I had an alright time here. Even though they have pool and bowling, I still feel like Dave and Buster’s is better. Maybe because it was a Sunday afternoon/evening, but they didn’t have a lot available. A lot of games were Out of Service, the 90 minute play option doesn’t apply to every game (only shooting and racing games), and they were out of pizza and nacho toppings when we were there. It was just a meh experience. Maybe I should have bowled and targeted more games I wanted to play but I don’t know if I would return to this one. The location is good, inside the mall, plenty of parking and they stay open until 2am. Be prepared for teenagers and kids, they have a bar here as well.

The place was disgusting! The floors have big stains and the floor wasn’t clean. It’s no point of spending money here because the place is really high. I ordered a pizza combo that was $10:38. $5 for ONE slice of pizza and then an additional $5.50 for the drink and fries plus tax. There were mice running all over the place and management/ staff seemed so unbothered about it. One lady had dealt with my friend money and never changed her gloves and continued to make food. The staff don’t really give a flying fudge nuggets at all, which is okay, I won’t be spending my money no more at this arcade.I also find it really ridiculous how the credits to play the game is high as hell and to get credits is high as hell, like $14 for 48 credits is crazyyyyy. They don’t even give you tickets on when you supposed to win something and that pissed me off so bad, I wouldn’t advise people to go here and spend money or buy anything from here.

It’s a pretty decent arcade. While it’s true that there are occasionally machines that aren’t properly maintained, its location and accessibility are quite good. The app currently in use will expire as of December 4th, so you need to use up all your visit stamps and coupons before then.”

There are too many problems at this place. The issues I encountered include: poor customer service, lack of adequate management, and disrespectful behavior towards patrons by management. The following examples demonstrate these problems: First, security told my girlfriend that she could not walk inside the arcade with a beer in her hand that she had purchased at the bar inside Round1. I repeatedly told the security personnel that she had purchased the beer inside the arcade. Despite these efforts, he told her that she could not stay inside the arcade with the beer in her hand. She had to stand outside the arcade while she finished her beer. Next, the guy working at the gift shop gave me and my girlfriend back the wrong game card with a zero point balance. This happened after we cashed out our combined winnings from both of our cards. The total amount was around 1701 points. The guy working at the gift shop told us that we had a remaining balance of 220 points left on one of the remaining cards. I checked the point balance on the card that he returned using the machine inside the gift shop. I discovered that he gave us back the wrong card with a zero balance. Then, he claimed we had the 2nd card with the remaining balance. I repeatedly told him that neither me nor my girlfriend had another game card in our possession before he finally decided to call a manager. It took several minutes before the manager showed up. Neither him nor the manager could find the lost card with the remaining balance, even after we showed them our receipts. Instead, the manager gave my girlfriend a replacement card with only 91 points left. She said that was the best she could do. Third, many of the machines (ex. air hockey games) were out of order.

Pre-paid date nights! The pricing for credits really does make more sense to buy all of the credits and then use them as you go over multiple visits. Very fun place to go and have fun inside. Great variety of games to play. There were a number of games that were out of order that we wanted to play but overall very fun!

Located inside Towson mall. Plenty of games for the kiddos, but some machines didn't work and/or took credits and still didn't work. We were able to get one refund but decided against going back to the desk every time it happened. Options to play pool and bowl too.

It's so much fun, but its not safe when it comes to hygiene. The hand sanitizer machine are just for decoration. My son wanted to ride and he had his hand soiled with mucus like liquid like someone sneezed on it. We couldn't get hand sanitizer to use. But the restrooms were so neat so we washed our hands instead

Great Bowling alley, Karaoke kinda bit confusing at first but as soon as we understand how to use it, it gets easier could use more songs though, great food selection, great staff, great ambiance. Would recommend going as a party here. Had fun using the bowling alley but could use some powder for use. Overall great place.

Pretty fun, good prizes, a lot of challenging claw machines, and decent food. I will say their prices for bowling is a bit much for my taste. But decent for a party of more than two possibly.

I've been to Round1 at least ten times. It's an excellent spot for families or friends wanting to celebrate any occasion or just have an arcade to hang out and enjoy. It appeals to casual or more intense gamers with generic machines similar to those at Dave and Busters but also arcade cabinets, rhythm games, as well as a bowling alley, karaoke rooms, and pool tables. Anybody can come to Round1 and find something for them. They have a small restraunt and bar and the food is pretty good! I was impresed the first time I tried the chicken tenders. The prize room has your standard candies and cheap toys but they also roatate anime figures, game consoles, and even musical instruments. I once got a pretty nice guitar there after a few months of grinding. Overall, I recomend Round1 to anybody visiting Towson. I will be sure to go again many times!

Decent bowling experience 🎳, the arcade is ok, you could get a better experience somewhere else. The prizes in the victory zone are cheap. I can confirm that the floors are kinda gross.

They have decent selection of games. Along with bowling, pool, and a karaoke room. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. But when it cam to the food area it below average. Wasn't clean the bathrooms are even worse. Did not want to use. The family bathroom smelled like some just got finished smoking weed in it and looking at staff you can who she was. I give this 3 out of 5 stars.

There were 10 of us. Seven adults and 3 children. It was a birthday celebration. Thay have just about any arcade game there is. You buy cards that work all the games. We also ate there. The food was good but there was only one guy doing the cooking so it took awhile to get all our food. You can book ahead but we did not.

I love this place, it has pool tables, bowling and a lot of arcades. They have deals on weekdays. And it's not crowded. Just save your card and reuse it because it's kinda "expensive " to get a new one. Other than that it's super fun and cool.
