We visited the Cardiff branch to purchase our pram and the girls working were very knowledgeable and were able to answer all the questions we had! We also visited the Nelson Branch to have our 4D scan upstairs in the BanyscanUk, and again the girls were fantastic. They were very patient with our baby and waited to get the perfect photo! We ended up purchasing the USB and some extra pictures along with the heartbeat bear. When we went downstairs into the pram center we also ended up purchasing the additional mitts to go with our pram. All the staff were super friendly and nice. Would definitely recommend a visit!:)

Been to Cardiff discount pram centre as was looking in other stores down there. Hayley was amazing and so informative in the Cardiff store but being as we live closer to the Nelson store we drove there with the intention of putting a deposit down on the travel system we had chosen. To walk into the shop and not even have a hello said to us! The women didn't even acknowledge our existence in the store until we was walking out the door! More concerned with talking amongst themselves between the kitchen and the till about drinks and cakes. Very disheartened as was excited to have chosen our babies pram.

Avoid at all costs, company is very unprofessional and will not adhere to guidelines in place by trading standards. We have an on going dispute with these regarding a faulty pram and have needed to involve trading standards, they will try and fob you off by making you send numerous photos and trying to make you go back to the pram manufacturer. In short you will end up purchasing another pram (not from these) to continue with your dispute as they will not repair or honour any guarantees. Unless you want to buy twice avoid. Needing to edit this as unable to respond to the below, company bare face lies, the pram is certainly not heavily used, nor was it ex display or if it was this is even worse as we was not made aware!! I certainly don’t want a free repair just a pram that is usable wouldn’t think that is such a demand from a pram store? Sorry.

Having attended the Discount Pram Centre in Cwmbran (referred to as ‘Newport’ on their website) three times over the course of a week, we were assisted by a number of different staff. All staff were keen to help and knowledgeable of the items sold - impressive given the huge range!! We went in thinking that we knew exactly what we needed, although after speaking to the staff we were educated and bought a family suitable travel system. Can’t praise them enough. Great service. We are also going for our FREE 4D scan tonight as well. Thanks all ❤️

Tragically I lost my fiancé on Sunday evening. I rang the the discount pram center and explain the circumstances and told them I needed a bear with the babies heartbeat in so I can put it in the coffin with him. They fitted me in for the same day. When I got to the center I broke down. The staff were brilliant and calmed me down. I went in and they got the babies heartbeat beat and when I picked the teddy they gifted it to me because of the circumstances with the babies dad. First time for me to go to this place but have to say the staff are all lovely and couldn't do enough.

Fab service, was shown around the store in nelson and given a demonstration of the travel systems we short listed, on how small and easy they fold. We put down a deposit for a venicci whilst we were in store and served by Laura.

Excellent service and a beautiful pram - I bought Joie Signature 3 in 1 and it was an excellent price. It was in stock really quickly too. Thank you to the staff for their support and making pram choosing stress free.

Don’t recommend, I bought over the phone Egg2 pram travel system with the delivery, the next day I requested the invoice and I noted that 2 items were missing on the invoice (according to their web advertisement what is included in the box). I sent the email with the pictures from their website and Louse said it was an error and I need to pay extra for those items. I refused as the price wasn’t great with an additional payment and then she could only offer me the refund. Such a waste of my time.

Not a great experience as a first time mam was so excited to go pram shopping, we rang in advance to see if the pram I was interested was on display and was told yes. When we arrive the pram wasn’t on display and was told we shouldn’t have been told it was. I also felt uncomfortable looking around the shop.

Bought my venicci stylish black pram from discount pram centre & had amazing customer service from them all & amazing help on finding the right pram for myself , I definitely highly recommend these guys if your looking for a travel system

Absolutely amazing ! I am such an indecisive person and was thinking I would take HOURS choosing the pram of my dreams but literally took under 15 minutes and left one happy gal knowing I had just ordered the most stunning pram ever with the best support from staff working at the store ❤️

We have been researching Prams and Car seats for the last few months, We found Discount Pram Centre through word of mouth from the Owners. We travelled from Leicester to South Wales to see family for a weekend and whilst here we went down to the Nelson store, the staff were amazing, they helped us with looking through the different Models and Brands. The staff's knowledge and approachable Customer service style are a great complement to the store, the variety of prams, level of knowledge from the staff and value for money is fantastic. Just to top it off the offer they provide of a free 4D Scan with the purchase of a pram makes the experience all the more magical. My wife and I will be coming back for anything else we need and would recommend it to anybody who wants a friendly, professional and personal experience.

We ordered the Oyster Max Pram with the tandem seat back in January. We were told while ordering it that the colour pack for the tandem seat wouldn't be in until the end of February which was fine as our daughter wasn't due until then. And we were promised that we would get a call to pick it up as soon as it was in. We waited but no call. I rang last week and spoke to Helen who has put the blame onto the suppliers she assured me it would be in Saturday and they would call me to collect it. It's now Monday and still no call. Completely unorganized and terrible communication will avoid using this company again especially after paying higher end prices for a pram.

Came here today and had a brilliant experience I didn’t expect it to be like it was felt really sorry for the poor girl as I had her walking back and forth showing us how 4 different prams folded down and showing us different choices of car seat even showed us the Pram we loved in the book to show us different colours! I was so happy and she was so lovely and polite!! Really hope she gets this feedback because she 100% deserves it! Our appointment was 11am this morning!! Thank you so much for a brilliant experience can’t wait to have my next scan to come and make a definite decision and put deposit down! If I could give more stars I would! Absolutely outstanding and nothing is too much trouble for them!! You’ve got brilliant staff!! ❤️

Easy to get to. Staff happy to help. Orders take a long time to come into store so don't leave it until too late!

Went to view pushchairs and car seats staff were very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about all the products, we purchased what we had intended to get, plus easy to park outside the shop.

The staff member was so friendly and very helpful (sorry, baby brain and i can'tremember her name). She helped us meet our budget and our needs as a family. We finally settled on a pram and we can't wait for it to arrive! The shop was very clean and we felt safe inside.
