Beware! Went here to try it out for the first time. Waited 40 minutes for burgers and fries because they lost our order. When our food arrived, one bun had visible mold on it (pictured). We sent it back and they said they would remake the whole order. It came back completely cold other than 1 new bun. Asked for a manager and they said there wasn’t a manager there… so we crossed our fingers and ate the cold food. Customer service replied to me over a yelp review, but never followed up when I sent them an email. Also - noticed a lot of their reviews are clearly fake. Beware! UPDATE: BurgerFi asked me to reach out. I did as they asked and they never responded to my email. Interesting customer service.

This was my first time trying a BurgerFi and I was surprised at how fresh the ingredients taste. The burger was large and filling. The fries were natural cut with just the right crisp. My wife had the chicken tenders and they were delicious too, filled with natural and plump chicken breast without too much breading. The service was fairly quick, as they were pretty busy. Also the location of this one is great, surrounded by many other restaurants, shops and activities.

Excellent wagyu burger! Nice atmosphere, respectful staff. Nice setting and nice food, many seats to accommodate everybody. Had a nice little time. Trendy music too . Their fries were excellent, supposedly they choose the best potatoes so that would explain. It reminded me of 5 guys, maybe the FI in burgerfi is from the Fi from five guys

This place was fantastic. The burgers are cooked perfectly, and the ingredients are top-notch. This place is the best burger i have ever eaten. I highly recommend The Ceo Burger. It is a 5 star meal. This place is amazing and the food came out super fast, which was really impressive.

Good experience overall, but even with a 15% tip (for QSR mind you), I still spent $30 for a burger and fries. It’s too expensive for me to be a regular. Still, it’s good food. Minus one star for price and one star for a long line waiting to order from the touchscreen. From entering th editor to eating was 45 minutes and I was by myself.

April 2023 Came here for a late lunch. I would say that this place is an upper scale burger place with the prices to match. The place is decently lit, with an assortment of chairs, booths, and high chairs. There are some outside tables that are fenced off from the sidewalk. They also play pop music over the speakers. At the order counter, there are 2 self-order koisks with cups stacked in between and numbers on stands to the side. When ordering, it asks for the number and your name, and a staff member will deliver your food to you. Note this place does sell beer. There was only one person working the front, and they were friendly and fast. I'm pretty sure the burgers are made fresh considering how long it took for them to come out. We ordered 2 burger combos and a strawberry shake. The beef burger was decent and the meat slightly juicy. The fried chicken burger was good, with crisp breading and tender meat. They also gave a good amount of meat, though this place is on the more expensive side compared to other gourmet burger places. The fries were merely ok, and I will want to try the onion rings next time. The strawberry shake was definitely my favorite: delicious and with strawberry chunks. A bigger straw for the shake was delivered with the shake. As a last note, this place does have 2 unisex bathrooms that are clean and dry. Note there is no table service besides delivering your food to you. You throw away your own trash and recycling, and I did see the staff wipe down some of the tables. Overall, would maybe come back.

Fantastic Service. I walked in about 10 minutes before closing and Angie gave me extraordinary customer service , despite getting ready to close. I ordered two swags and they came out perfect. After I ordered she also gave me a free shake. I love this location and Angie made my experience over the top amazing.. 10/10 would recommend.

They recently changed to "do your own ordering". The chicken sandwich is a favorite for the wife. The kid likes the burger the best. I am fan of the fries. They have the coke freestyle machine and offer shakes and some deserts. There are a few beer choices as well. Over all we enjoy the place but the recent uptick in pricing is noticeable. Probably explains less clients we see in recent visits. Also notice the difference in size of the chicken patty between, then and now. Update: They have gotten progressively worse. Today we had to use the automated ordering. And we have to tip? A kid was having trouble with the machine and holding up the whole line. None of the staff bothered to help. The food we were given today was beyond greasy. The fries were soggy and cooked in old oil. The onion rings actually dripped. I will be lucky to make it home without throwing up. Won't be back anytime soon.

Had the BBQ Rodeo with Wagyu and it was great. The meat tasted really nice although I wouldn't be sure if I was actually given American Wagyu or just good beef, it's ground meat after all so the differences are subtle. The burgers all seem to be double, so it was really filling. The fries were good but not my favorite. The Oreo shake is hard to mess up so of course it was good. Overall good experience

I must say that all of all of the burger joints that I’ve visited throughout my lifetime, BurgerFi has to be one of my favorites! Not only do they serve vegetarian burgers and beer battered onion rings cooked crisp to perfection, but you can also order your food from an electronic screen, which is nice. Not to mention that this location has nice indoor and outdoor seating. Man, if only I wasn’t too sensitive to sugar. I would’ve ordered myself either a beer or shake to go with my meal, ha ha! I would definitely love to bring my boyfriend from Tennessee here. He loves a good burger paired with a beer. Say, is anyone at the company thinking of serving fish and chips here one day? I think that they might make a good addition to the menu, especially during the summer months. I can’t see why the beer batter is only good for onion rings when it is clearly perfect enough for fish.

Pretty good burger spot, but I wish the check out process was a bit smoother since some people don't know how to use the machines that well and slow down the line for the rest of the customers. Also, the drink station is a little hectic when there's a lot of people trying to get things at the same time. Maybe consider moving the lids and straws to a shelf on the wall next to each soda machine so that people filling drinks won't have to wait behind people getting condiments or other things. The burger I got here was a bacon cheeseburger and it was pretty tasty. I'd come back to eat a burger here in the future.
