Scam. You win something with a claw and they have bungee cords blocking the hole. Told staff assuming it was just to stop the prizes from banging too hard down below and they said no, you are supposed to spend more money to wiggle the bungee to release the prize. My kid tried 3 times and couldn’t, I tried 3 times and couldn’t. The clew isn’t long enough to reach the bungee to effectively wiggle them. TOTAL SCAM. pretty pathetic you guys have to rig a children’s game to stop them from winning.

I was struggling pretty badly. Spent $25 and had 15 tries. Failed miserably. Although after I told the staff about my failed attempts, they kindly offered to open up the machines and placed the prizes in an easy spot. This thoughtful act helped alot. Anyways I won something. I probably need to get better at the claw machines 😅 But the staff were so nice

Went for the first time with my boyfriend and we had a blast! This is coming from someone who didn’t have a good experience with claw machines in the past. Very reasonable prices, not difficult to win prizes and lots of machines and prizes to choose/exchange from. The staff were friendly too! Great place to go with friends, family or on a date.

Scam. They started adding budget cords to some games so even after you win, you have to try and knock the prize loose which is impossible. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

Was strolling to TNT with my husband and baby to buy some groceries and came across this store. We had an amazing experience at Sumo Dino! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond by repositioning the toys to make it easier for us to grab them. It really made a difference in our experience. My baby had so much fun, and we all left with huge smiles on our faces. It’s a great spot for families, and we’ll definitely be coming back for more fun soon! Highly recommend it!

One of the best crane Game Center in town. All of the machines have a “100%” catch rate system. Just don’t give up! You will get what you want! The rewards are amazing as well. You can trade in the toys for earning points. I’ve caught 15 dolls and trade in 2 of them for the points, and I can keep the points for the long run. Win Win!

It was my first time here. My friend recommended this place to play the best claw machines. The staff here were so nice and polite. They were very helpful. They would reposition the stuff you wanted to win. Each machine suffice had points in it. You could trade your stuffie for more and bigger prizes. If you spent over $150 you can join their membership. The store was also very clean. I would definitely recommend this place. Five out of five.
