    The site works OK & I knew the product was coming from mainland Europe to the UK, so delivery wouldn't be that quick, but the product was good value for money. It arrived within a few days, so far so good, unfortunately that's where the good ends! The issues: 1. The product was delivered missing several components, meaning it couldn't be used unless they supplied the missing nuts & bolts. 2. I tried to use the return form on the website, but it did not work properly, 2 mandatory fields that looks like they should pull the product order data through were blank, these could not be typed in either, I cleared my cache & tried 3 different browsers, all had the same issues. This meant it was impossible to submit a return request. 3. I didn't have the time to keep ringing as they didn't answer the phone, so I contacted using the help/support form, this produced a support email auto response, at that point I emailed & explained the problem in detail with photos showing the missing parts. I heard nothing for 3 days, although it was the weekend. 4. On the Monday they emailed asking what i wanted to do, I replied explaining that I'd already given 2 options; either replace the product, or send the parts. They said that someone would get in touch with me, they never did. 5. I received an email from TNT saying my old product would be collected via TNT & to follow their return instructions & print forms, no email from Quirumed to see if I'd be in to handle the return, to explain what was happening etc. I sent them an email, I've never had a response. 6. I got an text and email from TNT saying that a new one would be delivered a few days later, again nothing from Quiramed... 7. The product never turned up, I chased TNT as Quiramed don't respond, and they said it was delayed in transit & that it would come the following week & that Quiramed would contact me, they never did. 8. The product arrived 4 days late, well over 2 weeks after I'd ordered it, it's not as well finished as the original, but it works... I've still never had any contact from Quiramed. The reviews on the website are good, however, if you look at the Google reviews here they're abysmal, saying their customer service is a joke. I ordered in a hurry & didn't check these, but my advice is steer clear, as the customer service is a joke... Quirmed eventually contacted me after I left a negative review on their site, they replied blaming suppliers, couriers, IT etc... everyone but themselves. They take no ownership and offer no customer service. AVOID

    DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS PEOPLE AND COMPANY!!! They sent broken and rusty chair. Pump is not workin either. Some bolt stuck on the leg rest its not coming out . They fix the scratch with spray paint It looks like they chancing their arm with B GRADE faulty stock with full price and they dont even answer back. I'm sure they will notice this message here. Completely dissapointed

    I ordered 2 salon chairs, 1 was great but the other was damaged when I unpacked it, I e-mailed and rang many times, this company does not take responsibility for it saying it was my fault that I didn't check it when TNT delivered it. I didn't sign for item or given any notes from the courier, as they said I had. The item is badly packed just a plastic bag covering the seat, no polystyrene or protection. They refuse now to answer my emails, this is diabolical service. I wanted to order more items in the near future for my salon but I will not entertain using this company again, its disgusting customer service.

    Very poor quality for the electric wheelchair I bought almost two years ago. One of the bars (supposedly made from aluminium) supoorting the back of the chair suddenly broke, although the person using the wheelchair is well below the 100 kg limit. That should be an aluminium bar, it shouldn’t break like plastic. The product is still under warranty, I contacted them via email since they do not answer the phone. The answer came in english, although I contacted them via romanian form. Anyway, they asked me to send photos of the issue, which I did a couple of days later. They haven’t answered anymore for two weeks now, I can’t get in touch with them anymore. They won’t even confirm they received the photos and are looking into the issue. I paid ~800€ for this wheelchair and I think it’s unacceptable for such issue to occur.

    Never deal with this company! I ordered a massage table from them and they sent the wrong colour and delivered it on the wrong day when I had patients in and had to cancel a patient in order to move the package. Customer service was terrible, they were rude, unhelpful and offered no compensation for the mistakes they made. I returned the table and am still awaiting a refund for my money.

    The product information on the website of this company is not accurate. I ordered a massage table with 4 cm padding. But the padding is only just over 2 cm thick which makes it very uncomfortable. I sent several mails to complain about this, but it took them almost 3 weeks before they sent me a reply saying that the 4 cm padding means the total thickness of the table, including the wooden board that is quite thick. Especially the face hole in the table is not usable. It is ok for a couple of minutes, but a massage takes much longer than that and most of my clients complained that it is not doable to stay on the table face down for an extended time. Take care to double check al the given information on the quirumed website before ordering because they don't make it simple to return faulty goods.

    We ordered a wheelchair to span the time between knee surgery and runnign around. Color options were surpisingly refreshing. Wheelchair arrived fast. We are a pair of people that are prone to hiking and outdoor adventures...for this the little wheelchair was not optimal...but a knee surgery is also not optimal foor outdoor adventures ;) The wheelchair fulfilled its job! We could climb mountaintops...even if it was very heavy to do. But in general we have a few concerns....folding and unfolding the wheelchair wasn't smooth at all...and a lot of screws were loose...some more QC would be good! It was an OK solution to bridge the gap between surgery and running around again.

    This company should make it much more explicit that if you are in the UK, then they are shipping from Spain and as such you will incur Import Duty tax. My £180 wheelchair, which already cost a further £44 shipping, picked up a further £50 import charge. I accept taxes are a part of like, HOWEVER my point is that paying import duty is extremely complicated, and due to the muppetry of FedEx and TNT, who are apparently merged as one company, but actually are not, after 2 hours on the phone/internet I have so far been unable to pay the charge! Do yourself a favour, avoid the headache, and order form a UK company, or Amazon! I thought it was cheeky to advertise the website to UK users, then throw you to the import duty / shipping carrier wolves.

    I FOUND THE WHEEL CHAIR WELL MADE AND DESIGNED FOR COMFORT. THE PROBLEM I HAVE IS THE SMALL TIPPING WHEELS AT THE REAR, IS THERE AN EXTRA TIPPING BAR TO EXTEND THE BOTTOM FRAME INSTEAD OF THE SMALL WHEELS.

    Ordered a wheelchair in May 2021 for an 89 year old man and still not received delivery, no confirmation email or delivery note nothing.... even though money was taken from my bank, rang customer service but no good as I have no confirmation, bank will mot refund as ni have no record of the order details, absolutely disgusting

    Absolutely horrendous service. I asked to return a product. Was informed a collection would be organised. Nobody collected it. Theyre not answering emails, not picking calls. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!

    Absolutely Perfect. I very very pleased with the quality for the prices that Quirumed charge even when you add on delivery and taxes that have to be paid even in the uk. I have seen1 backwash selling for £100 more than I paid for 2, my trolleys are excellent. Communication was quick and effective. There is a need for an import Eori code from hmrc but the link FedEx sent sorted that sorted in minutes, Quirumed did send a link too. Just one thing to note there is a lot of packaging and not just cardboard wooden crates it's not a complaint but it does need to be disposed of so be aware of that because it does take up space and time, but I'd rather my goods were protected on the journey. I'M A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER and glad I found Quirumed.

    Really irritated to have only recieved one of something when I ordered and paid for two, and had zero response when I messaged them about it - which I did in three languages to make sure that it was understood. I have spent thousands of euros here this year. And they can't even reply to a message about a missing order. One of the treatment tables I bought has a screw that fell off immediately so the top wobbles.

    It is perfect. Light in weight but strong. The dual control of the brakes is perfect both my boss in the chair & I have control. He can move himself with little effort despite his limited strength in his arms. If he needs to use it permanently he still has freedom to move himself around which is very important. A wonderful buy & perfect for his needs now & longer terms

    The website was easy to navigate and well laid out. There’s a huge number of products but I was looking for something very specific, which I found, with the added bonus that it was well discounted. Cosmetically, the chair could look better. A black or silver frame would look much better than the standard blue. Also the seat and back panels could line up better with the red stripe. Importantly, the chair appears suitable for my wife’s needs but I would suggest a couple of changes to the design would make the chair even better. Ideally, the front wheels could be bigger as they can struggle with some dropped kerbs, meaning the user needs to stand on the back to raise the front end. The fittings for the chest harness would be much improved by being placed above the shoulders, rather than on the sides of the seat back as they make it look like the user is being restrained rather than supported. However, as previously mentioned, the chair is adequate for our need and the tilt in place and recline features are most useful.

    We just bought an electric wheelchair worth 1k euro. It arrived, we opened it and one wheel is damaged! We sent them an email with the picture we told them that the box wasn't in good condition when it arrived and the wheel has this cut on it. We got a reply now that they have this policy about this situation and so they wont change it because it got damaged in transit. Really? Is the box really the issue? Look at the pictures I've attached. First, the box is deformed. it has wholes. So yes, it's not in good condition. But, do you see wholes big enough to cut the wheels inside? Second, the wheels are covered (as also seen in the pictures) then, the cover should also have a cut if it was damaged in transit as what they claim right? Do you see any cut in the sides of the wheel cover? similar to the one on the wheel itself? No. So they covered it with the damage already there, ignored it and sent it anyway. How can we even be sure that this is safe to use by the person who needs it? We sent another email to them and explained all of these and we did not get any reply anymore. They are not taking responsibility for the damaged product they sent us.

    The desk we ordered was axactly as stated and was perfect for out new Salon. Delivery was quick and efficient considering it was coming all the way from Spain. The price was great too.     I purchased a hoist. This was delivered 2 days ago. This was not suitable and would not fold. I have contacted customer service on 3 occasions to arrange a return but the company has not responded. Contacted the company through their official form and by email. No response after three emails over three days. Unfortunately the telephone is not answered when I try calling them by telephone.
