    I fell down a flight of steps in my home. I could not lift my right arm over my head. I came here in pain and urgency. They got me in the back under 20 minutes, had me exrayed and sent my prescriptions to my primary pharmacy. Gave me a splint and directions of treatment and sent me on my way. I will be returning if I have any other problems I will return here and would highly recommend instead of the ER ( Non emergency situations)

    I was treated well, had a scheduled appointment, Lester ( I think) was compassionate and an excellent listener and I am sorry I can't remember NP, who I know told me. Kind, caring, shared results, respected my thoughts and to him I also say thank you. (And sorry for name lapse. Masks make it harder and the business of why you are there!)

    I came in and they were very attentive to why I was in, all of my symptoms and exams. They did a covid, strep, flu, and mono test right there and they were all done within 15 minutes. They even had to stay a little past opening time to finish up my tests and diagnosis. They had a prescription sent into walgreens to be picked up the next morning. The wait time was not long at all and I did not reserve a time online but I did come in an hour before closing.

    I had a problem logging in from my phone, but when I got to Express Care I explain to the receptionist what I did and she helped me and I didn't have to wait long to be seen. The staff and service was excellent, I would recommend my friends and family to you. Thanks always for service

    The service was impeccable, caring and so helpful. If we had more agencies like this one, what a better world this would be with all the hatred and things that are going on in this world I really truly appreciate it the service and the help that I receive I will tell everyone I know and please continue to get the best service that you can.     Was able to check in online, total visit took less then 45min in and out, and the NP that saw my daughter was good with her. She even got a lollipop at the end. Some HCPs could have been a bit more patient with a child, but they’re not peds specialists so excusable, was certainly not egregious. Also they need more check in kiosks and need to have the option to check in with the front desk people in addition to the kiosks- for older patients, those that aren’t tech savvy, or for language barriers this center needs to be more accessible in that regard.

    The Receptionists was very polite and professional. The Practitioner was professional , straightforward , easy to understand and straight to the point. I was in and out in no time and with my results. First time being there and I was impressed. Thank you ExpressCare at Sinai Hospital you rock. Charlene Manning

    I came to Sinai to visit my mother near the emergency room and I got lost then tried to get directions from your associate at around 2:13pm on 10/28/23 I said excuse me and as I was going to proceed with my question your associate put her phone to her ear then turned her back towards me and walked back into the building she may have thought I was trying to panhandle but in reality I was just going to ask for directions no offense but I’m certain I make more money than her. She was dark skin about 5’6 with long box braids. I will be calling to complain Monday that was unacceptable
