I've been coming to Neha since I was 18 so about 6 or 7 years(updated review) and have never even thought about going anywhere else and continue to push everyone i know, male/female/nonbinary, to go there at least once. I would rather go untouched than let anyone else do my brows (thats not neha, sarah, or the sweet older lady. . I forget her name but shes there on tuesdays and fridays) lol. Neha is just such a radiant soul and it really shows through her business. That place and the employees are always so pleasant, just stepping in is like a sense of relief from everything else. I also got a 24k facial and a massage (not at the same time but still my first time ever getting a facial and/or massage) and it was truly exceptional I can't imagine a better experience and can't wait to get another. And MARQUITA!!! Her nail game is NO JOKE she does it ALL🤩 Honestly this place is the best thing about the Pikesville community (I've lived here my whole life, now in frederick and still will only come here) it surely is a staple❤️ 11/10⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

MASSAGE-- Olga is absolutely amazing. She is very experienced. Olga listens to you and makes you feel comfortable. I've been getting massages for 22 years and she is the BEST! You will not be disappointed. Must book in advanced because she is booked up, but she will do her best to fit you in as well! HIGHLIGHTS/Style--Alaina is your girl for color, highlights and haircut for straight or curly hair. My daughter and I have been using her for over a year now. You will not be disappointed. I’ve been getting my eyebrows done here for a while the service is amazing so I decided to get a massage. I did a combination of Swedish and hot rocks massage with essential oils . The environment is so peaceful also set up lovely! My masseuse Olga was AMAZING!!❤️🥰 She sits with you prior too so she can get to know you also she tells you about all of the different oils that she makes herself and the use of each. I did the one for women dealing with , anxiety , hormonal imbalance and stress. I’m very picky, when I tell you she did a wonderful job and I recommend her believe It! I promised myself I would have a massage with Olga at least once a month. Treat yourself people you deserve It! Thank you again Olga🥰

I am always satisfied when visiting this salon. Marquita, the nail technician is the best! She friendly and skillful taking her time with her clients giving them her full attention. Scheduling appointments is easy and reminders are sent, checking in and checkout process is smooth, too. I highly recommend this salon.

Neha is humble, so I'll say it. She is The Eyebrow Threading Queen. I've also enjoyed spa treatments and have gifted them at least twice, to my sister and a new mother. Both thoroughly enjoyed there experiences like I had. Actually, Neha came recommended to me by a colleague and friend. Just look at the reviews and ratings. Enjoy your visits!

Olga gives the best massage I have ever had. Just the right amount of pressure with such strong soft hands. She is very caring. I have fibromyalgia and she gets me right every time. I never leave or wake up with any pain from my muscles being over worked. Olga is also very personable and cares a lot about her clients. I begrudgingly recommend my Olga only because I have to share!!

I love getting my eyebrows done by Neha. I was disappointed that I was not given a receipt at the time when paying for my services of hair blowout and eyebrows threaded. I was asked for the tip by the receptionist to be given for the services at checkout but not given my receipt to know what the price I was being charged. It felt sneaky to me and not transparent. Did not see prices posted by stylists and was not told that trimming was $40 the same price as a haircut. Wasted my money because the style did not last one day. Good thing I can do my own hair. $132 plus tip! If I was told trim cost was $40 I would have said no thank you not today.

Went there for the first time and owner did my eyebrows good, I just moved from DC and was excited that I found a new spot. I decided to get my wax there as well to see if it can be my new one stop care. I got a Brazilian wax and a chin wax about 4 days ago. They did a chocolate wax because they said it’s good for sensitive skin and since it was my first time doing it there I didn’t want anything harsh on my skin. Two days ago my whole chin broke out in hives. I’ve never in my life had acne on my face and I come from a family who’s never had acne problems. Now I have a chin full of pimples and my Brazilian wax had its own reaction today. May go back for my eyebrows but never going back for a wax. $85 down the drain and all it got me was bumps and itches.

Every time I come into the Salon, it's always warm and inviting. Service is always professional with a smile. I get threading service by Neha, and her work is great, and she always makes you feel appreciated. All the staff is courteous and professional.

I have had my brows professional threaded here for years. As my brows have thinned with age they still manage to make them look good! Very pleasant and efficient!

This place is wonderful. The staff is great. Olga gives the best massages. I was comfortable and very relaxed afterwards. There are several options for massages. I had the 90 minute aromatherapy massage. It was a fantastic self care day for me. Definitely recommend.

There are many services offered at this Salon, the owner and most of the staff are kind and have great customer service. If there's any miscommunication the Owner Neha has excellent communication skills and cares for every customer's comfort, and wants their experience to be relaxing and satisfying. I would recommend this Salon as your Salon of choice.

Always happy with the way my brows look, and confident with all of the staff to do a good job. I have had a facial, prenatal massage, and would recommend those, and look forward to trying other services. The only feedback I have is that they don't hand you a mirror to show you after threading and so I have had to return once to get something fixed to my liking. They absolutely treated me with respect and made me feel understood for wanting something corrected, so now I just ask to see before I leave and they always oblige and are very kind. The other point is that it seems that the price varies, and I am confused with how I am charged every time for the same services for threading. I was told there was combo pricing for getting different services at one time, and would like if the pricing were made more clear. They also have a punch card which I love! Overall I would recommend this salon. I love the quality of their work and that they treat you with respect and value your/my business.
