We just moved here, to Providence, USA from Ireland. We were hoping to find a decent small pub setting where we could expect tasty food when we needed it. This place didn’t let us down. Such delicious food. A real plus was how kind the staff were, especially to my two young kids. Definitely going to be back. For such a small place, this has so much character.

Small but cozy tavern with some delicious food on Hope St. The storefront is pretty nondescript, if you aren’t looking for it you might not know it’s there, but this is a place you don’t want to miss. Great service, good selection of drinks, and even though the prices are a little high, the food is worth it.

Food and scenery are amazing! One of the best fish and chips I've ever had. Cary was attentive and hilarious and can pour a mean Old Fashioned.

A tasty Chicken Caesar, which was reasonably priced on a sunny afternoon, at an outside table, with a cold draft, was a very pleasant way to spend the time waiting for my daughter to finish her ballet class.

Rich, the bartender/waiter was very helpful, and friendly. The burger and chicken tacos were outstanding. Food here is very tasty, and impeccable. Place is clean. Food is fresh and artfully made. Rich also recommended a bakery down the street where we could satisfy our sweet tooth after lunch. Great place. Good guy. Go there, you'll enjoy yourself.

First time here. My first visit to a restaurant always starts with a burger. Ivy's did not disappoint. Great food! Can't wait to try all their other dishes.

One of the best fish and chips I’ve ever had! Mediocre burger, with amazing garlic fries! Overall, nice job! Definitely come back!

Food bland and unseasoned, service was terrible and took forever, our "smashed burgers" were just regular meat patties. We were the only brown people in the building and CLEARLY not a priority. We were skipped for service repeatedly and even upon asking to place an order to go, we were told to wait...while the bartender/server chatted at the counter, just hanging out.

Excellent food every time I've come here. Great drinks as well. We got the Mandoo fried dumplings and the Stone bowl bibimbap and it was fantastic. Can't wait to come back

The food was fantastic. We got the bibimbap and the Ivy Burger and both were fantastic. The server was great and super nice. The only complaint that I have is that it can get super busy and crowded and the staff seem overwhelmed. Maybe adding another server during rush times might make it a smoother time. It's a small place but probably too much for one server and a bartender to handle.

The service was phenomenal. The food was okay. The garlic fries weren't very garlic-y, the burger was cooked to the right temp and the texture was good, but the kimchi was a fail. Barely any flavor or bite. The rest of the burger was really good though. The bibimbap was also a fail with lackluster pickled veggies. It was as though the Korean portions were a nod to Korean food without the soul. Makes me miss California. Would recommend the pub food, just not the ethnic versions. The fish tacos were tasty though. Would recommend them.

Recently had the fish-n-chips. Its typically good but the crust was burnt this time... like really bad. I dont like hit or miss meals. I'll try something different next time

Before the pandemic we used to eat regularly at the Ivy Tavern. Their burger is still best in class, but the "accidental tourist" veggie burger was changed to the "accidental purest" and I'd honestly like the old recipe back please. There will be photos the next time we go.

A solid burger, good bar food, actually really good bar food. Basic drinks, beers etc, but a nice vibe and solid eats.

Place was very clean and comfy. Bartender was super friendly and easy to talk to. Food was great and not too expensive. Will definitely be back.

Super welcoming and cozy place! The owners are Korean so they have awesome American/ Korean fusion food. The bartender was also super friendly!

The cutest tiny bar on hope street with excellent burgers and a staff who are incredibly kind. Perfect for a quiet evening. I love the window seat overlooking the hope street. Perfect vibe for a relaxed chill evening :)

I miss going here in person; I used to love sitting with a beer and looking out onto Hope Street -- but their pickup process is great! I was able to order on my phone. I think this is the first time I tried a burger here and it was delicious! The onion rings were extraordinary. Super-satisfied, and grateful that they were open on Christmas Eve afternoon. Will definitely try them again, both during and, hopefully, after the pandemic.

The answer to the question we didn't realize we needed to ask: What happens when you open a classic pub and whip in some Korean flair? The answer is that it's #$%&ing amazing! While the bimbimbap and korean wings are personal favorites, everything on the menu is dynamite, especially their burgers. Great beers on tap and an interior like it could be an American classic right off Route 66. This place is legendary and one of those great contributors to the fabric of Providence's food scene.

One of the best burgers and sweet potato fry combos in the country. Awesome atmosphere. I love it here.

Love this place. The Bipimbap is unbelievable and very authentic. The owners really can cook! Food is unbelievable and the service is great. We will be back soon.

Small but great neighborhood spot. Even when the place is packed and people picking up curbside food, the bartenders here are amazing. Great service, the only reason you ever have a bit of a wait is when they are super busy and actually helping others! I never feel forgotten here. Can't say this about every bar.

First time here. Had steak tacos (2 per order). Great flavor. Mom had a burger, dad had grilled chicken sandwich. Both well prepared. Only complaint, would have loved 4 more tacos!!! TRY THEM OUT.

Ultimate hidden gem. Spicy pork bbq sandwich was the best sandwich I've ever had. Is it because I'm extra tipsy from the strong Grapefruit Paloma our fantastic server and bartender made for us? Maybe, but it's still a damn good sammy. 5/5 10/10 15/15
