I went in today 7/30/21 to see Anna Land. My experience was great until the doctor walked out the room. I mean as soon as she (Land) exited the room she talked about how her regular clients couldn’t get a appointment. Then stated how people came in with all these different issues. I assumed she was talking about me because I had numerous things going on at the time and this was my second time seeing her. Either way I didn’t like that she was talking about patients where I could hear her that just made me very uncomfortable. I ended up coming to this office because I had a bad vibe with Mrs Hughes at the other location (on Kedzie). Omg I have never had this problem with any other doctor office. Now I have to find another doctor. I wanna feel comfortable and able to talk to my doctor about anything.

I rarely leave reviews, and this is a long one, but I KNOW several patients have complained about this doctor. I used to love this clinic. The staff is friendly and MOST of the doctors were nice. However, after my last experience, I won’t ever come back. I normally see Dr. Brinkman, who is phenomenal, but they gave me Dr. Benedith. My first encounter with her was horrible. I came in to get my inhaler refilled but she didn’t believe I had asthma despite it being documented going back 25 years. Then she refused to refill my albuterol prescription. I had an asthma attack 3 days later and had to be hospitalized. My second encounter was even worse. I had to quarantine due to my household having COVID. After testing negative, she refused to sign my work release documents because she “didn’t know” what to put even though, again, everything was documented. Then the documents she did give me, was filled out completely wrong. But she did refill an albuterol prescription I never asked for. Dr. Benedith nearly cost me my job and my life because she doesn’t believe her patients or their medical history. If you do go here I beg you to not see this doctor.

The way this clinic treats Medicaid patients is terrible! Care should not be based on who can afford it. You should treat a patient with respect regardless. A family member has had an appointment rescheduled at this location for the last 6 months. Not long is it being rescheduled, it is being scheduled the day of which is absolutely ridiculous! This clinic is very unprofessional. Go elsewhere. Beneath N. Nwumeh FNP should be ashamed to be a nurse! This appointment may not mean much to you, but for others who lives depend on it, it does matter. Canceling the day of is a terrible thing to do - especially when it is not your first time!

You can't seem to reach anyone during business hours. I guess you need to walk in to update the info on your account in order to make an appointment online. My account has my old number. At that point I might as well do a walk in appointment if they still do that. I've called for days and all I get is a voice mail. I work the same hours they are open.

I have never had a problem with there. Never with phone calls, refills, or in office visits the staff has always been great. Dr. Godbolt is an amazing dr a great bedside manners love her. Also my therapist Leslie is amazing she’s so caring she is great and also has great bedside manners. I’ve never had a problem making an appointment making a telehealth appointment or anything.

Just... WOW! I got tested for covid-19 today. I called 4 places the day prior and everywhere else wanted $300 for no insurance. Martha’s did it FOR FREE!!! The wait time was incredibly decent, the people working were so friendly and the building was clean and new looking! What an amazing place to offer the services they do.

The rudest, self centered wannabe nurses working intake or front desk. They have rudest black women and Hispanic woman that claims "she don't speak Spanish". Need to fire them all, in my line of industry they would have been gone at an instant. The scariest part is I hope they don't become nurse practitioner or licensed Nurses. Now that would be scary.

Turn back around and run. This place is a dump. Nurses there are rude and ignorant. They kept on Scheduling me with the wrong doctors i needed. No one there knows what they are doing. Very unprofessional.

Today was the most embarrassing day of my life. THEY SAT THERE WHILE A WOMAN HARASSED ME FOR BEING ON MY PHONE. I had an appointment @11:15am. I got there 15mins early and waited as patiently as I could. After waiting almost an hour. My friend called and I answered the phone. She asked where I was at, and I told her the doctor’s office, which I hadn’t been seen in almost an hour. By this time the security guard comes up and tell me to leave & the way he said it threw me off, so I responded no. I am here for my psychiatric appointment. Some random Karen remind you African-American comes in for her appointment and overhear the conversation and started cussing me out. So, I replied to her all oral communication use it. This is not a conversation you need to be in which she continues to go on then she started calling the police on me. Long story short, the police comes and they tell me I have to leave remind you all; I have a PSYCHIATRIC appointment and I am disabled both the facility and the officers overseeing the scene RUDELY DISREGARDED MY DISABILITY RIGHTS NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU’RE DISABLED, YOUR DISABILITY RIGHTS WILL BE IGNORED

It was my first time at Aunt Martha’s and I accidentally went to the wrong Aunt Martha’s. Both of the heights establishments were very accommodating and yes I did still have to wait for a few minutes but the staff was friendly and nice. The doctor was sweet and had me laughing. I did read the reviews before I came and I decided to have my own experience at a place that is willing to help me for little to nothing. The staff is wonderful and I will be back often

The wait time is crazy on the phone and eaven in the clinic. They have 4 staffs near the phone and noone answers when it rings.

Highly Recommend this Aunt Martha's! If you're looking for a friendly staff that is very professional, definitely this is your go To. Dr Tanmoy Chandra is one of the best Drs I've came across in a long time. Thank you for your time and understanding!
