This
place
is
very
unorganized.
The
bartender
has
bad
customer
service
skills
and
is
not
willing
to
help.
They
had
a
power
outage
and
stated
that
they
would
adjust
out
time
because
of
the
inconvenience,
but
our
game
cut
off
early.
We
order
food
through
the
QR
code
and
waited,
just
for
them
to
say
that
it
didn’t
work.
However,
the
charge
was
pending
on
my
card.
The
event
coordinator
said
she
would
check
if
it
went
through,
however
she
got
distracted
several
times.
It
took
her
too
long
to
get
back
to
us.
We
never
received
an
answer,
she
just
asked
us
what
we
order
for
food
and
we
had
to
go
to
the
bar
and
reorder
or
drinks.
We
ended
up
getting
a
package
that
was
suppose
to
take
off
15%.
Eventually,
we
got
the
food
and
drinks.
We
order
more
food
and
never
recieved
the
food.
Originally,
I
was
told
the
money
would
be
refunded
on
my
card.
Then
when
it
was
time
to
close
out
the
new
tab
we
opened,
they
said
everything
was
on
the
card.
My
friends
spoke
to
the
manger
to
fix
the
situation,
but
that
was
a
task.
The
people
that
work
here
don’t
know
what
they
doing.
I
will
never
be
back.
