This was the worst nail place I have ever went to in my entire 18 years of living. For one, the design work was awful. What really gives this place a negative 10 is that the woman that did my nails drilled my skin off so bad it continuously bled throughout the rest of the day. She attempted to fix her horrid mistake by put NAIL GLUE ON THE CUT. NAIL GLUE! now I pray my finger isn’t infected. Nail glue and paper towel with another unknown nail product…. just do not come here. Save yourself some skin

Not a great experience at all!. Not using proper infection control. Foot tub no plastic liners plus not disinfecting after use. Nail equipment not packed or not disinfected. The lady that did my nails using the sharp pusher to removed the old gel polished instead of proper soaking with gel polished remover and doesn’t care about your natural long nails. The lady that did my nails has limited English but yet rude to communicate. The owner he is nice but he needs to ensure that his staffs are following good infection control.

This was one of the worse service I have ever had. It was rushed and the person doing my nails was uncaring and kept looking around constantly and talking. I asked to get my gel taken off and a manicure. My nails looked bad. And all of the gel was not off. She didn’t care about my nails, it was so unprofessional. I felt like I was part of a herd. No tip and none of my business.

Unsanitary, they don’t use the plastic liner for pedicures. The staff didn’t know what they were doing. The man taking off my dip polish gave me a scab from hand filing my nails, he was filing my skin and I told him a few times and he never stopped. They seemed more annoyed that I told him it’s painful than to actually fix what he was doing. Would not recommend at all.

Star Nails and Spa is the best salon in the South Suburban area. The shop is always clean and the staff is excellent. I'm always satisfied with the services I receive.

About a year ago they use to do good work but now they rush and unsanitary just to get more ppl in and do not use plastic liners. Lost my business

I don't get my nails done often but this place was amazing, very friendly and a calming environment. I will definitely come here again. I wish I got the name of the person who did them but he was very kind
