I've been a resident for over 2 years. Overnight between 2/21/23 and 2/22/23 my car was stolen from the parking lot. The parking lot has security cameras, one of which points directly towards where I was parked. I asked management if they could review footage to see if anything was captured that might assist police with recover. This request was made shortly after 9am on 2/22/23. Likely less than 12 from the actual theft. Management told me they could review and let me know if it shows anything but would not be willing to show me any footage, that the police would have to ask for it. That's a bit ridiculous but whatever. The real problem is its currently 2/24/23 and management has still not reviewed any footage nor gotten back to me about what it shows so I can let the police know. It's absolutely ridiculous that a crime of that level can take place on the property and the only people who might have info that could lead to my vehicles recovery have zero interest in assisting. Edit: it's been 2 weeks since my car was stolen, it has not been recovered and it took 4 business days to get the office management to even review footage at all. the same office management who told me I'm not allowed to see any potential footage the cameras may have caught is the same office management who doesn't even hesitate to release security camera pictures when someone steals a package. Incredible. Oh and at one point they also told me they "don't get involved with repossessions". Just complete unprofessional garbage. Unrelated to the car theft, the management office also has full control over whether you have heat or air Conditioning. All you can do is turn it on and off. They turn the air conditioning off too soon and on too late every year. You sit in your apartment that costs easily $2k+ a month uncomfortable and sweating. It's nearly June as I write this and it's still not on. They lie about it being broken to deflect the questions all while still charging you the absolute max price for utilities, which aren't even on to be used. Complete scum tier.

I moved to The Falls in June and I'm happy living here. The management team works hard and is responsive. I wish my neighbors would clean up after their pets and there's always going to be something to repair or what have you, but overall, I've got a huge apartment that doesn't cost an arm and a leg with hardwood floors, a breakfast bar, a dishwasher and W/D in the unit, lots of closets and a huge balcony with an awesome view and it's in the City! Very accessible to I-83 and 695.

I moved here in July and it’s been an amazing experience so far. The entire management and maintenance staff are friendly, work hard, are dedicated and very responsive, particularly the Property Manager - Ms. Joy Taylor. She’s soft spoken, polite and very nice to work with. She works tirelessly to keep improving things in the building and to ensure that it stays clean. I’ve got to say, I’m pretty impressed with this place so far and definitely recommend this community!

I went here to look at apartments and the apartments are very spacious and easy on the eyes. I spoke to a tenant who gave me the rundown on the place which was pretty good in his estimation. The first apartment I was taken to view as soon as the door opened I saw a roach crawling on the wall, that was disheartening. I really didn’t need to see anything after that but I continued the tour. There was a dead roach in one of the tubs and honestly even if the apartment was nice I couldn’t see past the roaches. The 2nd apartment was very nice, a great size and no indication of any bugs. Closet space was great the windows were sound proof so you couldn’t hear any outside news.. that’s a great plus because Northern Pkwy is always busy. The customer service was out of this world. Joy was a beautiful young lady and she represented The Falls at 150%, she was awesome.

I love to come home, it always feels safe (video intercom entry) and welcoming. I can go to the on-site gym for a good work out or order food to my door from the on-site restaurant on my lazy days. The area has great things to see, a gas station, the expressway, and stores within walking distance. The manager and staff is friendly and works tirelessly to keep improving things in the building and on the property, personally everyone I’ve met here has been great. Not to mention we have resident events to mingle and know your neighbors… the kids swim all summer, there’s an ice cream 🍦 parlor, Starbucks ☕️ and Whole Foods as well as hospital nearby. It’s a nice community area we enjoy and my view 🌇 is amazing… on occasion you might see a family of deer 🦌 just cruising around 😉

I'm a current resident of the apartment. I submitted my leasing renewal request more than 3 months ago, but today I still haven't get my lease renewed, and have to keep paying for the $150 month-to-month fee in the past few months. I emailed Joy Taylor, the leasing office manager, more than 3 times about this and I never get reply. I complained about this with Joy Taylor a few weeks ago, and she said none of those is her fault. I tried to reach out to the upper manager but I never got a chance to talk with him (The lady at front desk said he was not in office, so I asked her to give me a call when he's back to the office, but I never receive a call from her since then). I called the number of customer service of the apartment during their working hour, but no one was answering my call.

The Falls at Roland Park is a great place to live! The staff is always friendly and maintenance is always quick with tickets. If looking for a great, clean, and easy access to downtown Baltimore check out The Falls.

This place sucks I haven’t even been here three months and the management has already changed. Don’t live here if you enjoy showering, you’ll never have consistent hot or cold water or water pressure and they’ll tell you it’s because it’s an old building… who knows if we’ll have heat this winter because we didn’t have air conditioning this summer… I can see you responded but didn’t address the AC or heat or the water temperature which are all also MAJOR issues. I was unable to contact you because my portal didn’t work…here’s the real review…it is very unfortunate that the property owner is only interested in $$…doesn’t matter whose $$, just $$…so if you don’t mind lining the pockets of a slumlord who doesn’t re-invest in his possessions this is the place for you!!
