This place is an absolute joke. Nothing but problems, rude incompetent staff including managers who don't give two ****'s. Have had so many problems with missing items, missing extras, dirty food boxes, make you park up for 30-40 minutes sometimes only to bring you stone cold food with things missing, i think i've had warm food from here once, maybe twice. Tonight we ordered a delivery. A milkshake was missing, the one we got was barely filled and not only did they not give us any of the extras (extra onion, pickles and sauce), including the cheese which you pay extra for, they purposely gave us barely anything. There was ONE pickle placed perfectly centre on each burger. It was clearly on purpose to take the p***. Avoid this place like the plague.

Absolutely disgusting, flies everywhere and one fell on my food, I went and got them i showed them and they were just rude saying "they weren't flies!" And I was like they were cause they were flying right above where I was eating and as you can see one fell in my food😡🤢 (won't be going there again) (Disgusting and not respected by staff)

Tasteless. The food had no taste whatsoever. The vanilla milkshake tasted of banana. I must say it was the first time in around 10 years that they got the order correct even though the food was cold and tasteless. Sat in covid drive thru queue for around 20minutes before being served, then had to wait to get to the second window before receiving food. Very rare for ice cream and milkshakes to be served at this location.

Ordered 2 mcflurries. 1 smoothie and 20 chicken nuggets. As you can imagine doesn’t cost much, like £11. Order shows up and she’s given me the wrong order completely. £35 worth of food roughly. Phoned her she said she’d be 2 minutes she was turning around apparently. Half an hour later no delivery driver no order. I’m sorry but I’m eating this now absolutely starving. Utter shambles. Understand delivering the wrong order but don’t lie and say you’re coming back and you’re 2 minutes away. Might want to rethink your career Adrianne.

Absolutely awful. Every time I've been there we've had nothing but problems. It doesn't matter whether we order in the restaurant or go through the drive thru. It's absolutely atrocious. One time we ordered 4 burgers, it took 45 minutes to come out (after forgetting about it completely and I had to remind them) we received 4 plain empty, dry buns. Literally nothing had been put in them. Today we ordered 2 burger meals and 4 burgers by themselves. Well, we only received 2 out of the 6 burgers. Every time I've called to to say about it, I've been met with extremely rude and blunt people who aren't helpful in the slightest and offer no resolution. Appalling place and appalling customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Every time ordering off Uber eats there is always something wrong with the order. Mainly missing items but today we received completely the wrong items! How can a team of people get it so wrong so many times?

I am appalled EVERYTIME I come to McDonald’s or get a McDonald’s delivery, like for instance I ordered food and drinks delivery came with just drinks! My poor son is starving what sort of service is this? Constantly getting the wrong order ! And even through the drive thru it takes ages , and when you come to the window they all there having a laugh, half of the people working there are youngsters who don’t know what they’re doing expect having a big gossip! This needs to change !!

Absolutely shocking again. Ordered a delivery, the food was cold, ice cream melted and items missing. Last time we ordered it was terrible but wanted to give them another chance. Will definitely not be ordering again!

Terrible.. doors locked so had to use drive through. Then only the 1 server was operating (not ours) watched 5 cars get through so fed up of waiting to be served drove through and ordered through the window took 50 mins

Food is as expected with McDonald's, thrown together roughly to ensure it looks nothing like the advertisement. Although with this McDonald's they go the extra mile to ensure your order is always incorrect or incomplete. With regards to the drive through..... I've cooked a Sunday dinner faster. Especially frustrating when you see Uber Eats drivers walk in and come out with food and you've not moved a single cars length. It's pretty disappointing when you dine in, staff see customers as an inconvenience because you're taking up their time, distracting them from sending snaps or talking with their friends... and still Uber Eats are in and out while your food is held at a red light as low priority. Also feel like asking for a wage while I'm there as I'm used to having to clear and clean a table before I use it. As far as McDonald's go, this is the worst run restaurant I've been to. Previous to Uber Eats is was okayish (is that's a real word). I now think it's completely disorganised and staff believe they get paid for attendance. I'd recommend driving a bit further down the road and get a KFC which is quick, accurate and fast...as expected with FAST FOOD.

I was stuck in the drive through for over half an hour. When I finally got to the window I was told to park up. No problem. Waited 33 minutes until my food came. It came wrong and freezing cold. They did change it for me but this was over 40 mins later. Disgraceful

Amazing food was cooked to perfection well worth a visit . We will b back yummmm

I ordered at the drive through and always order an extra portion of fries for my son with his happy meal When I collected at the window the server said that the extra fries were in the Happy meal box. I drove off and when I opened his meal there were no extra fries inside! This has happened so many times before

It's mcdonalds which is the same wherever you go. Clean and well laid out. Good outside seating area. Was disappointed when a I hot big tasty, advertised with 6 peel off monopoly game strips but only got 4. Hey ho still won a cheese burger and mini mcflurry, so not that disappointed.

Every single time we visit, something is wrong with our order, even our drinks. What's worse is we order somthing small and get told to park up, which we can't because of all the uber eats drivers take all the spaces available and then we end up waiting (between 10-30 minutes) which is longer than it takes for many uber drivers to turn up and leave with their orders.

The staff at this restaurant are so rude and incompetent. They can’t speak to customers tidy, the manager is a waste of time to be honest, saying they are rude is being polite. I will never visit there again. Absolutely shambles. In my honest opinion this restaurant will be closing in the near future if they don’t sort the staff out there 😡. And the food wasn’t up to much either cold put mine straight in the bin !!!!!!!!

Missing items on a list of 4 things, toffee latte was a joke , did make another one but it still wasn't great the food was 3/10 staff seemed half soaked and not interested then to top it off I had to clean the toilet before my son could use it . The toilets were absolutely disgusting!!! I don't want to come back here ever again.DId I mention the floor was like a greasy ice rink .

The worst mcdonalds I've used and since moving home closer to this one. I specifically avoid and use the one in Nantgarw instead if I actually want a mcdonalds thats correct and within a decent time scale. Always a massive queue/wait, they get orders wrong every time ive been there and food is cold most the time. Service is slow and poor attitudes to customers, doesn't look clean either. I've used just eat for my delivery a few times also and it's either missing items or someone else's order! Just a shambles. Won't use this mcdonalds again, had way too many issues. Super frustrating!

Dirty place. Four members of staff front of service staff. Standing around chatting to each other rather then cleaning. Chips under cooked and stone cold. Complained and was given more under cooked stone cold chips. Italinio stack burger chucked together in box as if someone didn't want to be working here.....basically I paid £7 for a cuppa. Buck up McDonald's

A hungry ambulance crew grabbing a bite mid-shift (yes we are allowed to eat) We are unable to get out truck through the drive thru so we go inside Deliveroo and the drive thru get priority so waited 15 mins for our food and that was only because we went to the counter and asked We were met by a very rude yoof called Liam Rees who thought it was funny we were waiting so long and told me to ‘relax’ The burger was cold and soggy and the attitude of the staff is disgusting Drive to Talbot Green they are much nicer there

What a poor experience today was.. 20 mins from order to receipt of food... for a fast food restaurant.. an all Time low for me.. keep up the good work.

Really slow in the mornings when your going to work. Only ordered a coffee and took about 15 mins whilst staff were chatting away.

Excellent food and the service is always good. We go every week and Jan is always a tonic. She is efficient and always smiling

Terrible drive in system. They only changed this a few years ago and its hell. Wait for ages, whilst dodging the parked traffic or barracading parked cars in. They need a different system here. A quicker one too. Fast food isnt it? Its too small for the volume that uses it.

Good food here today. Usually very busy and can take a long time at the drive through as you have to park up. We ordered on the app today and only took 15 mins to get our food which was lovely and hot.

Food is great here so I can't complain about it, however the branch just can't keep up with the demand. Always asked to park up and wait and there's already around 5 people waiting meaning the order bays are all full so you have to try and park in an already congested car park.

the attitude on the cleaner was absolutely disgusting she has been arguing with little children kicking them out for no reason. i do not think she is suitable for that job she never does her cleaning properly and she always gives families dirty looks, she would escort little children out from their siblings and making groups of friends separate. i do not recommend at all.

Absolutely DISGUSTING/APPALLING SERVICE. Ordered a delivery. App says ‘delivered’ - yet nothing turns up!! Phone McDonald’s the ‘manager’ says it’s ‘not their problem’ and to call Uber Eats (even though I used the McDonald’s App) - spoke to someone who couldn’t understand me and I couldn’t understand them.. talked over the top of me. Spoke to the ‘manager’ who hung up the phone. There’s a 48hr wait to receive a confirmation email regarding my issue. And a 7-10 days wait to see IF I’m entitled to a refund. ‘IF’. Absolutely disgraceful. Absolutely fuming. Worst service EVER.

Great place, never really had a bad meal from here. Can get really busy certain times of the day which makes getting in and out of carpark a bit hard. But not an issue. It is a McDonald's after all. Always gutted to see the ice cream machine not working but then again it's McDonald's 🤣

Very poor food service, we waited over 25 mins for our food and when we asked they said it won't be long, waited a further 10 mins, and then there was things missing off our order and mixed up a part if our order, and when we left some people who ordered about five mins after us was still waiting for there food, the best part was that there was only about 6 people in the shop,

Abysmal experience. Waited 24 minutes for food. Ridiculous time to wait for 2 meals. I had to go to the counter to ask and kept being told 'were working through our orders'. When we got our order, we were missing straw for the one drink, the sauce we ordered, and with the coffee I wasn't given a stirrer or any sugar. I had to go to the counter again to ask for sweetener. No napkins..just an absolute joke. Really off putting.

Absolutely shocking. No words to describe how terrible this place is. Not once have I recieved the right order. The staff have awful attitude. These idiots shouldn’t be working in the first place if they can’t make an order correctly. Not to mention i’m surprised the place is still open with how vile and unhygienic it is. Don’t go here unless you’re about to starve to death, because it’s not worth your time. Not to mention, delivery is the WORST part. KFC could never be this bad.

I usually can't give more than 1 star to MD'S as it is awful, however this one in Tonypandy is the exception to the rule. The staff are really friendly even smiled 😃 and chatted; lovely! and the food wasn't bad either you know just goes to prove with the right people behind the counter they can even win me over.......a little bit.
