I like it here, everyone seems very nice. Other guest are here to just do what they do and the employees are always there to answer questions and help with anything you don’t understand. I come in the afternoon and its never overly crowded. Love that there is no judgment here.

Friendly and helpful staff. Facility is clean and modern. Other patrons are respectful and friendly. Classes are fun. Black card plan allows me to have my husband join me (for free) and use the Planet Fitness where our vacation home is located as well as any other places we travel.

I recently started working out w a new trainer at the Dundalk location. This lady is Top-notch!! Great job!! I love my gym! Thank you Sharkie for toning me up, I’ll keep coming back. Thank you so much for your professionalism and respect as well.

I enjoy going to planet fitness. It's affordable. And something good to do for yourself. It's clean, safe place to workout. I like being able to watch TV on multiple tvs or zone in to one show. Black card membership is Awesome

Not gonna lie, this is probably the nicest PF in the Baltimore area. I really enjoy coming here, especially late night, and I've had no issues, until tonight. I came an hour earlier than usual, and one of the employees walked up to me after I completed a usual bench set, stating I was way too loud, talking to me in a condescending manner that it's too heavy for me. This was my warmup set and I didn't feel like arguing, so I chose to be extra careful. On my 3rd, my hand slipped, and luckily the smith machine caught it. There goes the lunk alarm, and then he proceeds to denounce me in front of everyone. Now look, I get the whole "culture" behind PF, but this was not only unnecessary but what statement are you trying to make here, for making minimal noise. Super uncalled for and put a sour taste in my mouth.

This is the cleanest and most sanitized gym I have ever been in and it has a lot of great gym equipment to help you work on any specific part of your body. Plus there aren't any judgemental people there which makes it easier to clear your mind and get the workout you want or need .

This is the 1st exercise class I've taken with Xay. I loved it! I previously told him, I do not have cartridge in my knees and cannot get on the floor. The exercises I couldn't do, he had already substituted and had ones that I was able to do. The core work out was great. Xay is very informative, patient and encouraging. I will incorporate this into my weekly exercise routine. Am looking forward to taking another class with him.

Clem and Michael are outstanding employees. They literally do everything above and beyond to make you feel comfortable.

Great gym for working out, with all kinds of equipment. Totally worth the membership. Just wish they were 24/7, instead of limited on weekends.

I joined the gym a few weeks ago and have been really nervous about getting back into it. So far I’ve been so happy with how friendly everyone has been at the gym.. I’ve also noticed how eager most people have been to help you learn to do something or a machine you might not know how to do. I wish I had joined months ago and not been so nervous about it. I’m really excited to see how things go from here!

I love that I can use my membership at any location. I love that there are locations all over the state. I love that I feel comfortable going into any location whether it’s just to change and use the bathroom, just to tan, or get a quick workout in. I love that every planet fitness I have accessed has been clean and friendly staff. I love the affordable price of this gym membership as a single mom trying to make ends meet and keep up with my young children. I will forever be a planet fitness member. Jason at Dundalk Planet Fitness is by far the best employee at any gym, store, service company I’ve ever been a client/customer of. He’s always kind, helpful, professional, hardworking, and going above and beyond his pay grade. Planet fitness is lucky to have him.

PF is a great gym with plenty of equipment for a total workout. The staff is excellent. Amanda, the manager is very friendly, Jason is always going out of his way to greet members and assist them and Xay is a good motivator for his training classes.

My husband and I enjoy our work outs here. The atmosphere is clean, quite, and spacious.

The cleanliness at the gym, high-quality exercise equipment, and most importantly the friendly staffs are my motivation to continue going to the gym. The additional perk of having a hydro massage or even a regular chair massage is awesome. I love this place.

I love the dundalk planet fitness. The staff are great and the gym is always clean. 👌 My fave prt is the hydromassage bed . Yesss!

Nothing seems to be working here the AC doesn't work deployers don't want to do anything at all they're so lazy here this is a terrible place to go work at it and the one in Dundalk I can't stand it everyone stays on their phones you can't use it on the equipments or nothing because people sit on their phones and they'll sit there and sit there and nothing. Time to join a different gym cancel my membership

Just started coming here and really enjoying the place. Friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. Would definitely recommend this gym to friends and family. The only downside is that there are no classes available on weekends.

Great gym. Has everything that I need to get my workout finished. The only complaint that I have is other patrons sitting on equipment playing games on their phones. I can finish 3 rotations before they are off one piece of equipment.

I got the classic $10 a month membership, there’s a $50 annual fee, which it normal, however I was charged $63 every month I had the member, I was only supposed to pay $10 a month & $50 ONE TIME, I got charged 3 times for an annual fee, after this I tried to cancel my subscription because my account kept going negative, I called to cancel & was told I can’t cancel my subscription over the phone?? I told them I moved & I needed to do it over the phone, the guy had a rude attitude the whole time. I also mentioned I should be refunded for the mistake they made, I get told I can only be refunded $50, even though I was charged way more than I should’ve been. The gym itself is great, equipment is clean it’s organized, didn’t have any problems with other customers, however the planet fitness in dundalk Md, charges extra & the workers are insanely rude. I would go to a planet fitness just in a different location. * and to mention this also happens to my step mom, would have the same $10 membership for Dundalk, we were both charged the same days with the $63 every month so I know this wasn’t just a banking mistake it’s just them trying to take your money.

I love that they explain everything to you and set up an exercise plan to follow. I was doing it in my own but decided to set up an appointment. They showed me that if your body isn't the position it should be, its not really doing any good. I love the 30 min workout. If you really have a busy schedule.... who can't fit in 30 min!???The water massage chair is sooooo relaxing and feels fantastic! Then you can tan if you want....another plus!! **I really wish people would clean their tanning bed after using it... if it's clean when you get in there PAY IT FORWARD!
