Adrian and the rest of the beautiful staff at Hour Glass are truly amazing! This establishment has the BEST customer service, coming from a staff with the greatest personalities to compliment the wonderful services they provide. I felt as if I was receiving a treatment specifically tailored to my body and my individual needs from start to finish! Would recommend HourGlass Body Spa to ALL!

The location is easy to get to. The salon space is beautifully decorated and smells amazing. Everything is clearly explained in written form, a state of the art monitor that changes with all procedures and pricing. The owner is comforting, very professional and not salesy. I did not feel pressured to make a decision on what services I wanted and all of my questions were answered thoroughly. As a result, I made a purchase on the spot even though I wasn't originally planning to.

The staff here is Amazing!! I was impressed from the very beginning. I called to inquire about getting microblading for my eyebrow which is something that I've always wanted but was very hesitant due to some not so flattering example I've seen over the years...lol... I did not want the "drawn on look" so let's just say I've been taking my time looking around for the right technician. A friend of mine referred me to Hourglass Body Spa. I spoke to Adrian several times prior to booking my actual appointment. I felt at ease and comfortable making the decision after our consultation. She really listen and did not treat me as a client but more like a trusted friend. She booked my appointment with one of her staff members. When I arrived I was greeted by her staff and when I was done I walked away with a very natural look. I am really looking forward to taking advantage of other services they offer.

I visited HourGlass to get lash extensions for my birthday weekend and I couldn't have been more happy with the entire experience. The salon was very clean and the setup was comfortable. Since it was my first time, Adrian was really good about explaining everything. The process takes a while, so it helped that she was pleasant to talk to. I would definitely recommend!

I am a recurring customer of Hourglass for over a year now. I started with the lights and cavitation. Now I go every 2-3 weeks for my lashes, probably could go less often because they stay on!! They are perfect, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Now, she’s adding these new IV therapies and I can’t wait to try a few! Her office is BEAUTIFUL!! Feminine, warm, and very welcoming. Her lash chair y’all….!!! It was made for the most wonderful lash naps. And let’s talk about the owner. Adrian is AMAZING!! She’s a brilliant registered nurse, who also loves making women feel their best. She’s great, her staff is great. No matter what you need from her office, you will absolutely not be disappointed.
