I must give a shout out to the manager at this location. She is great..asking if all is ok..will seat people, help bring out food,whatever. Great customer service! Food was scrumptious!

Our waiter Ian was awesome and food was good. However the bartender was unmasked, went to go smoke a cig then came back in to take someone’s order and never washed his hands. Then to make matters worse he made fun of an elderly couple in front of everyone. He was totally gross with greasy hair. The hostess wasn’t even in uniform and made fun of other customers as well. Not surprising the dining room was empty. Never again.

Rickey was our waiter and HE IS THE BEST!!! we are a large family and he made us comfortable and our entire order was correct! Very clean establishment and very family friendly. The bathrooms were also very clean! They earned all 5 STARS 🌟

Whiskey burger and Classic Burger were delicious. The onion rings were crisp and dry well seasoned.

My friends and I came in for lunch today and the power went out. During this time no one came out to explain what was happening. After about eight minutes or so, the lights and music came on but by then, our meals were done and we needed our check. We waited over 20 minutes for our check and received no discount for the inconvenience of our time. The manager said, and I quote, “I don’t see a need to compensate for something that’s out of my control”.

The Bacon Ranch Crispy Chicken Sandwich is a certified winner! It's a masterpiece of juicy, crunchy, and hot that they pull off expertly. My mother ordered it, too, and loved it.

The host was great! She was warm and inviting. The server was great too! My daughter and I had a nice dinner while we waited to pick someone up.

Waitress was very personable. My daughter voiced no complaints & seemed to enjoy her meal. I had chicken strips which were overcooked are dark crust may have been from reheating. Edible but I've had better from Applebee's.

Great environment and delicious food! Bartender Adam was the highlight of the night, best bartender I've had the pleasure to meet. His service and attitude was top notch, and he definitely deserves a raise. My wife and I will definitely be back to see Adam.

Yesterday, i was with a co worker of mine and we had a good time! but i forgot my blue over the shoulder bag and i called the restaurant and they were very nice about keeping it in storage for me. We were worried someone might’ve stolen it. Thank you, the staff and the environment was really nice, i had a great experience for my first time at this location!! Btw our waitress’s name was Alyssa, please give her the recognition that she deserves, she does a fantastic job at making sure our food was good!

Showed up an hour b4 closing with 17 people and with 2servers we were accommodated and they had a great attitude. My Granddaughter had to have there mac and cheese 4 her bday. Thanks so much!!!!!!

Wow! What a great place to eat! I can see why this Applebee's has such wonderful reviews. The servers went up and beyond.

We had not been to Applebees in awhile and we enjoyed our meal very much. I had the quesadilla burger with mashed potatoes. Courtney our waitress was very pleasant and patient as it took a little while to decide what to get. All in all it was a good experience, I wish they stayed open later though.

The best steak in Saint Louis! The waitress are very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Bartender was doing an excellent job. Best customer service I have seen in quite awhile. Food was hot and as expected.

Great good, everything was perfect the food was hot and the steaks were how we ordered them. And the icing on the cake was that the service was great he was friendly and played with my baby when he was doing our food. The best experience I've had at a restaurant in a long time

I ordered 4 peach iced teas. No peach flavoring. Tasted like motor oil. Disgusting. Threw them out. Undrinkable. Dinner was ok.

If I could give a zero I would. We had a party of 8. We was seated in the bar area for a 13 yr old birthday. Our waitress Leesa was slow and unattractive. No, I don't expect 5 star service at Applebee's, but I do expect service. We had to ask or refills. They brought my husband food, appetizers, salad, and meal at the same time. I had them send it back. Later after everyone had there food the manager (no name) cane over and said " We didn't want to give you cold food, so we sold your food to another customer " That's an absolutel No No, you don't give another customer food that was sent to another table. Not only was it sent to another table, but it was sat on our table, until I sent it back. This is unacceptable. I order the so call New crispy ranch chicken sandwich, it was horrible, it had a little ranch dressing, yellow lettuce and hard chicken. I didn't want to ruin my Grandson Birthday, so I didn't say anything thing. Lessa never came over to check on the table instead she stood at the bar having a long conversation with another customer. We had to let the No name manager know we needed refills. Horrible experience!!

Clean calm environment food was great and the service was excellent I will be back we ate more than we anticipated the waitress offered us Cinnabons and they were great

The service and food was wonderful. Our Server was a true blessing and everything was hot. I miss going to Applebees. Keep up the blessed work. I just hate that restaurants are so low on staff but either way they did a great job. I will return. Oh, and the drinks were 🔥 🔥 🔥 🔥 🔥

The service was the high point of the meal, although the cheese bites (fried curds) appetizer came very close. Portions were decent for the price, and everything was properly cooked. Parking is plentiful, and it's right off a major road, so access is easy.

I haven't been to Applebee's in several years. I must say it was a pleasant visit overall. Service and food was so good. I got the sirloin and it was delicious and cooked perfectly. Our waitress was lovely.

I always check my food I get here since it is usually not correct or missing items but last night everything was spot on besides for my steak being rare instead of medium. They're lucky I don't mind eating rare either because most people would have freaked out at how pink my steak was. Tip to the restaurant... cook your steaks just a Little longer. Other than that everything was 👍

Went on a Thursday for lunch. Wow, the staff is excellent. All of them. Especially the hostess or manager, not sure. She had a great big smile. Food was great. My wife and I will be returning soon.

Horrible service. It took almost 45 minutes just to get the appetizers out, everyone at the table besides one person had ordered water, and the other person had ordered a soda and the waiter had brought out half of the peoples drinks and then forgot about the other half of the peoples drinks. we got our appetizers and then waited another 45 minutes for our food to come out and our food came out very slowly, with two peoples foods coming out then 10 minutes later the other two people foods coming out and then they forgot the two kids meals that were supposed to come out, so we had two very very crabby kids because they forgot about the two kids meals. When we asked the server about it she told us that she did not forget despite it being 15 minutes later and everyone else had finished their food and no kids meals The waiter said that the kids meals were done but they didn’t have any fries so we had to wait for the fries to come out with very crabby kids, most of our orders were messed up so that was not good and it took about 15 minutes to get the waiter to come back to us so we could ask for the right things and just to get her in general to come back to our table. After we finally got everyone’s meals out and finished eating the waiter did not come back to our table for a good half hour so we had to flag someone down to get the checks to us and when we finally got the check we had to flag it down again so we could pay the check. This place gets two stars because before we sat down to eat with friends my husband and I shared a white sangria at the bar and the bartender was friendly and fantastic and the best bartender I could ask for. The drink was also very very good. He was the only thing worthwhile in that whole restaurant. The rest was horrible.

This location is literally the best one I've EVER been too!!! The food was fresh af & delicious. The drinks were good as well! And our waitress was the best!!!

Food was really delicious. The $1 shrimp with the steak was an awesome addition. And the garlic butter for the steak was everything.
