While
I
am
late
posting
this
review,
I
thought
it
is
best
for
everyone
to
know
our
experience
at
Drool
of
Rock.
It
started
out
great.
The
staff
was
welcoming
and
it
was
a
music
based
day
care,
which
is
what
drew
our
attention
initially.
My
son
was
18
months
old
when
he
started.
We
had
just
moved
to
the
area
and
were
relieved
to
find
a
daycare
so
quickly.
My
son
did
have
a
few
challenges,
specifically
with
biting
and
did
have
a
couple
incident
reports
written
up
revolving
around
his
biting
other
classmates.
We
acknowledged
the
issue
and
were
working
to
try
everything
we
could
to
stop
this
behavior.
However,
there
was
no
consistency
in
the
staff
at
Drool
of
Rock.
When
we
would
go
in
the
evening
to
pick
up
our
son,
there
was
a
bunch
of
high
school
students
watching
the
children.
The
full-time
staff
had
left
for
the
day.
We
had
been
told
by
the
supervisor
that
we
were
going
to
have
a
meeting
with
the
director
to
see
what
we
can
do
to
help
curb
some
of
his
behaviors
(especially
since
the
classroom
teachers
were
unprepared
to
handle
any
child
that
deviates
from
what
is
"normal"
and
they
had
children
watching
our
kids
in
the
afternoon).
Anyways,
the
meeting
never
happened.
In
fact,
we
never
received
any
communication
from
the
director
throughout
our
entire
time
at
Drool
or
Rock.
Instead,
we
got
an
e--mail
(not
even
a
phone
call)
on
a
Friday
evening
at
7pm
that
said
we
were
no
longer
welcome
back
at
Drool
of
Rock
effective
immediately.
Now
this
e-mail
did
not
even
come
from
the
director
of
the
school;
it
came
from
the
supervisor.
We
didn't
check
our
e-mail
on
Friday
night
so
we
read
the
e-mail
on
Saturday
morning.
Even
after
we
expressed
our
frustration
about
how
the
situation
was
handled,
the
director
of
Drool
of
Rock
never
communicated
with
us,
not
once.
We
were
now
left
with
no
childcare
for
our
son
come
Monday
morning.
I
do
NOT
recommend
Drool
of
Rock
to
anyone,
especially
those
with
a
child
that
doesn't
fit
the
norm.
My
only
regret
is
not
filing
a
complaint
with
the
child
care
licensing
board.
