Raw chicken wings? I got an order of boneless wings that were raw inside. I didn't get a picture of them since they were taken away from us, but we had already ate most of the wings and they were taken away from us once we showed the waitress that they were raw. Thankfully we didn't get sick. It definitely makes me apprehensive about the quality control of the food being served. We didn't get them taken off the bill or get an apology from the manager. Our nice waitress did, however, apologize to us. Regardless, besides that one off chance encounter with the boneless wings, I've had mostly good experiences here. Just... Don't get the wings.

Nice place, nice team; we enjoyed it. Burgers are average, but sandwiches are special. Too cold inside, I had to take a jacket.

Bourbon Street chicken and shrimp was delicious! Staff was friendly. Great atmosphere!

My husband took me here the other day, and we had the sirloin steak, four cheese Mac with honey pepper chicken, and loaded waffle fry appetizer. Biggest issue is we were not informed about them being out of certain items on the menu. We ordered, and when we received our food it was all wrong. Wrong pasta, wrong sides, no cheese, the list goes on. Horrible experience, and I doubt we will return. The appetizer was the only good part about this meal.

Went here for a couple drinks and food after working a sister store. I couldn't help but notice an individual who seemed to be everywhere, all st once. Cassie was my bartender and even though I didn't require much I did take note of her helping out everywhere. Running food to tables, cashing out guests, preparing drinks, and then-some. She's a very hard worker and I'd do anything for her to work for me. She's truly an amazing worker.

We were at Applebee's on June 22, 2023 for lunch. Our service was terrible. We waited for everything. Had to call the waitress to our table to take our order after waiting quite awhile as she was headed to the back, again! The wings were mostly breading and hardly no meat with most of them not even covered in BBQ sauce. The meal itself was ok. Waited again for our check and for her to come back and take our money. It was NOT busy when we were there. There were at least 3 waitresses working. Will be awhile before we go back!

My Dad and I go to dinner there 2 to 3 times a month and Hannah is usually our server. She is amazing! She is always very friendly and attentive. She has an unbelievable memory. We don't even have to tell her what we're going to order because she remembers and just confirms before submitting. She's a very warm, caring and sincere person. Applebee's is very fortunate to have her as an employee. 💗

You can never go wrong with this Applebees location in Wausau for lunch, the Manager/bartender Dave did a great job with serving drinks and recommending stuff off the menu. Food was quick to come up and great tasting. Entire staff were some of the friendliest people I have met at a restaurant .. Highly recommend the bourbon 8 oz steak with shrimp!

There staff is not friendly. Food only average to not so great. Saw how they don't treat their uber eats drivers like they are not even human. They ignore them when they say hi to several staff. Make them stand for 20 minutes or so and don't allow them to sit. Make them use far away parking and a certain door, so their customers don't need to look at them. Not eating here again. Drivers don't waste your time. They don't respect you and you don't make money, cause orders take to long for them to cook. They don't care about the customers wait that order.

Food is always yummy there. Had a good server to check up on us if we needed anything.

It wasn't a bad experience. But I don't really want to give a negative remark but after seeing the kitchen I would never eat there again. Not to mention one of the dishwashers does not ensure that the dishes are clean because he hates the job but the cooks are exceptional at what they do. Also I know that their dishwasher in the evenings is exceptional his job. All this I say from personal experience. I've recently had the opportunity to go in the back of the restaurant and witness everything in person. So what you read here is an eyewitness account. No embellishments at all.

We started out with the delicious Classic Combo(honey, barbecue boneless wings, chicken quesadillas, mozzarella sticks & spinach-artichoke dip). Everything was cooked just right and was served to our table hot and very quickly. I then had a bowl of the French onion soup, and this had great flavor! My main course was their new Chicken & Shrimp Scampi skillet. The chicken and shrimp had the perfect Cajun seasoning. My entire meal was amazing, and I would highly recommend it!

Will not be coming here again!! We got our table super fast. Was told who our waitress was then we waited 10 to 20 mins for our waitress. Seen tons walk past us. No one even got us drinks or talked to us!! Awful service. We wound up walking out.

It was ok the last time there. Food is alright, but I expected better. There wasn't anything wrong with it, but nothing stood out or made it a treat. Our waitress was very distracted because of the number of tables she must have been running. Maybe they were short staffed that night. Overall pretty average. Seems kinda downhill from what I remember from a few years ago. Would consider going back for apps and drinks later at night with friends, but probably not for a dinner.

My husband and I went on a Thursday afternoon. Not busy at all. The older waitress seated us and ask if we minded if she vacuumed real quick. I said I didn't mind. But really it could of waited until after she helped us. Then a nice young lady came by (Juliana). She got our drinks and made sure we were taking care. She was sweet and helpfulness. The spareribs my husband ordered had too many small bones. Not my best experience.

I'm usually not bothered by waiting during a busy night, but my last experience was outright bad service. Everything that could go wrong with getting our food, or even noticed, did. Our small group were left very upset with apologies from the manager and staff.

Thought I would treat myself for my Birthday. Ordered the Chicken and Shrimp with sauteed onions mashed potatoes and a Side order of French fries. DISASTER *Sent the fries back because they were almost cold, waitress brought me different fries almost immediately on a different plate - just as cold. *I canceled the fries - I didn't want MORE of the same fries on a Different Plate ! *The Chicken was Overcooked (so DRY) (about 3/8" thin)- I had to order a side order of Ranch to try to swallow it. Flavor was good. *Shrimp was hot, but also overcooked and rubbery, flavor was good. *After requesting butter, the Mashed potatoes were better and the sauteed onions were excellent. <Waitress can only bring what the kitchen gives her, Not discrediting her at all. ***DISAPPOINTING B-DAY DINNER*** After leaving; I seen Day's Bowl-A-Dome sign "MEATLOAF MONDAY", and had the Best Meatloaf Dinner @ 1/2 the Price ! Days Bowl-A-Dome gave me a satisfying meal for My Birthday!

The food was good. I love their garlic mashed potatoes paired with a steak. There was some confusion on my part because I saw a picture I liked but the description was over another picture. Anyway they corrected my order right away. My husband enjoyed his pasta dish. The food was very hot. I burned my tontand finger tips..lol. I had to use the bathroom. It appeared to be fairly clean. I first went into the middle stall and tried to close the door and couldn't get the door to close. So I moved to another stall and I noticed that the floor was sticky. The more I walked the more grossed out I was. I complained to the manager who said he would look into it. At the end of our meal I used the bathroom again and found that the floor was still sticky. Gross.

Great place to grab some chow, with great burgers and with some nice deals on mixed drinks, definitely worth checking out

We were tired after a busy day and decided to stop in at this location for dinner. We were seated promptly and advised us our server would be with is soon. We reviewed the menu's several times. I looked around for our server and someone that might be her at the register. We waited, and waited, and waited more. I looked around again and saw the bartender, the host and who I think was our waitress. Standing at the back of the bar chatting. I waited a total about 20 minutes before I decided to leave. The bar tender saw us get up and asked if we were okay... my wife told him we're tired of waiting and haven't seen a waitress yet. He attempted to apologize but it wasn't sincere. I can't review the food but I can say the place smelled sour and service was horrible.

We had a group of 6. Later in the evening (9pm). Service was good but not great. To be clear, our waitress was great, she was making up for some lackluster workmates from what we saw so it was slow..for there only being 10 tables being served total. That said, the order (grilled chicken salad for me) was correct and tasted delicious and everyone else enjoyed what they got. So no complaints there.

The Caesar Salads are the best ever had. The only downfall we experienced today is how hot it was while there. But no complaints when the temp outside was 95 degrees. Otherwise everything else was great!
