Do they hire people that know what they’re doing? I’ve made purchases between one of two locations in my area. I also am a rewards member but most of the time the person working the register would apply the discount even though I didn’t physically have it and they know I’m already a member because I have to enter my phone number so they can view my account. I tried to make a purchase on an item that was almost $60 but the young girl wouldn’t apply any code (even though she had me put in my phone number) and said I would need the coupon from my email-well what good is it if I’m not even at a printer? I needed some time to get into my email I reserve for junk and I later ended up finding a 40% coupon that I applied to the item I was going to get which I ordered instead online. So now all I have to do is get back in my car later and drive back to pick it up-a big pain but at least I saved money, no thanks to the young staff member I give it 2 stars because the store is clean and organized unlike the other location and they do have more items at times, however not many times do people offer help, bathroom was gross one time (both stalls), and still can’t find the Christmas ornament frames they sell each year (I guess because it’s still trapped in a container off the west coast from China ☹️). I see how they’re trying to make the store look more full by spreading out their other regular merchandise throughout the store.

My only child, Mrs. Deyara T. Morris Burns, gave me these paintings as a birthday gift. All of the supplies were purchased from your store and one other location. I didn’t know what she was creating but she did it in between her studies at the University of Maryland Baltimore School of Social Work, adopting a new dog, Elijah, being a newlywed, and being elevated to Youth Pastor. She made time for mom! I thank both locations for having everything she needed which included the paint and canvas. Her husband picked up the tape from another store. Your stores was neat, clean, and organized. Thank you!

I was looking for a certain product and asked someone if it was in store, they said no. When I went to the counter though, a cashier named Tyler knew exactly what I was trying to describe, brought me to where it was and even gave me advice on how else to use the product in other creative ways. Thank you so much Tyler! You were so helpful! Sadly I’m writing this review after he told me he was quitting, but he was so helpful to me!

This location is like heaven when you walk in. So clean and organized. Joann could never. 😆 We also want to acknowledge CHIQUITA!!!! We shop at the Joann and we didn't know she works here too. You have a wonderful employee there. Very hard working, friendly and a great multi Tasker. 👍 She always helps us when we visit.AWESOME

A very nicely organized Michaels. Found just what we wanted for cheaper than we originally thought too. Would recommend.

This store is always so organized. They should receive an award for that alone. The employees at this location are very helpful. The cashier Chiquita was super friendly, fast and pleasant. Thank you
