👍👍 First time tasting Georgian cuisine and definitely blew my mind away, although I had nothing really to compare it with. First time tasting Georgian cuisine and definitely blew my mind away, although I had nothing really to compare it with. Their service was quick and waitress was helpful in assisting with what to order. The eggplant & walnut appetizer hit the spot and had an unique taste. The fried pork/fried potatoes entree were super tender! Of course, can't miss their Friday Latin Nights. Will definitely return!

What can I say about this restaurant 1) family business, just the way I like it. 2) Caucasian cuisine is very close to me and my soul. 3) friendly service. 4) suitable for a birthday party and more, they even have a stage for music!! Now about food, I ordered Kharcho soup and national Georgian bread called Shoty. The soup was delicious but the bread certainly needs more work. maybe even change the flour...

We went there with the friends on Saturday, We are all from Pittsburgh, and don't have Georgian food here and we are big fans of Georgian Cuisine, So we ordered pretty much everything from the menu. And THAT WAS AMAZING!!!! everything was fresh! Quick service! Huge portions! Great prices! and they had a live music, the gentlemen was awesome! We enjoyed it so much and definitely next time we will be in MD we will be there. Thank you all for your service! And please open one restaurant in Pittsburgh) Absolutely love everything there! And the waitress was super nice, thank you for your patience) We had long orders, for here and to go, split checks, all kind of stuff ... She was amazing! Took care of us with a smile on her face.

We were on our way back to Virginia and saw the sign from the street for this restaurant and had to stop. We love Turkish, Mediterranean, Persian, and Russian food and Georgian food is like the best kind of mashup of them all, but also not exactly like any of them. Bring a group, order wine, take the advice of the server if you don’t know what to order, and prepare yourself for a wonderful time and some of the best food in the DMV. Important things to know: - give yourself 2 hours to dine if you’re doing a full dinner - unlike any restaurant you’ll otherwise go to, they make EVERYTHING from scratch - expect hot food to take at least 20-30 minutes. IT IS WORTH IT. Be patient, have some dips and bread and relax! - at least weekend evenings, you may walk in and feel like you just crashed someone’s wedding reception. There are long tables, with groups of 10-20 people, and some round family tables of 6-8. sometimes it’s loud. Sometimes it’s live singing. People will be singing along. Some of them may even get up and dance. This we read is a Georgian tradition - a dinner called a “supra”. There will be spontaneous toasts, lots of laughter and chatter, and people getting up and down and going in and out and everyone is having a good time. I’m guessing lunch is a bit more chill on a weekday - but weekends are pretty amazing. - the website makes it appear a pretty formal place, but it’s not stuffy and most people saw were dressed smart casual (no ripped jeans, athletic gear, etc) We haven’t had a more enjoyable meal in a long time… once you get past feeling like you crashed someone’s wedding, all you should be thinking about is how delicious the food is, and awesome to be among people who are so happy to be present in the moment, enjoying life, together.

Our first time at Tbiliso, but definitely not the last. Extensive menu. Beautiful restaurant. Food is absolutely delicious. Weekend evenings have music, live entertainment, and dancing. If you haven't tried it yet, you're really missing out.

Tbiliso is about as Georgian of an experience as one can ask for in the US. I could close my eyes and imagine that I was Saburtalo right down to the aunties sitting around and gossiping during quiet hours. Everything tasted excellent with the pkhali platter and chakapuli being the standouts of my meal. I also appreciated the serving of Nabeghlavi over the usual Borjomi as I find Nabeghlavi a smoother drink with meals.

Y'all this place is so confusing. We went around 1pm on a Saturday and it was empty, as in, we are the only people there. I've had Georgian before so I was so excited to get some here in the Baltimore area. The three dips were just OK, but we were given nothing to eat them with which was strange. The Khachapuri was very good. The chicken in cream dish was just utterly disgusting. It was mostly bones, as if the meat had been removed before putting the chunks into the dish- the oil was separating from the cream visibly when it came out, and it was flavorless. For the dips, the small chicken dish (which my husband barely picked at) and the Khachapuri, plus tip, we paid almost $60 dollars for lunch. WILD. I assume it is mostly used for dance events or big group events, but we were really disappointed in the representation of Georgian food here, what a bummer. Anyway, wouldn't return here, not even for the Khachapuri.

On vacay & first time eating here; highly recommend! Good beer, bread, olivier salad, & lula kebab. Staff was very welcoming as well.

I happened to notice the sign on York Rd for this Georgian restaurant. I was intrigued so I had to check it out. To my delight, the food was amazing. I tried two types of bread, one with meat and one with cheese. It reminded me of Indian Naan but it's not exactly the same. Both were huge portions. The remaining portions were taken home in a pizza box. I tried two sauces, one spicy and a green sauce made from plums, both were awesome. I tried the spicy beef soup which was also excellent. I love dolmas and borscht which was on the menu along with so many other interesting dishes. I must go back!

This place is an authentic Georgian restaurant, with Georgian owners. It is a casual atmosphere, clean, with 2 floors and a small bar. I don't recall the names of most foods so will describe. We had chicken cooked in milk and garlic, kinkali, egg cheese bread, eggplant with tomato sauce. All the food was very good and our hostess was happy to make recommendations. It was definitely new flavors and combinations for some things, but everything was prepared well and was served quickly. We had a delicious red Georgian wine to finish it off. This was a fun evening and a great place to go try new things, family atmosphere and moderate prices.
