The procedure performed by Dr. Robinson went very well. I didn't experience any discomfort afterwards. Dr. Robinson as well as all the staff were very informative explaining all the steps, and had an attentive warm attitude to me as a patient. Thank you very much to Dr. Robinson and all the staff.

Yesterday was the worst experience I had here in the past 20 years My appointment was at 2:30 they tried to convince me it was at 9:am after I had confirmed and they wouldn't see me so I was forced to do aftercare with the most unfriendly doctor I've ever met I'm definitely looking for a new doctor because the service was rude and they pretty much didn't care my appointment was confirmed ( Chris Manko would never allow this behavior)

I am a patient of Dr. Miller and he is awesome hands down!! I recently saw Dr. Nichols on 10/27/23. The office squeezed me in for a much needed appointment and I must say, the quality of care is unmatched from the physicians and other Healthcare professionals that I have encountered. They are thorough and they listen in an effort to provide me with the best care. Please keep being genuine in your care; the patients really appreciate you for your sincerity and dedication to us. It is very much appreciated! I hope I do not regret giving this review in the future.

Dr. Higginbotham did a thorough eye examination and assured me that I don't need cataract surgery at present. However she recommended that I get another examination in a year, but also said that if my vision should get noticeably worse before then to schedule an appointment soon.

Love Dr. Holmes. Check-in process could be better though. There was a new patient in the office during my visit who asked how I liked the practice. I was able to say all good things. Update. The check in process has improved on my last 2 visits.

The nurse practitioner was thorough, kind and knowledgeable. She made me feel at ease about revealing my crudy looking feet and assured me she'd let Dr. Miller know all my concerns & progress. Gave me advise for what to & not to do. She didn't give at all the condescending "You're beneath me - God syndrome" some practitioners do. Treated me with respect - like a human being at my after hours appt. GREAT BENEFIT🩺- on demand - same day after hours appts! Globally, Dr. Miller, has been my PCP over a decade. He's fought for me when ancillary clinicians refused proper follow-up. He's extremely knowledgeable & can give stern guidance, when needed, in a non-confrontational way. He has a good sense of humor. He really cares about the whole person.🙂AAA+

I gave a 10 rating to the Office and staff at Clinical Associates on Main Street. I needed bloodwork at Quest referred by my PCP. I made the appointment online at My Quest which was very easy. Used the kiosk to check in. The office and seating area was clean. Only waited about 5 minutes.The phlebotomist was professional, compassionate and gifted. I told her I had rolling veins and a needle phobia. I closed my eyes, barely felt the needle go in and it seemed like only a minute before she was done. I was surprised to see she had taken 2 vials of blood! No soreness or bruising either. It was a good experience all around. B. Lopez

When I'm sick or have an issue and want to see someone Gail will make sure I get in with someone. However I luckily got ahold of her the second day I called and she told me the person that answered the first day just said I'll have someone call you back (no one did) I was also told for a rash they should have just made an appt for me because I rash should be seen to verify what it is. The doctor that saw me was very nice, on time and I was in and out with an RX sent in. I love Dr Loeb and Gail! I have been seeing Dr Loeb for years as well as my two daughter!

I am blessed to have Dr. Steven Miller as my PCP under Clinical Associates. He has been my PCP for many years. He listens, takes a genuine interest in my health and I feel totally comfortable with him. He makes me feel welcome and not like just another patient he HAS to see. He's awesome.

I have been a Patient with Clinical Associates for over 20yrs. Chris Manko was my doctor who retired in May. Since then, I have had nothing but problems. You can not get anyone to return your calls, nor help you with anything. I called 4 times over 10 day period, never received a response! I called to speak with the office manager, I was told she would return my call, never heard from anyone! I can’t believe how badly this office has gotten. I will be looking for another doctor whose staff is more helpful and attentive. I do not recommend the Woodholme office to anyone!

I have been seeing Dr. Loeb for close to 20 years, and I am very satisfied. In addition to being a competent doctor, Dr. Loeb listens patiently and understands the needs of the patient.
