    The reason for this 1 star rating is that I waited 3 weeks for this appointment for a cleaning. When I get there the hygienist does the normal and take x-rays but then proceeds to advise me I must reschedule for my cleaning but there is enough time for 2 different types of examinations. I feel they were planning long term care in the first 1 hour without doing there one thing I had a appointment for. Seems to me they just wanted to run up my insurance with everything they could prior to them helping me with my intial concern.

    My dental hygienist was the absolute best! She calmed my fears & walked me through the entire process from beginning to end. She made the experience a great one & for that in grateful. I'm not a huge fan of the dentist, just a fear from childhood but going to Amy was truly a blessing!

    A very comfortable place to go for a usually dreaded appointment! The dentist was old enough to have done this all many times and I didn’t feel like I was his first patient! The staff were exceptional in their entirety!

    I didn’t have an appointment, stopped in to make new appointment to have cleaning. They had already taken X-ray previously and waiting on my primary doctors approval for procedure. It was never received! They made room for me at that time to clean my teeth! I was very thankful for their thoughtfulness of my need for cleaning. The cleaning was well performed and the staff was welcoming.

    This office is so pleasant and professional from the front desk to the dentistry team. They're also very prompt. Best experience ever can be found here! Mrs Scott and Daughter!

    EVERYONE was very polite as soon as I arrived until I left. I was called to the back in less than 5 minutes. The Dentist and Assistant answered all questions and addressed all of my concerns.

    The dentist and hygienist at this office is great overall. My issue is with the frontline office staff, I have 4 sons and with children and appointments in general it’s a lot. So, I tend to split the appointments by oldest and youngest. My initial visit with my oldest 2 was great. The same day, I had an appointment with my youngest 2 (3 & 6), my sons were playing on the game and arguing about how turn it was. The clerk staff Brittany took it upon herself to turn the game off and stated “now no one will play.” Then sat down, she did not speak with me about the matter and did not look my way. Still love the professionals. So, we stayed- reasons for the visit oldest braces, and 3 youngest routine cleaning and care. At that time, it was recommended that my son gets invasligns- based on his dentist recommendations. So, made the next appointment for structures and fittings for 6/19. Everything went well, the dentist stated we can start on the 29th because they’re running a promotion. Initially I was quoted $500 deposit from the office manager Hannah, but since we were getting the promotion I was told, there should not be a deposit. Fast forward- this week I had an appointment everything went fine the hygienist Amber was great and so was the dentist. I asked Brittany (different clerk) about my son’s appointment and deposit, she mentioned that she would speak with Hannah, but since we’re getting the promo no payment should be due. However, she would speak to Hannah and let me know prior to my appointment. Well, I heard nothing- my husband takes our son to the dental office and Hannah informs him that he has to pay $500 because the deposit is $1K. In which is a lie, as you see on the picture below. Overall, the front office workers are unprofessional and appear to pick and choose who and what they want to do! They’re incompetent and unprofessional. Go to this office, great dental professionals- just ignore the frontline staff. They require more training. I would give this place a 1, but the dental professionals are amazing.

    The staff is very friendly, caring and skilled. The dentist designed my lower partial perfectly. I'm very pleased with the service I've received and highly recommend them to everyone needing dental work.

    Dr Sarah and the team are the best hands down! I’ve had a few root canals preformed and none were as pleasant an experience as the one from Dr Sarah! It was pain feee quick and such a relief she, even remembered me having a wedding coming up and made sure everything was done before so I could enjoy the evening! Can’t sing their praise enough!

    The staff is really nice and comforting! Just wish they did better with scheduling. My husband had to cancel his appt bc of a scheduling issue on their part.

    During my first visit, I am very pleased with the professional services received from the time of entry all the way through to the excellent services received from hygienist, Stephanie and my dentist, Dr. Sarah. I look forward to future visits.
