He was quick to respond, was very clear and detailed with how everything would work and even went out of his way while on a family vacation to communicate with me to make sure I was happy. We had heard about Keith's company Kentucky Home Services through a neighbor when we recently moved into our house who let us know that he did great work and was a great communicator. After hiring Keith, we can verify that he is both those things and more. He is also detail oriented and honest. Our Victorian house's roof is complicated: it is three stories up, has a turret, and is at a steep pitch. The porch has a separate metal roof that required resealing. We also had a chimney removed by a separate person and Keith was also able to reframe that section of our roof. Keith was upfront with the cost and the possible things that they might discover that could make the estimate go up. We were lucky that we didn't have any of those problems, but greatly appreciated his transparency about pricing. Keith put up the roof within the estimate and within the time frame he said he would. If Keith ever has a wait time for his services, he is worth the wait.
