Just days before Thanksgiving and there was a line that crossed a few other shops. I figured that I'm already here so I'll just wait and thought it would take a really long time. Well, I was surprised to be so wrong. There was a really nice lady at the door keeping people up to speed with how things were running. She would let one person in as one person left from the other door. She was in good spirits and delightfully chatty with the customers in line. The line moved smoother and faster than expected. The young lady would call out every now and then and ask if anyone was waiting in line that had prepaid and would shuffle them through because the bulk of the transaction had already taken place so that helped keep the line moving and saved people time. I'll remember that next time. Once inside, everything continued to flow smoothly. The staff were all in a good mood and very polite. My experience was quick and simple and way better than what I've grown to expect these day.

Purchased a ham a few days ago. The ham was not of good quality. The ham was dry, dark, and looked as though it had been sold past the expiration date. The owner/manager was not helpful and denied any responsibility for the low-quality product. In fact, I was blamed!?!? I know that mistakes can happen, but when the staff is rude, I'm going to speak out and let others know. I had lunch at a restaurant a few doors down and they told me that the owner has a bad attitude and is confrontational. Should one of their customers park in front of the honey baked ham storefront, they come down and demand that the customer move their vehicle. I get it. A nasty attitude plus a nasty person adds up to a nasty manager/owner. For me, I'm not going back.

Ham sandwich was awesome. Man greeting me at door threw fit at me because I did not take time to tell him story of my day when he demanded I answer his "How are you?". I said hello. I don't need his bad attitude. I just wanted to buy a sandwich.

I've bought bone in hams here and they were delicious. I've also stopped by for a sandwich quite a few times,always really good. Today I stopped by and picked up a couple sandwiches and there was one thin slice of ham on the sandwich that just cost me 7.99. I will not be back.

It’s like thanksgiving food in there. We enjoyed a couple of handcrafted sandwiches. They were both delicious.

Always delicious! We stop here for lunch occasionally and always get the Ham Salad sandwich. Always fresh and yummy! The staff is very welcoming and friendly.

One in a while, let them prepare a great meal! Sides are awsome to!

Cashed in some Christmas gift cards and very happy with the taste and quantity of food. The store was clean, and the employees were friendly. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the inventory was a little low.

Honey baked smoked turkey is the best I've had!

Just opened my ham today on Easter to come to room temp. It is burnt. Not cool! Sales person opened it up and still sold it to me like that.

This place has great sandwiches and well as the holiday staples of turkey and ham.

The staff we very nice and tried to accommodate the lack of inventory for reserved items. I reserved a smoked Turkey about a week in advance of pick up and it was not available at that time. No call or any warning that a reserved item may not be available. The staff had shared that a roasted Turkey was in stock which I bought so I didn't show up for Thanksgiving empty handed with the family.

Bobbie & Tommy gave excellent customer service! So warm and welcoming to each customer I watched come in during a very busy Sunday! I recommend this location for the service alone! Renee was super sweet, and made my visit excellent! This was my first time here, and I definitely will be back. I did a pre-pay order for a bulk meal, but definitely will need to stop-by for lunch soon!!
