Called to discuss opening an account as I renovate a substantial amount of property each year. Happened to get through to the Manager Jane who was very helpful and a pleasure to speak to on the phone. Seemed very knowledgeable and guided me on what type of paint I will need. I will be in to open a Trade Account in the coming days.

Went to try and get some paint coloured matched. Really helpful with my queries and even took old paint tins off me for recycling. Very happy customer.

Brilliant service by friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. I have been using this store for about a year now since moving into the area and would highly recommend them to anyone. I wanted certain colours from a brand which is ridiculously expensive and I was able to get the exact colours here for less money and more so, in a better quality paint.

Went into the shop today to buy paint for an upcycling project for the day service I work at which support adults with alternative day provision and projects. wow these girls were so helpful really lovely and accommodating I can’t rate them highly enough they especially supported our project and listened when we told them what we do and how we have to fund raise to get supplies .they also agreed to supply us with some free products that have been mistinted thank you so much to the staff at this decorating Center they really did go above and beyond for us today x

Brilliant shop, excellent staff, friendly and very knowledgeable. Helped me match paint to coverB&Q Valspar paint which had very poor coverage. One coat of crown and the job was done. Keep up the good work and the quality of your paint, I will definitely be back for more🙂🙂

I don’t always leave reviews, but on this occasion it’s worth noting how helpful the staff at Crown Decorating Centre Sheldon are. We were able to borrow the samples book to try at home and placing our order for wallpaper was altogether seamless and speedy. Thank you and we would definitely use again. Highly recommended.

Jane is the most helpful person you could wish to meet. I wanted to match a paint and only had an old paint tin with dried up paint inside and some on the inside lid. She took endless trouble and I have just put it on the wall - needless to say it's a perfect match. Thank you so much

The team at the Crown Centre in Sheldon are excellent. Helpful and knowledgeable and eager to please. Good old fashioned service. The friendly approach and willingness to give advice is superb. The store is located near the Morrison’s car park meaning access is easy. The offer of free delivery if required is also good as is the preparedness to collect old paint in our case when delivering an order. I don’t normally write reviews but this store warrants it.

What a refreshing experience when we walked Into this shop. I was looking for paint and wallpaper and Nikki was so helpful and patient, she was going through all the wallpaper books to help me find what appealed me. I did eventually find one I liked, can't wait to see the finished effect. Nikki was a pleasure to deal with, shame more shops don't have staff like this, thank you Nikki.
