+2 stars for Rachel -1 star for Celine -1star for Emma -1 star for Slightly Older Emma I have shopped at James Avery all over this country. I actually purchase charms to remember my travels and I must say this one was the most disappointing when it came to customer service. Luckily Rachel saved the day with good old fashion courtesy and simple customer acknowledgement and respect. Well done Rachel, You earned this store these two stars because otherwise they would get none.

Today I went in the store to add a new charm to my daughter's bracelet and also to pick up. From the moment I walked in the staff at this location (Hwy 6 and 529 shopping center) I was greeted in such an amazing way. Especially Gisela, she was very nice and helpful. Recommend this location to everyone.

James Avery staff was very helpful. I tried to get a watch adjusted. The sales person, said they didn't adjust watches. She told me where to go. I greatly appreciated her help and referral.

Walked in today & there's 2 customers being helped. Ok I walk around a bit & stand there. Well one of the customers acknowledged me standing there & tells the sales lady. Oh ok I've got more people in the back she tells him. Never acknowledged me, so I walked out. I'm sorry, but that is ridiculous customer service. Thanks to this ridiculousness my girls aren't getting charms for Easter!!! Thanks James Avery!!!!

I went there the day before Christmas to buy my fiancé, a (Oh, s$&@!) last minute gift, and I was not disappointed at all! There was a ton of people, a long line for check out and seemed like it would be a long time to get help. Walked in and was almost immediately greeted by an associate, asked how they could help, had my ring at the front, in and out in about 25 minutes! Pleasantly surprised with the service and time it took even with the last minute holiday craziness.

Customer service is great and you can find many charms

Super friendly staffs, came in to have my charms bracelet re oxide due to the way i did home cleaned and lost the silver shining coat 😫 ..its took 10 days to be done, I was so nervous it won’t be the same but its came back like brand new. 😍 thanks for this awesome serviced . I will be back for some more charm.
