I was here a week ago for a consultation & I've got to say this is the best dental place I've ever been to! They are very clean & the nicest people I've ever met! I'm actually going back to start my procedure for my teeth & I don't get excited about going to the dentist (I mean, who does), but I'm actually excited about going back to this one!!

La comunicación siempre fue clara y rápida; respondieron todas mis llamadas y mantuvieron una excelente coordinación con los doctores, lo cual me dio mucha tranquilidad. Los doctores Manuel Cortina y Arturo Cazares nos atendieron con un alto nivel de profesionalismo y calidez. Se tomaron el tiempo de explicarnos cada procedimiento detalladamente, asegurándose de que comprendiéramos qué esperar en cada etapa. Durante los tratamientos, estuvieron atentos a nuestro bienestar, garantizando que estuviéramos cómodas y sin dolor, lo cual es fundamental en procedimientos que pueden ser largos y exigentes. Gracias a su cuidado, pude estar completamente relajada durante sesiones de 5 y 3 horas sin ninguna molestia. Otro aspecto impresionante fue la coordinación entre los doctores y sus asistentes. Su trabajo en equipo es impecable; las asistentes saben exactamente qué necesitan los doctores en cada momento, lo que permite que los procedimientos fluyan sin contratiempos ni demoras. Además, la clínica tiene una ubicación excelente. Está a tan solo dos bloques del Puente de Hidalgo, en una plaza que cuenta con su propio parqueo, lo que hace que el acceso sea muy fácil y conveniente. La zona es muy segura, lo cual nos dio aún más tranquilidad al visitarla. Definitivamente recomendaría Perfect Smile a cualquiera que busque atención dental de alta calidad. ¡Gracias a todo el equipo por su excelente trabajo!

I came here from Houston Texas because I think we can all agree the U.S can be a luxury to receive any medical care especially dental. This establishment is very professional and clean, they truly take care of their patients to the highest standards. Had an emergency situation with a broken tooth and they were able to help me. They would even work on me way past office hours to make sure they have everything done. They work really hard and they deserve all the praise.

I joined my BFF on her visit as she doesn't speak Spanish, and they allowed me to be with her. However, they have English speaking Dr's who do a great job explaining everything. She felt comfortable, the place is very clean and modern. There's parking, but we just walked across since it's very close to the border. They accept US debit as long as you have the visa or Mastercard logo, and they accept US dollars as well as pesos, of course. If you use the Google location, it took us to a random parking lot in a different area. I added a correction, but it hasn't shown up yet. I'll edit this later after checking the street names. We felt very safe coming into the area. Just use your common sense! As of this review, there was a lot of road construction, which you can actually avoid by going through the front instead of the back. No OSHA here, so just be careful when walking through the construction if you take that route. I, myself, am making an appt. here, since they have a specialist that deals with the chronic TMJD side of things.
