The gym is great! I've been training here for a few months now one on one with Henry Pham, and my experience has been really awesome. The trainers are all really knowledgeable at all levels, from beginner to professional, and everyone is so friendly! There's really a sense of community at the gym, and it's easy to get into the atmosphere with everyone training so seriously. Henry has been great at pushing me to my limits, while also being understanding of my level. I always look forward to my trips, and I always leave feeling like I've made great progress. It's helped inspire my passion to keep training. I'd easily recommend Rain City Boxing to anyone!

I recently went to see Steve Say for a persistent groin and hamstring injury that had been troubling me for months. From the very first session, it was clear that Steve is highly knowledgeable and skilled in his field. His expertise and personalized approach made a significant difference in my recovery. Thanks to his treatments and guidance, I've seen remarkable improvement and feel much more confident in my athletic performance. If you're an athlete looking to keep your body in peak condition, I highly recommend seeing Steve. He truly knows what he's doing and will help you get back to your best.

I recently started my fitness journey at Raincity with my trainer Joy, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. As a beginner, I was nervous shy about starting workout, but Joy's friendly and supportive. She takes the time to explain the techniques and correct my form, which has helped me progress much faster than I expected. The gym itself is well-maintained and the staff are friendly. Really appreciate it!

I have been training boxing with Henry for the last few months. I love that each hour you have with him, you will get a lot out of your session. He’s meticulous, very knowledgeable about the sport , and breaks everything down concisely and to your understanding. He even helped me pick out my first pair of wraps and gloves from Mikado.

Raincity Boxing & Fitness is a place that showcases the spirit of boxing; all the equipment you need, and people dedicated to the sweet science. Sean (owner/coach) is very welcoming, as was Tony (coach); Tony took the time answered all my questions and never made me feel intimidated. The class session was also great in combining fitness and technique, you'll leave knowing you had a good workout and learned something new. If you are in the Richmond area, check out Raincity Boxing & Fitness and get an authentic pugilistic experience!

Friendly Staff and knowledgeable. Spacious and equipment's expanding on the new location. First time I did boxing and instantly loved it. I definitely recommend and I will be sticking to this place 👍. Update: I went for the one on one session with Henry and what a work out! I've learned so much in one class! I recommend him a lot. Great pace, knowledgeable, excellent teaching abilities, one of the best for sure! 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Never boxed in my life so I tried a free session and loved it so bought a 3month membership to try it out for a longer duration. Loved it so much renewed for a yearly contract. I’ve tried commercial gyms like Steve Nash, GoodLife, and Gold’s Gym before but to no avail: no weight lost and no muscle gained. Because of that I’ve been very frugal with my spending for memberships. This is the first time results have been (very) noticeable and I’m so glad I renewed my membership! The head coach Sean and his staff there are super knowledgeable and helpful as well as very friendly and motivating! Place is clean and spacious with an outdoor section as well, very nice when it’s sunny. Squat rack and CrossFit plates available for a big range of exercises from resistance work to power-related training. Fitness classes and sessions available for all level of people from average working Jane or Joe’s to aspiring boxers. FYI I’ve lost about 14kg of fat since starting here months ago so results are definitely achievable!

One of the few boxing gyms in the city with decent instructors and gym equipment. It does seem like you are just a number - the vibe does not seem welcoming to newcomers. Upon entering, they did not even offer a tour of the facility, nor show where the restrooms were until asked.

One of the few boxing clubs in the city. Great place to workout or learn boxing. They offer something from young to old, beginner to experienced. Free surface parking in their shared lot. Walking distance from Marine Gateway Skytrain. Look for the Imperial Carpet sign or Nissan sign (next door) as Raincity signage is minimal. #letsguide #covid
