Besides the lobby being absolutely FILTY, the jerk chicken was good. Mac n cheese so-so like microwave version. I would suggest calling ahead, they were out of a lot of items on the menu on a Saturday. I won't be back however until the lobby is not so dirty makes me question the kitchen. I drove a ways, If I didn't I would not have ordered. 3.5 ⭐

The directions take you to the vacant lot but this place is located in the mini strip mall. Its next to the Western store. This jerk restaurant doesn’t have the address or name on the front; only a flag hanging. We walked in and waited 55mins for our food. I got salmon, she got 1/2 white. My food wasnt that great nor spicy enough. I wanted to take it back but there was only one staff working the front of the store and the cook in the back, so I didnt want to overwhelm them. I think there was a second lady just sitting/hiding in the corner behind the register, not helping the cashier at all. This is a takeout only restaurant.

I always come here because I like the jerk chicken and cabbage. But last night there was something HARD in the cabbage. I couldn't tell if it was a bone, a piece of glass, or a hard piece of plastic. I could have chipped a tooth or cut my mouth or throat. Do better

It's too bad that the customer service is horrible. The food is actually quite good. I had to return my entire order that I actually really wanted. The lady taking my order had no accommodation to fix my issue, and I was willing to pay. I have only been here once before with my daughter, who ordered Jerk chicken pasta. It was great, so I went in today and ordered a jerk and shrimp pasta. I was not informed that if you order shrimp and chicken, you compromise the pasta. It's a pasta dish....and I paid extra for the shrimp. When I asked to purchase more pasta, I was told I could not. She further said, "You gotta comprise when you get more meat." I'm like, why do I have to compromise? I paid for shrimp, not less pasta!!! I proceeded to ask well if I can't pay for more pasta, then can you just look at the order?"" You will see that there is less than a handful of pasta in there. Can you just please add some more? I was told no...im like ok. Is there nothing you can do cause I don't wanna waste this food. People are starving, and it is really wasteful cause I know you can't resell this.... I was told all I could do was order an entire additional order, and that's all. I'm like, there is no other alternative (I hate waste, so I tried again). Another blank face from her and no solution. So I got a refund!! I will never go back. I have to tell my daughter too, who found the place on her last visit from Japan. She was craving Jerk as she had been in Japan a few years. Sure, do hate it.. I told the cashier I wouldn't be back. She could have cared less.

Second time eating from here but I can’t lie I’m not satisfied. I understand u make more money charging for the rice and beans but that was about the only good portion of food I enjoyed. The Mac and cheese was giving KRAFT. I hate Kraft Mac and cheese, very dry …fish was okay..plantains were hard and I usually be killing that first!! Chicken was good. I’m giving it about 3 out of 5 since the food was at least hot. Not gonna lie I may just stick to where I’d usually go though.

Mac and cheese was EXTREMELY HARD and dry… the jerk chicken salad was 80% dead or real close to death lettuce. I called and I was told I couldn’t get a refund or credit. The oxtails were salty as always but I thought it may hav been an odd day but that’s the way it’s prepared I guess.

The Jerk Salmon was made right! I tasted it so I can leave a review. I do not eat meat. Had the seared and grilled smoked flavor and not over cooked. The gravy is so amazing! Yes with having a mostly Alkaline Plant Based Vegan lifestyle It was an higher purpose for my visit to this restaurant today. There was a man who car was broke down and I was able to give him a jump. So grateful to be of service. If you want some great Jamaica food I recommend this place. They have veggie options.

I ordered on Uber EATS, first of all never heard of a jerk place not including rice and beans with their dinner. I ordered separate and they sent something else it looks like meat stew and I don't eat meat....usually get the chicken for my son or veggie plate. Tried calling them no answer and Uber Eats is directing me to contact the merchant. No resolution and stuck with food I can't eat.

Plantains, collard greens and macaroni & cheese is too hot to eat without burning the mouth. The brown stew chicken is cold and gelatinous.

The food is good, however; they need to 1. Start answering the phone, and 2. Get a process in place for people when picking up orders. I was a walk in, and ordered, and come to find out along with about 4/5 people standing there, our food was up, and just sitting on the counter! We each had to walk up to the young lady and asked if our order was ready, then tell her what we ordered, smh. We had a number on our receipt, however, it wasn't called out. They definitely need to revamp their process in order to be more efficient and maintain their customer base.

Whatever you do, DO NOT order the jerk chicken Alfredo. They put cooked pasta in a bowl and added chicken and then dumped Alfredo sauce on the top without even mixing it or cooking it together to make the flavors mix together. I gave it 3 stars because the other food I’ve ordered before has been decent. Just don’t get the Alfredo.
