Ordered 20 pc mixed for Fathers Day, chicken came nice and hot but not fresh. Meat was dark, over cooked, purple on the bone and dried out, you can see immediately that it was leftover refried chicken. This could be potential safety issue. This is unacceptable.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a 4 piece Catfish Dinner. I took 1 bite and realized it tasted funny. Looked at the piece of fish and could see visible mold. I immediately threw it away and inspected the other pieces. One of the piece smelled like rotted fish. This place does a lot of business - they sell a lot of fish. I suspect they are purposely buying old fish at a discount. I definitely will never eat there again.

Banana Pudding was horrible and high. Looked better in window but by the time I got literally around the corner it looked like the picture below and taste completely out of sorts. Chicken good.

This is a Terrible place to get your food from they have rude customer service skills they yell and hang up in your face... I ordered a 6 piece dinner from them and the chicken they gave me was still bleeding on the inside they didn't want to Compensate Or make the situation better... Please don't go here and eat if you care about your health 💯

The only restaurant open Thanksgiving night. So happy I found them. The food was fresh and made to order. He put as much lemon pepper on my chicken as I wanted. Reasonably priced, stays open late. Would go back.

They have the best food regarding fish, they cook it to perfection! Even though Sharks is a national chain for Fish & Chicken, I have visited other Sharks, and the quality of the food was not good. 175th & Kedzie, Hazel Crest, IL, is the only one I go to.

Food is always awesome, the guys are always willing to listen to the customer and give them exactly what they want. Another great tip is they are always open. Have been open every holiday I have called and ordered for!

Catfish nuggets cooked to perfection lightly battered season well great place to eat.

The chicken and shrimp were awful.... how do u mess up frying chicken and shrimp. Both tasted very old & I ended up wasting money. The Catfish was suspect. Didnt taste like Real Catfish. The best thing was the Jalapeno pepper. I spent wayyy too much money at this place... TWICE... so this spot is a NO for me. Not to mention they charged me over $20 for a large catfish steak...it was suppose to come with 5 pieces but when I checked the container before leaving, I had four pieces. When I told the cashier ... he had to go around the corner to get the cook...the cook came out chewing like he was eating behind the wall. There's no way that man should've been cooking and eating at the same time. So Disappointed!

I asked for Catfish filet and received Catfish steaks. Did not receive what I asked for.

The food was good. Had their wings. Gizzard and Philly. Got the food nice and hot.

Very rude. Talked amongst themselves instead of tending to the customers. When asked about the status of my food, the cook flopped my food down and gestured "here". Very poor customer service. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
