Very friendly staff, it was probably the highest point of the visit. The Korean lady was the friendliest waiter/host that I've probably ever had. She was greeting everyone that came in/out instantly putting a smile on their faces. Last time I ordered the Spicy Italian Slider and it was great, could've been spicier. This time I visited I ordered the Pepperoni pizza sticks and it wasn't greasy and tasted great. My only downsides was they removed their Coca Cola freestyle machine (they did still have a good variety of diet sodas still) and lids were stocked upside-down. First time trying Fazolis in probably 10 years. We were very pleased! Service was friendly and food was pretty tasty. Fantastic breadsticks!

Always a good place with good food, don't get to go as often anymore, but man does the granddaughter live out and so does her great grandmother, lol. Of your never tried it, give it a shot at it is pretty darn good food with a decent amount for then money.

This is a good place to go to get fast food Italian. The food was good. They were out of lids for the cups. The lobby was a little dirty but I could tell they were working very hard to clean it. Probably short staffed but we will go again!

Always a great option for us. The family meals are a great value and we end up having leftovers!!!

We tried this location again. We had a bad experience here five years ago. We are happy to report that this has turned around and was excellent. The food was well cooked and the service was top notch. They did not bring a fresh cheese grinder out when they brought out the spaghetti, but when we asked they went back and brought it out.

the food is wonderful! always hot and tasty. in many ways, it's better than the Olive garden

This place is so much better than it use to be. Food was good, hot, real dishes and flatware. The dining room was pleasantly warm on a cold day. I hate to sit and eat in a freezing restraunt. Would highly recommend.

Much more expensive than other locations. However, the food and service were good. Not sure why they think a piece of pizza and a small drink are worth $5. Also, they got rid of their touchscreen Coke machine for old fashion Pepsi fountain. They did get rid of an employee to buy a touchscreen ordering system. Maybe that's why they got rid of the cool Coke machine?

Bread sticks are pretty good. Like that you can get your own refills on drinks at the drink machines if you eat inside. The place is never crowded so you can get your food quickly. Location is convenient and right at interstate 64, also right next to HIMG and a gas station. The RT 60 location is open until 10pm whereas most other places close at 9pm. You can also buy extra cups/bowls of spaghetti sauce.

"Fast Food Italian" ... italian food was never meant to be "fast". It's cheap, american style "italian" food. The free bread 🥖 sticks were tasty. And also the italian ice 🧊 beverage. Ravioli with marinara was tolerable as vegan options were limited in West Virginia. Wouldn't recommend anything deep fried as the fried mozzarella balls were awful🤮 .

All the Fazoli's in our area shut down years ago. Stumbled across this one in Huntington, WV. It's just like we remembered! Got our favorite dishes and the best bread sticks ever. Worth a special trip I think! We'll be back!

We love Fazoli's and were so excited to find one still open in our area, as most have closed down. The food had that same delicious taste. The bread sticks were AMAZING!!

Pizza sticks were amazing.. I just wanna thank the pretty, friendly cook who is always on point with everything she does.. never drops the ball no matter how busy it gets. Perfection

The food was delicious to a point, then the edges were burnt and hard of my lasagna. But the center was very good. You can tell they use those uncooked baked noodles to be faster. But as for my husband and daughters spaghetti, it's too easy to mess up. They loved it. Enough portion and was very good for fast food! But they were low staff, the person who cleans up the dishes was slacking.

Who knew that you could have fast food Italian. Absolutely amazing experience. Showed up ordered food and within five minutes had this food and sitting at the table. Not even four minutes later had a staff member Craig show up asking if we needed anything. Great food great service. Will definitely be back!

Overall, it's a good restaurant! I'm not big on Italian food, but I do like this place. Food has always been super hot and fresh! Breadsticks were always on point! Absolutely delicious!
