This location is not far from the crabb river location both have the same problems so pretty much copy and paste they run the same way have the same issues and please fix the fountain drinks the DR PEPPER is not up to par. So as far as comfort for customers. It is too crammed.. the bars need to be taken out as do a couple half walls and open up the floor more we are constantly bumping into each other, breathing on each other while we pick up or wait for food. The restrooms are very small as well. Nuggets are over cooked all the time now and so dry…and for @$19 it is unacceptable, and so are the fries being overcooked, they were hard and dark golden that’s not normal chick fil a. There is no order in this establishment. Also concerning the 30 piece they should of never went to a box like mc donalds.. they are thrown sideways in the bag coming out and grease on the bag.. no respect for the dollar nor presentation. If it doesn’t fit get a larger bag, but they won’t you have to ask for an extra bag and fix it yourself. The black salad trays was the best for the 30 piece.. and I would just open it and put a napkin in it so it would not sweat so bad since they would not put a tissue paper which I think it still should be put in the new boxes but they won’t. I would take these trays to meetings but do not anymore due to it looking cheap now. I don’t know what happened to this location plus a few others (I have to put in the review for one location due to spoiled chicken in Louisiana it is somewhat newly built and the service and food was terrible 😣 so sad)

EVERYTIME i order a LARGE fry , first off they do not come full. I eat about 7-10 fries and the rest of them look like this . hard .. barely edible . Disappointed!

First off; I do Love Chick-fil-A, but I shouldn’t have to ask for lite-ice in order not to receive a full cup of ice when I ordered a large diet Dr Pepper, not a large cup of ice with 4 ounces of soft drink. Please try to save cost elsewhere and not by providing less value to your customers. 👍

This is my medium fry? Yall owe Mr some fries and some more Mac. Cheaping out on portions and raising prices is another kind of wild

Totally was happy with customer service through the drive through, but I am unhappy with my medium size fries! For the amount you pay you deserve it full not less than half full.

I took my kids for treat bought some waffles and chick-fil- A nuggets it was delicious and the good thing is this location has a play-place for kids

This location keeps a line even late at night just have some lazy closing tactics with a long line and the kitchen door wide open. And will serve you food that tastes old and dry. Not the usual quality I’m use too. Do better.

Can chick Fil an explain how this is a large fry. We ordered three of them and the all came half filled.

One of the better Chck-fil-A I've actually been to. It's just a chain restaurant & I get it. But not all restaurants operate the same. This one was very efficient. A line wrapped around the building & I can name off so many pluses; quick service, smile on the employees faces, order made right!. This chick fil A in my opinion just made it happen seamlessly. & on a hot Texas afternoon , for the employees to still appear to be happy, I was impressed. Excellent customer service.

Did a curb side order today, because I had my baby with me and she was fuzzy and didn’t want to wait to long on my order. They forgot to put my spicy deluxe sandwich in the bag. The gave me granolas instead of tortilla chips for my salad. And my daughter nuggets were cold, I had to reheat them once we got home. It’s ALWAYS an issue at this chick fil a !!

Drive thru for a late lunch. The guy who took my order was very friendly & nice, and they delivered my food very quickly with exactly what I requested down to the “I only need 1 each of the 2 flavors of dipping sauce” and the food, 12 piece chicken nugget & waffle fries were perfect!

Friday July 28,2023 I got the worst sandwich ever. Lettuce wilted hard bun the chicken was the only good thing about the sandwich. I tried to call the manager, got vm and memory was full. My home town location. I always get sales on my way home. GREAT SALADS. The sandwich was so bad I took a picture to show the manager. I have grown to expect nothing but excellent quality from chic-Fil-a. I don’t mind paying more for great food….disappointed!🙁

New year and still no toys included in the kid’s meals. Might as well purchase everything separately, I’m sure it won’t be as pricey. This has been going on for months. My kids love the books but for the past 4-5 months, we get nothing. I even asked about the books and they have the generic response of “Unfortunately, at this time we are out of books and toys”. Well, unfortunately for me, the other closest Chick Fil A is in Sugarland, but I may as well make the drive. The people up front always look so tired and depressed.

Do I live near this restaurant and go often but unfortunately this particular cfa always makes a mistake on my food and doesn't give me something. Unfortunately I'm already home by that time and I have to drive another 30mins round trip to get the missing item. I've never had to do this with any other location. It never seems to get better. I guess that's my fault and I should always look. Anyhow just thought I'd finally leave a review about it since it seems to happen so often at this party location.
