailand. Our waitress Ysabela was a star, she was efficient, polite and attentive when serving us the whole night, I couldn’t ask for a better waitress! She was super quick and took care of us well. The team was all happy and friendly, the restaurant definitely had a warm homey vibe when we entered. We were unsure on what dishes to get but Ysabela was very knowledgeable of all the dishes and gave us 5* recommendations which we loved 🥰 I definitely recommend the Prawn Pad Thai, BBQ Pork Skewers, Duck with Rice and the Thai Milk Tea! 🤩 Definitely will be coming back and I will be telling my friends and family to check this out too 🩷

Great smiles from our server, delicious Red Curry and basil rolls, and quick service at lunch. The "definitely some spice" is no joke. We got lit up😄 Peanut sauce was the best I've ever had. Would recommend.

Delicious food, tasty drinks and service with a smile. I would recommend booking as they tend to get busy, I walked up and luckily managed to get a table outside (there are a couple). Very much enjoyed this visit, will be coming back for sure!

As usual a lovely experience. Staff friendly, I had Thai fried rice with chicken and extra chicken satay, delicious & yummy, and good portions! The home made lemon ice tea is very nice, proper. Tad strong so I diluted it with some water. I come here every once in a while, always a happy customer.

Overall great food (8/10). We ordered the shared platter for starter which had a perfect selection of items. There was a good selection of food and drinks. Staff were friendly but could have been a bit more accommodating. Only a minor issue but would have made the experience that bit better. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for an authentic Thai!

A nice Restaurant in the middle of the Westend with very busy surroundings. The food is excellent the staff are helpful. There is a downstairs seating area, so if you look into the restaurant it may look busy but you could be seated downstairs. If you love Thai food you won't be disappointed.

Great food with lots of vegetarian and vegan options. Also wide range of spice levels from mild to heavy, highly recommend sharing dishes across the entire group. Recommend reservations - Soho district gets crowded in evenings. There is extra seating located downstairs.

Went there for dinner on a Saturday night. The service was nice and very helpful. Unfortunately the food was quite a let down. We ordered Popcorn shrimp (6/10) Chicken satay (6/10) Pad Thai chicken (5/10) Cashew stir fry (4/10) Plates and cups and cutlery weren’t clean as well. Wasn’t a terrible experience but wouldn’t go again

Tom Yum soup is relatively refreshing. The fried pork with soy sauce and cashew nuts is salty and greasy, similar to Chinese food, not very authentic. The service was excellent. Nice atmosphere but quite crowded. Although there are a lot of chili peppers on the menu, they are not very spicy.

food - tom yum was terrible & unauthentic. tasted like fish sauce soup. basil chicken was decent (best dish out of everything we had) & green curry chicken was average. PSA you need to pay additional 3 pounds for rice. menu price excludes rice. service - understaffed

we came because we saw the good reviews but we left disappointed…we were sat in the basement right by the stairs on a sticky table. they have a large menu with a lot of food and it was very good but the portion are not enough and the drinks are served in a can. we ordered noodles and crispy chicken but they didn’t served it at the same time. my friends plate was cold by the time the chicken came. The price aren’t that expensive but for this kind of service…

Food was really good .. enjoyed my birthday dinner with all smiles and happy tummy 😃 service is excellent . Ice tea with litchi boba was my little ones fav .. We tried drunken noodles which was super hot and yum. Tom ka noodle soup was little on sweeter side. Overall a very good experience.

I had dinner today with my friend. The server Harry gave us exceptional service. Even though it was busy, the staff were all very accommodating. The food was delicious. Would absolutely recommend definitely revisiting!!!

I was a bit disappointed with the food. My noodles tasted good but were terribly overcooked. I also found it quite expensive, we ordered 3 main dishes and one beer and spent more than £17 each - I doubt I'll visit again.

The food here is amazing, very high quality and very different from all thai restaurants I have been. Also, was amazed and had an great service from Bella! Was very helpful and efficient. It’s rare to find good customer service nowadays but was grateful for her help. Will definitely be coming back here

I’d heard great things about Rosa’s Thai so had to book dinner here during a visit to London last week. It’s a busy place, with people coming and going often and there’s a good buzz about the place. The menu is good with a good selection of dishes. I had beef massaman with sticky rice and it was delicious. The only slight downside is that we were seated close to the door, and with everyone coming and going it got a bit cold with the wind. If you’re booking, then best ask for a table away from the door. Overall though, it was great and I’d return in an instant.

Good meal, we were a big table of 14 and they did well accommodating us. Food was nice, no complaints from our big table. However there was a little confusion around the menu at times and the drinks order was little slow but it didn’t detract from a solid experience.

Excellent Thai food in the heart of “Seven Dials.” Great location to escape the foot traffic at night. Very compact dining room but where in London doesn’t have a compact dining room? Staff took great care to accommodate our stroller to not wake the sleeping baby! Superb service and highly recommended!

The service here was Soo lovely! So much so in fact that it earned them an extra star just because of how wonderful and accommodating the staff were. However, the food was not good. The noodles were incredibly dry and the potatoes in the masaman curry were undercooked and the beef was tasteless. I don't recommend.

Food is very good and staff is helpful. Not five stars because I’ve found egg on my dish after asking if it could be made vegan and the staff said yes. When I mentioned it, they fixed straight away and they didn’t charge me for the dish which was a very nice gesture.

I have really enjoyed the Chicken Drunken Noodle dish from Rosa's. I order it once a week from Deliveroo and it's like a warm hug on a cold day. Absolutely delicious and the right balance of spice!

Food overall was ok the Thai red curry was good in flavour. The starters were also good. Downside is the service was quite slow and feel there isn’t much selection of meals

Very pleased with the service. The polite waiter Elliot kindly managed to make space for me and my friend even though we didn't have a booking, and the service throughout was very fast! His recommendation of the Viognier was a good choice and even went the extra mile to pour it for us. The food came quickly, and we will be visiting again shortly on one of our lunch breaks.

Possibly the best Thai food in London- certainly the best I've had. Bursting with deliciously balanced flavors. Wide variety of items on the menu, including some alcoholic bevvies worth splurging a bit on. Best items on my list- Pad Thai with your choice of meat Chicken Satay Skewers Fried Veggie Spring Rolls Coconut Sticky Rice

My only words for this restaurant are “not bad” the food is alright and the service is not bad, although the atmosphere is nice they messed up 2 of our orders! The food was good, but lacked flavour, but the drinks were great, for pricing it’s not bad at all and a wonderful place to bring your friends for some mid week Thai food. Overall I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quick bite. As for COVID precautions, they offer hand sanitiser, although the servers do not wear masks it is still a nice experience!

Food was absolutely amazing! The place is nice and cozy! The waitress were really diligent. Got there without reservation and got a table quickly. Would highly recommend if you want to get some nice and tasty Thai food. I ordered a chicken pad tai and my boyfriend the special fried rice. All delicious.

It's a small(ish) restaurant with a limited outdoor seating area. The food was lovely but the service was really slow. When we arrived, we were told our booking had been cancelled (we didn't cancel) but luckily, we were still seated. Although we moved tables once another couple had left their corner table, it still took a while to take our order. When we wanted to pay, we again had to wait some time. In the end, my friend stood in the middle of the restaurant to get their attention.

More of a 3.5 stars. The food is good but a bit unmemorable. I wouldn’t go out of my way to go here but if you’re in the area and are craving Thai, it’s a good option.

Food was great but I'm not eager to go again. I think it's rather ridiculous that you need to pay extra for rice (as in it doesn't come with your meal). It was also very cramped and service was a little slow. But the Thai lemonade was delicious

Had a wonderful time at Rosa’s today in the Dean Street branch. It was like we were dining at a fancy restaurant on the bottom floor to ourselves but instead with affordable prices. The two waiters had our drinks and crackers with us within a minute of ordering and were joyful. The food was lovely too to top it off!

This place was absolutely amazing! My friends and I all loved everything we ordered. The staff was also friendly and kind, and the food price was reasonable for what you get

Tatsy food with great vegan options. Got the sweetcorn fritters and a tofu cashew curry. Visited with a group, tables are quite small but large enough not to be uncomfortable.

Amazing food and amazing service! Would definitely recommend and looking forward to my next visit
