Capital
Strength
&
Conditioning’s
concept
of
semi-private
small
group
training
is
different
and
better
than
what
I
had
in
mind.
When
I
think
of
small
group
training,
I
think
of
a
group
of
people
doing
synchronized
workouts,
like
military
training
or
any
athletic
team
sports
training.
Rather,
due
to
everyone
having
different
goals
and
start
days
of
their
workout
schedules,
you’re
working
out
at
your
own
pace
with
others
around
doing
the
same,
with
trainers
coaching
you
on
proper
form
and
making
sure
you
not
only
execute
each
exercise
properly
and
safely,
but
also
making
sure
you
understand
the
mechanics
behind
each
movement
in
detail.
If
we’re
being
honest,
you’re
mainly
paying
for
the
knowledge,
and
knowledge
is
power.
The
fact
that
the
team
is
awesome
enough
to
let
clients
snap
pics
of
the
weekly
exercise
board
for
our
own
keepsake
and
how
eager
all
of
them
are
to
help
you
understand
certain
concepts
tells
me
how
much
they
want
us
all
to
succeed
at
our
goals.
Which
leads
me
to
my
next
point:
passionate.
It’s
the
main
reason
why
I’m
now
on
Month
2
and
looking
forward
to
many
more
sessions
with
them.
No
matter
which
trainer
we’re
talking
about
here,
not
a
single
one
ever
has
given
me
that
vibe
of
“I’m
just
here
for
a
paycheck”.
Each
one
has
their
own
way
of
training
and
demonstrating,
but
each
one
is
also
as
passionate
as
the
next:
I
see
it
everyday
I
go
in,
and
I
want
to
continue
to
surround
myself
with
these
kinds
of
energy.
And
when
you
have
a
private
gym
filled
with
trainers
like
these,
the
whole
team
and
everyone
who
passes
through
creates
a
scene
that
makes
you
wanna
return.
Just
sign
up
and
find
out.
You've
already
come
this
far.
