I've come to this location several times and always have a great time bowling. Every so often, we have issues with the pins not resetting, but that's to be expected. There is plenty of free parking outside of the bowling alley. It's always pretty clean, and I typically go during the week, so it's not packed. I'm going to assume the drinks are decent because there is always a line for the bar. The food is good and I like that you can order and pay for it right at your lane with the screen. My only con was that the bone in wings isn't cooked long enough for me. I sent them back and asked to have them fried hard, but still, they didn't have a crunch. The chef came out and explained that they were pub wings and wouldn't get a crunch, so I settled for boneless, which were pretty good and flavorful. The fries were delicious and seasoned. Overall, I always have fun here, the staff is always friendly and I would return.

Nice place to have parties, I liked the way they had music videos across the walls and they have a arcade that's pretty cool as well.

This place is definitely an upgrade from when I've used to come over 10 years ago. Everything is nice & new. More modern, attentive staff, & more screens! Nice game room, bar & decent food.

Peace & Blessings! I gave a 4☆ rating because it doesn't allow you to give a 4.5☆ rating. However, my rating goes as follows: Parking is very accessible, clean establishment, staff were friendly/helpful/patient, security was on point, kid friendly, mixed crowd, good music, plenty of jumbo trons(TV) to watch sports/videos/news, prices were reasonable as far as the menu and bowling, and the two bars had plenty of alcoholic beverages. NO 5☆ due to NOT having enough HANDICAP PARKING!

The bowling alley is beautiful, there is a great vibe once you get past the security and metal detector. We had a reserved party and I feel like there was no real cohesion to the service. It wasn't horrible it was just very choppy. We had to ask for everything constantly instead of just being taken care of. The staff was all very sweet and seemed to enjoy working with each other. Drinks were watered down and pizza was yummy.

We had a party for my granddaughter. It was so much fun. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, easy location, and somewhat reasonably priced

I made a reservation for my son 14 birthday celebration. However, we were there almost 30 minutes before I had to address someone to get acknowledged. The cashier didn't know what she was doing, she put us in whole different lane than was set up for me. Because of the late start, no fault of ours, we didn't get our full 2 hours. I offered to pay the difference so we could finish our game and was told lane was reserved, but they had walk ins. I truly didn't like my first experience thier.

Most definitely had a great time here all our friends showed up and brought my fiancé birthday in with a bang she enjoyed herself indefinitely and that is a really nice bowling alley the food not all that but the mixed drinks was perfect and they have liquor also so if your of age you can partake in that as well

This place is very unorganized. The bartender has bad customer service skills and is not willing to help. They had a power outage and stated that they would adjust out time because of the inconvenience, but our game cut off early. We order food through the QR code and waited, just for them to say that it didn’t work. However, the charge was pending on my card. The event coordinator said she would check if it went through, however she got distracted several times. It took her too long to get back to us. We never received an answer, she just asked us what we order for food and we had to go to the bar and reorder or drinks. We ended up getting a package that was suppose to take off 15%. Eventually, we got the food and drinks. We order more food and never recieved the food. Originally, I was told the money would be refunded on my card. Then when it was time to close out the new tab we opened, they said everything was on the card. My friends spoke to the manger to fix the situation, but that was a task. The people that work here don’t know what they doing. I will never be back.

Nice date night vibe, food, and drinks were excellent. Slow to serve, but the manager quickly addressed it and gave us extra. I'm definitely going back

I really enjoyed my time at this bowling alley. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A few things that I didn't like were, not knowing where to order your food from. There is a sign that says food, but you go there and they send you to the bar to order. Then it toke about 30 minutes for my nachos come. Oh yeah, the females bathroom sent me right back out the door!! I refused to use it because it was disgusting!

First time here and could not say enough good things. My whole party (age 4-74) was so impressed with the attentiveness of the very professional and friendly staff. Clean, fun, welcoming place. We had a blast!

Went to Bowlero Saturday night with a party of five. White guy was at the front was really nice. But we go to order our food and it took an hour and a 1/2 to get a portion of the food. Then we kept going to the bar asking for the food just for not check in it and tell us that when it’s ready they’ll bring it out. We was almost finished our second still realizing the we never received our tacos. Customer service could have been better and more attentive to our needs. Not going back for a late night bowl. For $35 a person the customer service needed to be A1.

This was my very first visit to Bowlero Bowling Alley, and it was the best ever. I would return anytime. The staff was really helpful and courteous, he entire place was clean and the food was as good as a restaurant's. Thank you!!!

we went in and there was a guy who said "he'd be right back to take care of us" we see him walking around with his phone on hand, going to the bathroom two times, talking to another customer that was already being taken caren of by the other cashier.. we waited for 30mins and no one cared to talk or help us. will never go back.
