I ended up arriving into town very early and was staying at the Hilton Garden Inn. I asked the van driver. Kevin, about a real good soul food place and he recommended I try this establishment. Boy ol boy they did not disappoint! I cohosh believe they had turkey necks. Most ppl don't even know what that is and if they do they most definitely don't know how to cook them. I was very surprised at the flavor and how delicious the food was here. I will most definitely be trying more dishes here when I come into town!

Food is good but we got there at 1:15 and there was no choices of meat or dessert on blue plate special. We had to just take what was left. Everyone was friendly service was good. I just gave them a 4 because I didn't get what I wanted and it wasn't their fault.

If you want good country food this is a place to go cuz it is really really good and it's a good price

Very very Small portions of food served for $15!!! my fried chicken wings were unseasoned, very disappointing….the cashier does not even give u plastic silverware for to go orders ..things have changed here this place use to be A top knotch little soul food place

It's not a buffet and some of the servers give more food to certain people and it's not right

I ordered an apple cobbler with my DoorDash order but I didn’t receive it. When I called the restaurant no one answered and there was no option to leave a message. Was really looking forward to the cobbler !

March 19,2023 the food was wonderful. Thumbs up to the cooks in kitchen. I had dressing, greens, candy yams, cabbage, and dinner roll. I was trying not to Scrape my plate 😁!

We were traveling from out of town and found this place on the internet. We are sure glad we stop. The Best most delicious southern food. It was all fresh and made with love. The food extremely high but good. The lady fixing plate has a attitude definitely need fixing. Everyone else is super nice

I got a to-go plate with baked chicken, cabbage, yams, a roll, and sweet tea. Everything was good and a reasonable price.

This place was excellent! We are traveling through for the holidays and this place was a diamond in the see of chain restaurants! We love to eat local anywhere we go! They have a bar that you can choose/mix and match what you want to eat on your plate! Or a menu to order from! We had eggs, biscuits and TOMATO gravy, bacon, hashbrowns, grits, toast. And fantastic homemade pancakes!!

If you ever go to or through Pearl Mississippi you have got to stop here. The atmosphere was pleasant and the food was great! Joyce is the manager. She has a sweet spirit. She knows how to attend to customers. I will definitely be back. The fish is great! It is real catfish (farm raised)!💯

The pink lemonade was the best thing I’ve had. It’s really sweet but not too sweet.
