I had a brief, but pleasant stay at the hotel. The room are quite chic and modern, which adds to its personality. The guest services were phenomenal, especially the chauffer Ben. He was punctual and very professional at his Job. I would definitely come back and stay at the Versante hotel, just for the impeccable service itself. The hot tub and warmed swimming pool on the roof was quite a bonus too 🙂

My friends and I had a fantastic experience at Versante Hotel. The hospitality was truly outstanding, and the staff went above and beyond to make our time there memorable. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the attention to detail was remarkable. They were incredibly people oriented - always ready to assist and ensure we had everything we needed. I also appreciated the valet parking service, which made things incredibly convenient. This hotel truly excels in every aspect of hospitality, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch stay in Vancouver. The Sales Manager, Omer, embodies the principles of excellence!

Lovely boutique hotel better than chain competitors. Clean rooms with modern and classy character. They offered filtered water in the rooms. Modern washroom with tub and they provided epsom salts for the bath, had his and hers sink in the vanity. Windows had. Had smart glass on windows that you can adjust its tint level for purposes of privacy and natural light control for sleeping and rest. Light switches to control lighting with options to have a relaxed or working environment. Very welcoming front desk staff. They had a nice lobby. An added bonus was the Bruno restaurant in the hotel which had incredible servers and delicious food! We were also driven privately in a Mercedes SUV as our shuttle to and from Vancouver Airport. The price didn’t significantly differ from the popular chain nearby. I’d definitely stay here again!

Beautiful hotel! Gorgeous rooms, friendly staff, amazing amenities. My flight arrived early in the morning so I arrived way before check in but they had a room waiting for me, and I flew out late the next night so they offered me a late check out, stored my bag all day and still drove me to the airport. I can't wait to come back to vancouver area to stay here again!

Beautiful design hotel, convenient location only a little bit tricky to enter the pull over to the entrance for checking-in. Interior design is very neat, and relaxing. Spacey room (corner king) with a view and beautiful colours, bathroom was exceptional, truly enjoyed my get-away, it was different than routine hotel rooms.

We had a work conference at the hotel and I was pleased with the service and amenities. The room was looking fresh (the wallpaper and eclectic furniture were a nice touch) and had many features that I appreciated - the coffee machine and the ability to turn different lights on and off with a single switch were great and the Dyson hairdryer and heated floors in the shower and bath section were amazing! The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport and a Skytrain station and provided a shuttle for our pick up and drop off from and to the airport. I also liked the body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided, they were of great quality. Cleaning services were fantastic and the provided robe and slippers very much appreciated after a long work day. The bed was comfortable as well. The only advise for improvement would be on the room that was used for our presentations - while it was a nice size, bright and with a great view, it was a bit on the colder side. Overall, the hotel was a hit with me and my colleagues and I would gladly be back.
