Have been a couple times now for work related things. Unfortunately the staff is super unorganized and Kurt. The doctors are cold and uncaring. They lack communication on basic things. The communication they do have isn't accurate at all. They will tell you one thing and expect another. They are the unfortunate ultimatum for a lot of people. Expect lots of waiting around. Minimum to zero communication and a lot of frustration.

I did not particularly care for, the Hispanic chick, that wore the glasses, at the front desk. It's like she was purposely, trying to take her time to not assist me promptly. Even though I had been there for the past 10-15 minutes. My phone number was clear as day, and she said that it looked like a 4. How in the world do you get 4 out of zero and 3. She was lying. Had I been dumb enough to sit there, I would have been in there longer. It makes no sense that drug testing takes the time that it does. I'm like pee people, and get them out of there, it's that simple. It should be a steady flow. And it's so much hate towards beautiful black women out here, it ridiculous. Her entire issue was because I looked nice, was female and black. I won't ever go to that one again.

The wait for a simple TB test was ridiculous. I had no it done over a week ago and still have a bruise. The employee checking people in was very abrupt and didn’t explain things well. I have a college degree and have been in the medical field for almost 50 years and she confused me . She told me to follow the link on my phone to check in then come back to the desk. I did so and she acted like I was stupid and said I wasn’t supposed to come back to the desk. I watched her confuse the next three people the same exact way. I know they are busy but the staff needs some in service on how to interact with people in a professional manner.

They were a little busy on Friday but made it very comfortable for me to wait. Once I got checked in Claudia the nurse was very helpful and put me at ease. Great job Concentra

I came in for an employment drug screening and would’ve been stranded due to no internet. Natalie helped me find someone in the building with hotspot and Yosselin came and saved the day. The entire staff was lovely and the center smelled great and was clean. I would advise everyone to visit this location, they’re the best!

Came here for workers comp. They don’t even ask you when you want your appointments( I mean come on we got things to do, specially if it’s required to miss a few hours of work) , rude personnel if I could change clinic I would but unfortunately my job gave me this clinic. Don’t recommend. And the waiting time it’s ridiculously long and you have to STAY or you’ll lose your spot. Keep in might if you go you’re gonna need a full day to waste your time and starve.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I had to go for pre-employment physical and testing or I would not have stayed. My appt was at noon and I went with a full bladder because I knew I was taking a drug screen. Two hours later I was still sitting in the waiting room. I asked how much longer and was told she didn’t know and couldn’t me because everyone was with someone. I asked if I could do my drug screen because I had had been there for two hours with a full bladder and she told me I couldn’t but could just go and she could give me water to drink so I could go again. That was dumb because why would I do that and take a chance on having to wait even longer because I couldn’t go. When I finally got to the back they stuck me 3 times for blood and only got one tube but needed 2. I wasn’t letting them stick me again so I went somewhere else the following day and they got my vein first try. After all the attempts of getting my blood, I had to wait another hour just to see the doctor. I was there for 4 hours total. Apparently it does no good to have an appointment because you still have to wait as if you are a walk in.

The place has no idea what they’re doing, I went in for a TB where the receptionist told me the wait would be 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours, I waited for over an hour and decided to ask if there was any change in the wait time for them to tell me they weren’t doing TB test that day that the staff member who helped me must of been “ confused “ so I left and returned that following Monday. I return Monday to do my TB same thing wait time is 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours and the receptionist says “ the wait time could change it just depends if we actually have somebody here to do your test “ after 2 hours go by I go back to the front desk to ask where I was on the wait time and one of the staff members tells me “ well what did she tell you the wait time was? “ I replied 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours and it’s been 2 hours already going on 2 and a half hours and she just looks at me and then another member goes “ oh you’re next on the injection list “ mind you I was sitting right next to the counter and NOBODY else came in for any injections within my 2 hour wait being there. I really feel like if I had not said anything to the staff that they would have never called me or remembered that I was even waiting there and I strongly believe the lady who did do my TB test did not do it correctly as I have a scratch on my arm from her needle? I don’t know but it’s also clear the staff doesn’t even know their own policies/procedures as they were all having a group conversation about if they’re suppose to allow a case member to go back with a patient or not. My best advice to you is go to a different location because this one is definitely not your best bet.

Very friendly staff. Guided me through their paperwork and check in procedures efficiently. They were very busy so I had a long wait, but once I was in a room to see the doctor it was only a few minutes until he came in. Friendly doctor who was thorough but quick. I came prepared with my necessary documentation for my DOT physical which he appreciated.

I have been to several concentra locations over the years as I have a job that requires frequent physicals and screenings. This location, everyone was particularly friendly and the customer service was great. The physician that did my physical was actually more thorough than most of my PCPs which I thought was nice as a fellow healthcare professional- it’s rare to encounter a provider that does proper thorough assessments anymore. The main complaint I have- and this has been relevant to my experience at ALL locations- is that the wait is insane. I know how long it takes so I usually get there first thing when they open and end up waiting 2+ hours, this particular visit the wait was over 3 hours before getting called back. I will say they allowed you to wait in your car which was nice but still… when are people gonna hire enough staff already? I dread having to go to these visits because I know it is going to be an ALL DAY event every time. Even if I’m the first one in the door.

My experience at Concentra was great. I expected a wait but, I was in and out with no problem. The staff was inviting and professional, I strongly recommend this Urgent Care!

Honesty from the front desk for wait time and expectations. Friendly staff even with longer wait/lines. Doesn’t view you as sick or guilty for appt or drug analysis. Front desk offered me a snack when I asked initial wait and explained my diabetic hunger. Worked with me to so drug test Friday and rest of tests Monday to avoid wait. All around positive experience.

The doctors and team were very helpful and efficient, there was a extensive long wait. Hopefully will come up with new processes to treat their patients more fairly and efficiently.

Been waiting here now for 2 hours. They told me it would only take 1 hour and a half. However, I've been waiting 2 hours just to take a drug test. I don't suggest anyone coming here. All the employees are mixed up with their story. I asked on the 1 hour and a half mark. They said "well I don't know who told you that" it was the girl with the band and glasses. Then talked to the manager and they did nothing to help. If it was possible I wouldn't even given them 1 star.

Staff was amazing. Made me aware of times that might be slower to come in as this is a busy location. It's the small things that an established company does to still relate to its clients that allow them to succeed.

Good people, polite, professional and approachable. They play the game show network and a sports channel while you work through your therapy, now you wouldn’t think that’s a big deal, but it is when your trying to power through a set of exercises and your trying to keep your mind occupied. That’s my view but I’d go back to these people if I ever had to go through physical therapy again.

I went in for a scheduled appointment and it took 3 and a half hours. Went there for a follow up scheduled appointment at 3 pm I didn't get put untill 5:30 pm 30 minutes after they closed, there were 5 people that came in after me 1 of those were after they called me in then sent me back because all rooms were full. Note it's cool there so if you ever plan on visiting you may want to bring something warm.

Upon arrival the front desk staff were pleasant and helpful in giving me instructions in filling out the needed paperwork and advising me on how long I would be there. Christal made the whole visit with her wit and humor. She helped in areas I needed some guidance when doing the agility test if I wasn't quite clear on something. Fun person. The doctor was very professional. Good visit. The 3 hours went quick.

I never been to Concentra before but this was the clinic that my work pays for. I unfortunately got a major burn wound from work. While the wait took awhile, it wasn't too bad of a wait. The nurses tried to cheer me up since they felt bad for me cause my large burn. The doctor was super nice and gave me tips on how to clean the burn. The nurses gave me bunch of stuff for my burn, such as patches, gauze, etc. If you're complaining about the wait most of the people there are there for drug screening or physical for work. I got an appointment the next day and didn't even have to wait.

I arrived here at 8:20 am, and didnt get my turn in line until 10:15 am, but I did not mind that much. I was greeted by a very nice nurse named karen, and she answered the questions I asked, to where I understood them well. My overall experience with this location was pretty good. The doctor that attended me also answered my questions in a way I could understand him well.

The absolute WORST clinic I’ve ever had the misfortune of using. If I could give it Negative Five Stars, I would. But all I can do to enable posting, is to give them one star, which is far more than they deserve. The front desk staff were kind, semi-organized, and helpful. But the “doctors” (Nurse Practitioners) were among the worst, discourteous, disorganized, and least helpful humans I’ve ever encountered. I anticipated a bit of a wait - there were about 3 people who checked in ahead of me, though 6-7 people came and went while I was still waiting to be called back. But AFTER being called back to an examination room, I spent OVER TWO HOURS sitting around waiting to be seen. When the NP finally arrived (after I had to step out into the hall to remind the staff I was still back there) all she did was incorrectly check my vitals (measuring my HB/BP by placing the cuff on my lower forearm), conducted a preliminary balance test, then left - stating that I should be fine. She spent *maybe* five minutes in the room in total, after wasting 3-3.5 HOURS of my time, and had the audacity to ask if I wanted to come back for a follow up.
