Used to enjoy working out there but with a change in management and further changes from Clever Fit Schweiz the overall experience has gotten worse and worse. - Started when they didnt give me the free month from the referral program. - Changed their memberships to make it more expensive. - Pretty much the only Gym that I know of that doesnt extend the membership due to the COVID gym-closure. - Although the membership price has increased, the opening hours have been shortened. - The basic membership doesnt include getting water from the water dispenser. - Although they have some very friendly and helpful staff members, you get the feeling that all that management cares about is money. Clever Fit Schweiz Support is horrible. The gym itself is great - lots of space and equipement for the price but the way they treat their customers is unacceptable.

Cheat, liars and unprofessional staff. Their motive is just to Cheat people and extract unreasonable money, shamelessly. Right upto the top management they are unfriendly, unprofessional, money minded, cheats, liars!!!!!!!!

Worst, Worst and worst Cheaters, Cheaters and Cheaters Liars, Liars and Liars I have never experienced such a let down by this staff for their fault. My request is not to sign with this gymnasium, especially aarau. Even after the clear evidence of their staff committing blunder, they would come to you and demand hefty amount for 3 years. I left aarau in 2019 and they come and claim till 2021. I strongly recommend them to revert to me and return all my money which they steal!!

I love this place. They have modern equipments to do really good workout and very kind personal. The best place to workout ever for me.

My husband and I have been training in Aarau for a bit more than a year now and we could not be happier! The service is great, with competent staff (Manuell and Jonathan, especially) and the machines have the best quality I’ve seen! :)
