Wonderful food. There was a little wait due to short staffing but very worth it! Chipolte chicken avacado melt was the best sandwich I have ever had.

Absolutely a must stop when we are in town. We love the soup and sandwiches option. Great amount and so well made. Different bread options. Tasty dessert. Great service.

Panera's overall are pretty much the same wherever you find them (my experiences). Good service, drink choices are expansive, and food options are varied enough for people to have a diversity in choices. This Panera checks off all of these boxes, and the staff has always been exceptional.

Everything is fine, but you shouldn’t come late, you won’t get a delicious baguette 🤣

Went for lunch around 1:30 on Sunday 8/6. When ordering was told they were out of greens and tomatoes. Then changed my order to then be told they were out of chips as well. This is a constant problem at this location. Receiving orders placed thru the drive all wrong and missing items. This was the last time I will visit this location!

We went through the drive thru and it was slow. The chicken salad sandwich would be more aptly named as a lettuce sandwich. The coffee was too strong. I couldn't even bring it to the right color with 7 creamers!

I love Panera - BUT NOT THIS LOCATION. I have been here previously and food has been "meh" compared to other locations. Today, i came in and ordered a pick two- Greek salad and Flatbread. I understand most people don't order a salad to eat in the car, but I'm traveling, and I don't want a fast food burger. Well, upon getting to my car, it immediately became evident that the lid for the salad wasn't even on at all. I didn't even get a chance to try opening the container before it fell all over my car. I wasn't driving, nor distracted, I used two hands. User error you can claim, but what really upset me is now the clean up- lettuce, onions, peppers, feta cheese EVERYWHERE. I went in to the location to grab napkins and ask for a bag to help with the clean up. The employee that had one literal minute before helped me with my order didn't seem to care that the lid wasn't on the salad. There was no offer to make another, and me asking for a bag to collect the (now garbage) salad was clearly asking a lot. The Flatbread barely had cheese, and what was there was barely melted - and by this point, it was cold. Maybe i came on an "off" night, but I will not come to this location again.

On a road trip I'm always happy to find a Panera where I can get an excellent Bear Claw pastry. They are pricey but worth it. Flakey almond Bear Claws 🐾 are very hard to come by.

2nd time in a couple weeks going through the drive thru.. Both times specifically asked for no horseradish. This trip she even said it back to me. Sandwich got put in the garbage because it had horseradish on it. For $17 dollars a half order of macaroni, half a sandwich and a glass of lemonade you'd think they could get it right!

It was the first time I stopped at the Wausau location. I was not thanked or greeted when my order was taken. When waiting for my food I had a buzzer. Several plates of food were on the counter when my buzzer went off. I had no idea which one was mine. No name or order number was called. No thanks at that counter either. The tables in the dining room were dirty. Will not be stopping again.

I ordered the "New" Green Goddess melt. My tomatoes were so green in the middle I couldn't bite through them. The "greens" they put on mine were nothing but stems. Literally, they were nothing but stems. It looked like they dyed straw green and put it on there. Soup was cold (French Onion) and what I thought would be the saving grace of this $28 meal, would be the brownie. Nope. It was rock hard. So, the only good thing I can say is this... I only waited 10min instead of 20.

Good flat bread pizza and grilled cheese sandwich. Note: Tomato soup has unique flavor. Not bad, but unique.

Never had a negative experience at Panera like this one. We were there at 1:45, so past the lunch rush, maybe a 1/4 of the tables filled, maybe….. Only one person on register, so waited around 5-6 minutes to order. We both order the charged lemonade, they had run out of all flavors but the mango already, and what was left in the mango wasn’t even enough to fill my cup! They were out of the plain lemonade too. The food took easily 7-9 minutes, longest I’ve ever waited at a Panera. We had to search all over the store for any napkins, could only find by coffee at the front. My frontega sandwich was pretty sparse and flat. Really disappointing for Panera.

Cold impersonal stupid people to wait on you in different people to serve you your food the food stinks the chicken sandwich the chicken was burnt the bun was out of the freezer and cold the soup was great my bag gets a French bread had been ripped apart they weren't even sliced my mac and cheese one side of the bowl was burning hot the other side hadn't been heated in order to eat the thing I had to mix it together and wait 5 minutes and it was just barely warm, with my order that I placed I ordered a large loaf of bread which when my food was given to me at the window was not with the order and it was I was told I never ordered it $25 for a chicken sandwich a bowl of soup and some macaroni and cheese with no beverage it's too much, find someplace else to eat that cares, the manager has no idea of what they are doing in running this restaurant what a terrible terrible waste of employees of building of food go someplace else

I ordered a rapid pick up at 11:40 for lunch. They were running a little behind but let me know through updates in my email. I didn't have to wait forever, but everyone around me seemed impatient and angry. I think the workers did a great job!!! Waiting 20 minutes for lunch at a busy restaurant is not long at all. Good job and thank you for lunch 😀

The minute you walk in it’s freezing. Everyone is wearing jackets eating. Ordered a Mediterranean bowl and it was cold mush. Not good at all. Thought bowls of rice should be warm?? If I hadn’t added the chicken it would have mostly been rice. I got my kids a turkey sandwich and it was literally a piece of white bread and meet and cheese, not grilled and slapped together. Not even some mayo? It was gross. My husband had the chicken avocado melt something and it was extremely dry and the bread was so hard and crusty it cut his mouth. The worst Panera experience of my life. I will never stop there again and I may never go back to a Panera in general. I thought you were better then this Panera.

Chicken salad was dry and no flavor, sandwich was mostly bread. First bad experience at any Panera.

Why don’t u design your drive thru so people can leave after u tell them you don’t have 3 of the items they tried to order place blows and it’s consistent

My friend had called, as she wanted a to go order, and wanted to pay with her card over the phone. Whomever answered told her they couldn't do it. You lost out on an order. We ordered somewhere else.

3rd time using the drive through and they have yet to get my order right. Good always tastes cold. Worst Panera I’ve been too by far

Food was fine. Was there at 10:15 am on a Thursday. I used the woman’s bathroom and it was very dirty. Toilets hadn’t been scrubbed in awhile as there were visible rings. As I walked out I noticed that the floor throughout the restaurant was dirty as well. I know staffing is short everywhere, but dirty bathrooms are just gross-I’m glad I had been done eating before using the bathroom.

I love their salads however they really skimp out on the dressing. Bought a while salad but only got a bout a table spoon of dressing for the salad. Often time i find old lettuce too that i have to pick out from my bowl.
