    I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese. It came with no toppings inside no pickle, no onion, no ketchup. And it looked like they wiped the grill with the bun. I was told if you order a quarter pounder with cheese it comes this way. I give this a Zero! I took 2 bites and gave it a toss. $$ wasted

    The customer service at this location is extremely poor. The level of disregard and the lack of dignity and decency that I experienced literally left me appalled. I would NOT recommend this location. There is an undeniable need for development in the area of professionalism for some of the staff and their leadership. A SIMPLY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! And, here is the kicker, the individuals that I encountered seemingly couldn't care less and that's the sad part! Unprofessional and apathetic.

    If your black DO NOT apply. Manager was being racist and was asking us why we didn't apply for the matteson location because everybody (she's talking about black people) have fun working at that one instead. Made it seem like we was getting the job and I was beyond well qualified to get the job but I'm pretty sure she gave it to Tommy or Suzy instead. Manager there is a racist and she made it obvious and I know I'm living better than how she is. I live in Frankfort but she thought we was from matteson. Just bogus

    If I could give this location a zero, I would. I placed an order via the drive through this past Thursday evening around 6:30 pm and was asked to move to area 3. Sat there for several minutes waiting for my order; mind you, I only ordered a Big Mac and a Quarter Pounder, nothing more. After sitting for almost 15 minutes I finally went in and asked for my order. The team starting asking each other about my order and the so called manager stood there pretending she was not listening. Finally a girl threw my order in a bag. No one apologized. They acted like nothing happened. I am DONE with this location. This was the second time. There will NOT be a third time. The franchise owner needs to hire people that want to work and managers that know how to manage, as well as know the meaning or service. SMH.

    One of the worst McDonald's experiences I've had in a while. Ordered a 1/4 pounder, no pickles and a regular 1/4 pounder. Got one with just meat and cheese and the other with no onions. When asked by an employee how everything was we mentioned, the mistake. I kept the cheese and meat burger but the employee took the other one with a promise of making it right. 20 mins later, still nothing. My wife went to the counter to find a manager. Another 5 mins, and she finally got her meal... Stuff happens, but this just spoiled our afternoon.

    We tried to order two plain spicy McChickens, but they insisted it has to come with the sauce or it's not spicy. The manager seemed to be amused by our confusion. Ended up having to get four total 2 for $3 spicy chicken sandwich. At least the food was good

    Hiring employees who know how to read would be a great start to improving this location. I used to come here all the time, but in recent years it has been trying my patience with every visit. They messed up one of the items we ordered, and to get it fixed we were told to pull up to the last window and wait for the corrected item. Well, while everyone else’s food got cold, it took them 20 minutes to fix my sandwich. Mind you they weren’t even busy. If employees here had basic reading comprehension skills and weren’t on their phones, then this location would be perfectly fine. I have to keep traveling further west into Mokena to even have an acceptable meal from McDonald’s. What a joke.

    I usually have a good experience with the employees in the drive-thru. However, today there was a young lady (maybe Asian?) with long, dark hair who took my order payment but refused to say one word to me during the exchange. She looked me directly in the eye and just stuck her hand out until I handed her my card. I started to ask for the confirmation of the total and she just took the card without confirming the amount and swiped it. Afterward, she looked at me and handed me the card and receipt without a “thank you” or “next window please” nothing. I was so relieved that my total was correct on the receipt since she refused to speak at all. I would’ve hated to have to have dialogue with her about any mistake. She just seems too rude and dry to have a customer facing position handling people’s money. It is best practice to AT LEAST confirm the order total to the customer to make sure the order is correct and to alert them to how much they will be charged — very basic concept.

    As a former McDonald's operator I was extremely surprised at the poor service from this location of which I frequent and am patron of Frankfort. In 7 year I've never received a bad meal. I applaud the owner for years of great service. It's was late when my wife and I stopped for a big Mac 10 nuggets and a chicken sandwich. When I pulled up I was told they had no fries. I proceeded to the window and paid for the food. I live five minutes away. The chicken was dry and old. The nuggets had been sitting for a while and where not edible and the big Mac had one piece of burnt meat. My wife called the female mgr said we are closed and u can come get a refund tomorrow. We have not been back as of yet however as a former operator I though the great operator should know. Continued success.

    Crew members and food have never been an issue for me. This is a HR complaint and intended for those considering working at this location or sending your young adult as a first-time job. I work full-time elsewhere but was looking for additional hours on my off days. After my interview I had my son cancel his interview which was later in the day because I would never want him employed under the person I interviewed with. I was scheduled for an interview at 8:00 a.m. The staff sent me to a different McDonald's upon arrival. After going to the other McDonald's and being sent back to this one, the manager on duty blamed the other location and had me sit down for an interview. Aside from him being completely unprepared, the 2nd question he asked me was MY AGE. This question was completely out of place as it was not intended for background checks or any other job-related reasons at this place in time. I was puzzled and caught off guard which was clearly being expressed on my face because his NEXT reply was "oh! no, it's okay, nothing to be ashamed of." After I let him know my availability (which was also indicated in my application) he ended the interview abruptly letting me know "If I have to work weekends I require my staff to work weekends". This manager needs additional training in the hiring process. This experience was my worst interview ever. It left me feeling upset, hurt, and bewildered that this is what the generations after me will have to work with. Disappointing.

    I waited for quite awhile and no one came to help. An employee came in for her shift and i asked if anyone waited on the counter or did i have to use the kiosk. She got someone to help me. I could see people woking on the back but no one came out.

    Over the years I have had many MANY issues with this location, including just some of the worst customer service you could image. I've had a manager tell me to pull around and order again because they forgot to ring an item up, I've had an employee flat out call me a liar, I've sat outside waiting for a drink for over 10 minutes (I had to CALL them to remind them I was there). And how hard is it to know the difference between a McDouble and a McChicken? Apperantly really hard, as I've had them get the items mixed up on atleast 4 seperate occasions! And what happens when I complain to them directly? They send me a letter in the mail "Oops, sorry, we will retrain and do better." and that was only once.

    So we stopped here, ordered our food, 3 orders, EVERYONES order was incorrect and missing items. Although there was not an issue with accommodating us, it was frustrating that we had to go in 3 different times to get orders corrected. Burger buns were flat and toppings were VERY skimpy... just be aware, check your order before you leave.

    I'll never return to the store in Richton Park. The service I received was horrible! For me it's anywhere but that McDonald's on Sauk trail in richton Park.

    We order food today 1/5/23 at around 6:30 and we had a burger with a long piece of hair in it and every-time we go there it’s something wrong with the food or the people but you need to fix both and I would like a call back from a manger. we need our money back.

    Dad Order hot cakes and sausage; I ordered #2 breakfast with a decaf. They gave dad a Big Breakfast . I ended up with two coffees. We ordered dine in and they gave it to us in a go bag.

    Ordered a double cheese burger fresh & 6 pc. Had to wait, which is fine. Every car in drive thru before & after me left. Took 10 min when they brought it. Burger was just barely warm- not hot! Plus, they forgot my sauce for chicken. No thanks!

    I go to McDonald's often. Many of them. This the 1st time I've ever been told thank you, have a great day please drive safely. From the server gentleman that brought my meal out. Window cashier was kind as well. Fries were perfect

    Zero stars! Went to order. The girl could not get my order right. She had no clue how to put the order in and I told her over and over. She did not try to get help. She just looked at me. I finally said forget it and left. Terrible, just terrible.

    This McDonald's is Really Going in the Gutter. Sad. Needs new management. This place is NEVER CLEAN. Takes 30 minutes to get a Mobile order inside or in the drive thru. I cannot believe this McDonald's is going in the trash like this. Wow. Fire management, get new employees turn it around

    For the most part, the team is amazing. There was one manager, light skin taller and shirt was way too tight. He was rude and barking orders to everyone. Im guessing he was the store manager. Its no wonder they seem to be short staffed and always have new faces.
