I rate Natasha a million stars if I could. I have been getting laser hair done for over a year now and having her has been the best because she is so kind and gentle, but also very honest. She always gives me the most honest advice about what would work best for my skin type and what to expect from the treatment. She is very attentive to detail and makes sure each session goes smoothly. She also makes sure you are comfortable during your appointments which is very important to me when getting any sort of procedure done. I am so happy with my results!

Sales was fantastic. Then I paid the full amount, no one ever contacted me to schedule, I called several locations no answer, had to leave messages, no return calls, could not schedule. Finally I get email telling me I’m scheduled for 3 months away and not even the correct area that I wanted to start with. I called and emailed to correct appointment. I could not correct online because all my package options were not available. I am very unhappy with scheduling. I need to speak with someone.

Ms Anne is amazing. She talks you through the treatment process which makes it easier and takes your mind off of it. I can’t wait to see her again❤️ The front desk staff is also nice. The office is quiet and peaceful.

Professional and polite staff. Morgan, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure an issue I had was resolved. Wait time is great because will have you in and out quick. At the same time, they don’t rush you. Had a wonderful experience.

The lady who did my session was absolutely wonderful! She took the time to make me feel at ease and made feel comfortable. I don’t remember her name but she’s amazing!

Not a good experience! The young woman that did the cool sculpting had me wait for an hour, when I was on time. She withheld information I needed to know for follow-up. The service was poor and very unprofessional.

My very first visit to the Towson office was quite a departure from my usual routine of going to Canton, and I have to say, I was initially a bit bummed about it. However, I can't contain my excitement in telling you that the staff at the Towson office turned out to be absolutely fantastic! They completely blew me away with their outstanding service and professionalism. I was positively thrilled with the experience and couldn't be happier about how well they took care of me during my visit!

This is one of the worst experiences I’ve encountered. I purchased a package of 5 BBL treatments. I received 3 treatments at two different locations and the machines worked dramatically differently. Then I went on 2 different occasions (a 35 min drive one way) only to be told they wouldn’t treat me. I made several calls requesting to speak to the manager at the Towson location and have never received a call back. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
